The staff was very quick with scheduling an appointment and got me an earlier time as spots opened up. It's located in a spacious plaza with good parking. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. Thuy was very accommodating with scheduling and last minute changes also i believe the price was very reasonable. However, when I was there getting my lashes done later on another client came in and the girl that worked on my lashes were going back and forth between that client and I. Even with my eyes closed I did not hear any gloves changing so Idk if she was changing her gloves in between the two of us. (I could hear every other rattling as it was quiet and calming there and you can tell by the sound of gloves being taken off). I got the lift & tint done on Saturday and by Sunday night my right eye felt sort of irritated on the lid then I woke up with a stye... The only problem for me is that my natural lashes are fine so the lash extensions over time got too heavy to hold them upright so after a week or so they would flip and poke my eyeballs.
