The facility here was incredible. Everything was beautiful and so clean. My service was mediocre. I was so excited to come here to get my pedicure done. I saved up my coins to splurge on myself and the service I got was subpar. The person who did my pedicure was Joyce and I had to keep telling her what to do and to do more of it because she was doing the bare minimum. I chose the top of the line pedicure and was not happy. I came home and looked at my results and was not satisfied. I'm very disappointed. I paid so much money and my feet do not look good. The bottom of my feet should feel like a baby's bottom for $51 but it's feels exactly the same as before I got the pedicure. Now I have to go scrub them myself....shameful. read more

I finally had my first bad nail experience here. Even with a scheduled appointment, due to them being understaffed that day, they put a tech named 'Vivi' to do my nails and she really did not do a good job at all. I asked to have my cuticles done and all she did was butcher the top of my cuticles with the dremel, leaving them looking horrible. And then she rushed through the rest of the job leaving me with what you'll see in my posted pictures. She never really took her time to check her work and when I went to check out, the manager looked at them and pointed out how bad they turned out. He was nice and offered to have me come back to have them fixed for free but I still had to pay $62 for a bad nail job. If this had been my first time coming here, I'd never have come back. I'm very leery about going to get my free fix. This may be my queue to look for a new place unfortunately. read more

I am a loyal member at executive nails. However, my last visit was not to my liking. I had my nails done and as always i always ask that my nails are cut down to a medium length. Although the technician had already applied my nails on as i kept telling him medium length he kept them long. I proceeded to mention that they were too long and his reply was too late now. I spend a LOT of money in this upscale nail salon. I never complain much about anything. However, my money is spent just like all the other customers and i feel that i should be treated with value just like the value of my money everytime i come into the nail salon. I went on a Sunday with a group of 3 friends. We had made appointments for 2pm and we were seated within 10 minutes but the actual pedicure didn't start for almost an hour later. The staff was super friendly but seemed like they were short staffed this day. The pedicure was lovely and included massage and paraffin. They offer cocktails and spa water with cucumber. I went to Executive NS this morning for the first time ( my daughter goes there) and I really liked it. Lily took her time to spoil me with my Herb and Citric pedicure, and every time I looked at her she smiled at me. Another sweet lady did my manicure, can't remember her name, and did same. The nail service itself was okay, but my experience was completely ruined by a serious issue. While I was at the salon, my AirPods went missing. When I checked their location afterward, they were showing inside the nail salon. Based on this, I believe an employee may have taken them. I informed the staff about the situation, but no one made an effort to help me look for them or investigate what happened, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. I value honesty and customer trust, and this situation made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. If this issue can be resolved, I would be willing to return in the future, but as of now I am unhappy with how this was handled. read more

Really happy to have this open in the neighbor - it is very large, luxurious, and reasonably priced. There is also a "VIP" or private room that is a few dollars more expensive. They have a full bar - never thought I'd be reviewing drinks at a nail salon, but they were tasty! I got the red lotus (pomegranate, I felt like there was some coconut too) and my friend liked the cucumber Collins (cucumber, but there was also a hint of lychee?). The techs I got were pretty consistent. Would need to come more to see if I like anyone specifically. So, I liked this place enough that I went here 2-3 times in a row before I developed toenail fungus. I had a chat with my podiatrist & said I think I caught it here & she said I wasn't the first patient who thought that. I know at one point, I felt like she was are faking that the instruments were sealed in a sterilized packet. I dismissed my suspicions until now, a year later since I have been dealing with the consequences. I suggest customers take a careful look at the "sealed" packages when their tech opens them. And shame on the business of this is true. Your cheapness & deception has caused me over a years worth of recovery, trying to get rid of this fungus. read more

This place had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I checked in over an hour before the place closed. We waited for 40 minutes before we were told that they were short-staffed and there was no time for us to get our nails/toes done. We had asked politely a couple of times while we were waiting, but they completely failed to mention that and said they would be with us in a minute.
