You're greeted by the front desk receptionist and they quickly note down which services you are wanting and then encourage you to pick your colors. Before you can even pick a color, a technician is greeting you to escort you to your mani or pedi chair. If I'm doing both services, they've typically come and do both while I'm in the pedi chair - so you're in and out even faster. It also makes you feel special when they're doing both.

I requested a full set with solar powder and the lady just went in a started doing dip, I just let her. She did not remove my cuticles, and did a really sloppy job. The shape was uneven and textured was bumpy. When doing my pedicure the other lady didn't shave down anything nor do the wax at the end although I requested it, I wasn't given any options during my visit. During check out she said it would be $65 for my nails when she told me it was going initially going to be $60. So I just went ahead and deducted it from the tip. I will not be returning. The shaping could've been better! The nails look "lifted" when you look at it from the side view. What mainly bothered me was the fact that Max did not use sterilized tools on my hands. The equipment did not come from the blue sterilize bag. I saw him just grab the cuticle trimmer and nail chippers directly from his box. I'm a bit of a germ freak and that truly bothered me. Steven tools however were sterilize because I saw him rip open the sterile bag and take the tools out. Overall, I would come back but I'll probably request a different technician to work on my nails. I saw the other nail techs use all sterilized equipments.

I came around 5:30-6pm and was extremely surprised at the volume of customers they had- it was pretty overwhelming. Once I told the receptionist what I wanted I was led towards a pedicure chair in the back. The concept of this location is interesting... all the pedicure chairs face inward towards each other in a circle with the manicure stations in the same layout on an inner circle. It doesn't feel relaxing as everyone is kind of looking at everyone. I asked a worker for a glass of red wine while I waited and she was extremely rude asking for my ID and looking me up and down. She brought it in a half cleaned glass and it was hardly filled up. As I sat and waited to be serviced, I looked around and noticed a disgusting amount of clipped nails, acrylics, hair on the floor and flies around me. If the place is unkempt like that I def didn't trust soaking my feet in anything or being worked on. I left my wine and walked out and went to my regular place which is a bit further.
