She did not ask she acting like she didn't hear me and the other ladies that work there tryed to get me a fan, and the lady pushed her away and they were Speaking in their language so I couldn't understand. And then when the other lady came to drill, there was still water in the tub and she dropped the the machine in the water while it was still going, while the drill was still on, and I could've got electrocuted. I've been going to Westbury Nails a little over four years now. That should already say something. I personally never leave disappointed, because I always voice my opinion. I'm picky!! Bryan is my nail tech and quite frankly my favorite. I don't let anybody else do my nails. I show him a picture or give him a mental vision, and he goes above my expectations!! He knows what he's doing. Every time I get a pedicure the ladies do an awesome job. I don't have any problems. I also get my eyebrows done there too and Tracy is the lady who does it. I don't even have to tell her she already knows. "Keep it thick" she says. In my four years of coming here there's never been a dramatic event between a tech and a customer. That's good business right there. Anyways this place is the best. Go get your nails done you won't regret it I promise read more

Best nail spot I've ever been to ! I didn't get my nail tech's name but he was the only male tech there & he was sooo good . He paid attention to detail and went the extra mile to mix clear and white acrylic to get the exact color I wanted . Plus the shape of my nails came out bomb , none are crooked or uneven . I've never had my nails look this good , definitely recommending this place to everyone . Also price is great for this quality of work , only $30 ! read more

Also a gripe, I didn't realize at the time but part of the package comes with neck massage and she used a spearmint essential oil and didn't mention or ask. I don't have sensitive skin by any stretch but it was burning by the time I got home. As for the salon, this was in an area that flooded during Harvey, and sadly the facility reflects it. They cleaned up,re drywalled, and painted, but you can see damage to the floors and some base cabinets. I'm typically not concerned with sanitation, but it crossed my mind here. Other small things I like about other places that they don't have here are offering a drink of some sort, and its odd how mismatched all the towels they use are. All in all I won't be going back and nor can I really recommend, but I think they're trying to still operate post hurricane and just don't have the resources to bring up the quality you get elsewhere.
