Not a fancy spot, but quick and reasonable pricing. They did a great job. I had Hannah and she was detail oriented. Their supplies were clean, good color options, always like the massage chairs. 05/25 6:11 Real REVIEW just leaving now and I really had to leave a review because they're many negative reviews buttttt Omg I must say I'm glad Im one of those people that doesn't listen to everyone. This experience was nicee. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because they do not speak when u walk in. Hopefully you guys see this and know speaking when a potential customer walks in sets the tone for the atmosphere!! They gave me 2 glasses of wine. I got a classic pedicure which is $29 with acrylic overlay on my two big toes and sheliac by HANNA !!! My total was $59 She did such a good job. I never had french on my toes before but she did a great job. Please ask for her if you getting a pedi. When I say she was very good not once did she get to close to my skin or anything very precise and great job. I really enjoyed coming here and I will be back! I LOVE my red and black ombré powder dip nails. I've been coming here on and off for manicures and pedicures and am always happy with the final product. They get busy during the last two hours they're open on Saturdays and Sundays, though, so be definitely come earlier on those days. My seven year old has gotten a manicure here as well and they're always super sweet with her. read more

Ok I went here because I was in a rush and it was literally in the same parking lot as another store I needed to go to. The reviews had me nervous but they didn't disappoint on my shellac pedi. The manicures and pedicures I've received have been very professional. I have also had my eyebrows threaded and I think they do a great job. However, this is not a spa to go to if you're in the mood to relax. The first time I went there they were showing movies which wasn't too relaxing. They did a decent job on my nails so I thought I would try again. The next time I went they were playing some graphic shoot 'em up movie. So not "spa like". Super intense and rather annoying. I would say try them out, but not if you want a relaxing spa experience. read more

Second to worse service I've ever had. Got a simple take off done. Nail tech began to manually take off my SNS set. Requested a soak off, my request was ignored as she proceeded to take the nails off manually. After completing one hand, she spoke to other nail techs in the salon then took off the remaining nails by soaking. Apparently SNS is supposed to be soaked off and the technician made a mistake. Which upon realizing, was found amusing by other technicians who all laughed. I asked one what was the problem, and she explained the mistake. My eyebrows were being waxed at the same time as my nails were being done in the middle of the nail salon. No private room. Will not be returning. read more

I would come here because it's convenient to my home , but today was my last time. I've had issues with them before opening the shop on time and the quality is just ok depending on who you go to. Today, after the nail tech painted my nails , 2 of them got messed up and she acted like it was the end of the world. To set the scene - it was rainy and business was slow so I'm not sure why this was such an inconvenience for her when no one was waiting. She literally tilted her head back as if it were all 10 nails or as if this wasn't her job ! The whole interaction made me really uncomfortable . Top off! When I got ready to pay, another tech came to assist me at the register. She takes my card and proceeds to put it in the card reader. This is a card reader I have used many times and it is detached from the register and intended for customer use (has pin pad). After sliding the card , the customer is prompted with the option to tip or not tip - she took it up on herself to press yes to the tip option! This made me upset because while I always tip, it is not mandatory especially after the service I received at this appointment . Also, when I tip I usually tip in cash and give it directly to the tech who performed the service. I felt as though she was trying to force me into giving a certain tip on MY card. It's a no for me. The worst had to spend 4 hrs there because First Lady didn't know what she was doing plus she cut my skin a lot , manager fixed them but only gave me 10 dollars off for the price that wasn't even right , I should've just told them to take it off and left read more

I don't know what all of the terrible reviews are about this is my mothers go to place for mani/pedi. I haven't been here in a while but place is always clean , a bit upscale, they'll offer you wine white or red ( of course if you're 21 or older ) they also have sodas/waters the techs are very sweet. But beware of Danny! Short older man who always wears a vest lol ! He's really sweet & service is fine but he will mess up your nails !!! Myself , my mother , & my sister have been dissatisfied with his work! Other wise everything else is fine ! read more

I got a pedicure here on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a bunch of different pedicure options, all for fantastic prices. I was able to get seated as soon as I walked in, and they really took their time for the pedicure which I appreciated. My feet look great and I'm going to be wearing sandals as often as I can now. The reasons I took off one star is because a) I think their nail polish selection could be better and b) the experience was lacking- when I walked in I was a little skeptical because the place looks a little run down. It's by no means a fancy nail salon or even a nice looking place, but the service was good and ultimately that's what matters. read more

Love this place! I've been coming here since 2016 when I worked nearby and they never disappoint! Customer service is excellent and they listen to EVERYTHING you have to say. Every time I have tried a new salon I regret not coming here :/ my nails come out looking so natural too! Not too thick and not too thin, just right. I always get compliments on my nails and I always refer them here. They don't mind taking last mInute customers either so you know they appreciate your business. Very professional and always offer me a drink. 100% recommend! read more

I just recently moved to this side of town and I have to say that this Nail Salon is by far one of the best I have ever been to. Thomas Tran who I believe is the owner of the Salon has been extremely professional every time I have visited. When visiting, I typically get a full-set or refill on solar nails. After leaving, my nails are always done with excellence. I must say I did have an instance there where one worker seemed to not have the drive as the others and that person is no longer there. Thomas made me feel welcomed like family and offered a discount on my next visit, which he stood by his word. I never once asked for any sort of discount and I was surprised by this. The last time I visited there was an extreme outrageous customer who didn't understand the pricing or understand the different nail sets. She made a scene and every one on Thomas' team acted professional and was able to calm the rude lady. I know from experience in the retail industry that customers at times can be harsh, rude, and foal. At the same time, you have to keep your composure and give them customer service. Thomas and everyone demonstrated this. I honestly feel for people that work in any customer service industry because it's not an easy job. I will continue to get my nails done at this salon because it's my new neighborhood salon. read more

I went in for a full set. The majority of their products aren't named brand and do not have any labeling on them. And their polishes are all over the place. I wanted a powdered neon yellow and the young lady kept insisting on shellac...in the end I said no powder. So she proceeded, it took her two hours to do the set. Her application was horrible and it got so bad that I told her midway to stop , that I would tKe them off. Keep in mind I had my son so I had to go after 2 hours being here. It was a strong smell, I've never smelt it this bad in the past. I told the young lady she should have been honest with me and told me she didn't know how to apply powder , then I would've either picked shellac or requested Someone else . Of course they blamed the powder, that it's an uneven color. So she apply two coats of shellac on top of the powder , but you could still see the empty spaces where she didn't apply enough and filed to much . Horrible set ever. I was ready to get out of there bc my toddler was done and the smell was bad. I spent $48 dollars on this bad job, she didn't finished filing my right hand and didn't bother to clean my cuticle, so I had shellac all over my fingers. The last time I was here I had bumpy powder on a few fingers but I overlooked it cause it wasn't noticeable only if you were really looking hard. But after this experience never again! And I drove 25 min for this crap, only bc lilli does a badass pedicure. I did see this one young lady sitting by the door creating some badass nails and it seems everyone goes to her bc she had back to back clients and a wait. If you go, ask for her or just look at the nails she creates. You'll find her . read more

Prosperous paradise spa is one of the only legit late night massage places in Chinatown. It's so…read morelegit that other masseuses from nearby places tend to choose this one as their favorite option after work. It would be hard to disagree, considering this is a place that reminds me of spas back in Asia. Undoubtably the prices skew somewhat higher, and while they offer credit cards as an option, the fee is almost never worth it. Cash is king and they will round up, because most items and with .99 (e.g. $49.99). What I would argue is the facility is nice enough to warn the slightly higher price and overall solid massage experience. First timers will be directed to a binder, with a breakdown of multiple massages at different prices, and for different lengths of time. I would recommend looking at their website, or doing a little bit of research prior to coming. Sometimes calling ahead of time will work, as the lady boss speaks good English and is able to set appointments based on preferences. Eventually, most folks will be directed to change in their locker rooms, which have showers, vanity mirrors, and personalized lockers. Surprisingly all of the lockers are out of order, which I suspect is a safety measure than a functionality issue. The men's locker room is spotless and offers multiple types of showers. However, none of the lockers are in use or are able to be used. While they do provide shorts and uniforms for people, they don't provide baskets or ways to hold the clothes. People basically have to carry it around. One of their best services is the foot massage. It's excellent and one of the better places in Chinatown to get it. Their massage chair is out in the open and is fancy enough to have a built-in sink for foot soaking and comfy enough cushion to lay flat for front and back. Additionally, they will eventually do a neck, shoulder, and back rub (over clothes + towel) and it remains one of their best valued options. The rooms are extremely clean. It's extremely professional the whole time. They offer back walking which is their version of a deep tissue massage. Unlike a lot of other Chinese massage places where it's questionable from a hygiene standpoint, there is no worry of this here. They offer full bottles of room temperature water for everyone and parking is a cinch. Ultimately one's experience varies with every masseuse, but the men that work here pull off a very good foot massage and that would be my biggest recommendation. If a body massage is needed, I recommend deep tissue, which usually involves backwalking. (#1) ___________ (#1) Also, quite good.

I like going here because it's so conveniently located,it's right around the corner from my house. I also like the fact that there isn't a very long wait time even when you walk in to a packed salon, they are very fast and efficient. I especially like Susie she does a great job and had a lot of patience. They offer wine a soft drinks and make you feel comfortable from the moment you step in. They also have a very large verity of polishes and even larger verity of patterns you can choose from. read more

I was helped immediately they have a small selection of dip colors but the colors are super cute. At least you are not overwhelmed with colors. I loved how they removed my previous dip they did not overuse the drill and damage my nails. The new dip is perfectly thin and has the perfect coverage. The location itself is very clean and quiet. Pretty relaxing they also have a large staff so there is more than enough people there when it gets full. You can schedule an appointment but you may get lucky by just walking in. I cannot wait to come back and bring my mom.

The employees at the front counter were nice. The beauticians were cordial and spoke good English. Although they often communicated in Vietnamese among themselves. It doesn't bother me. Because they're not loud like other nail salons. I brought my friend here in May. They were very accommodating because he was on a wheelchair. The aisles were wide enough for it to get through. The manicure station was built for wheelchair accessible. We started off with just nail trim ($22). Then he got curious about getting a shellac ($40). They came out so beautiful. Except, they won't come off easily like nail polish. They started to grow shorter as nails grow longer. It took him several weeks of washing and finally someone used paint solvent to remove the shellacs. Sigh... shellacking is not for every man. I haven't given up on Milano. I just need to find a right time to visit. Because I have a bruise on my toe, I waited until it got better before coming here. I ordered a classic refreshing pedicure package ($32). I am not into polish or massaging or anything fancy. The 30-minute nail treatment was good enough for me. Beautician Mary was my pedicurist. She took good care of my feet, especially that bruised toe. She was patient and friendly. My feet felt so rejuvenated and ready to do my routine park walk. I will be back in a few months. Maybe I'll bring other friends to try it.
