It was my first time here and I found this place on Yelp. Location has lots of parking. Priced well, a basic pedicure in the chair is $28. Lots of choices of colors. Huge bar inside, well stocked and lit up, looks like a bar you'd see in a fancy club. The salon is really big, nicely decorated and clean. Although I didn't understand why the kids section is all by itself away from adults, and why wouldn't they be in area with their parent plus I don't appreciate the fact that it's pink, that's outdated and to imply moms can't bring boys to get pampered (it should be neutral). The staff was nice and my technician was respectful to my needs and her work was well done. She did great job on my toes and her massage was strong yet comfortable (since some places I have gone, the women lightly rub your feet rather than massage). I enjoyed my visit and liked everything about my trip there and will be back. Sidebar: I don't understand why the owner chose to put such a large and sheek salon in this location. The shopping center the salon is in, is barren and gets very little foot traffic. He was very patient with me when I was trying to decide if I was going to do shellac or dip powder and even looking for a specific color because I'm so used to Chrome at my nail salon. Michael even got my nail shape perfectly on the 1st hit of the file! Also, because my real nails are strong and long, I was very happy to see that he didn't do too much Drilling. It was just an overall good experience. Conversely, I wish he did a little bit more drilling toward the top where the cuticle is after the overlay was applied, but that's something we can fix the next time I come to him... I have used this salon since I moved to Houston in 2021. The services since the salon expanded has deteriorated. I have always had a reputation as a great tipper, based on the work product. Background: I use a walker. I scheduled my transportation to the salon thru a service. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 1:00 appointment. My pickup was scheduled for 2:15. No one started on my nails until 1:43. Then, the service I received was not what I requested. The service I requested, reduced the amount of grinding on my nails, so I could transition to wearing my natural nails. That service was on the big screen playing on a loop. When I checked in, I pointed to the screen to identify my requested service. I pointed to the screen again to communicate with the first man who worked on me. I told him he was grinding my nails too much. He stopped. A second man, resumed grinding my nails and cut one before I could stop him. He also used the grinder on my cuticles. The burn was real. I asked the manager to help with the communication gap. Nope! She was not at all helpful. She told me that only three people in the salon could provide the service I requested. She blamed me for failing to communication clearly. She said I should have done more than pointing at the screen to identify the service that the salon was promoting.Then, things got weird. The manager started repeating the cost of the services and pushing the work order in my face. I told her I knew the cost. She continued to push the order in front of me. I asked her why, and she responded that they notified customers of the cost of services. I asked her to please stop. She then told me to not be mad at her. I said I wasn't angry, I was anxious at that time, because I was concerned that I may miss my scheduled transportation. I continued my streak of being a good tipper, because it was not the fault of the service provider. But, I won't be back. Three issues in one visit was too much. The manager could have remedied the situation. Instead, she shifted the communication responsibility to me. I have options. read more

I'm a purple EVERYTHING girl bit the hot pink stole my heart so I went with that and picked a purple pink for my toes. My manicure was a dip manicure that I've never done before but I love it. I was annoyed at first that they had to dip it so much but the end result is sleek perfection. Dominique did my manicure and Tom did my pedicure and I will ask for them every time. They give you a 15% discount by the way for first timers. Dominique did my eyebrows as well and I love them. This place is Huge and it looks luxurious inside. I expect better. The employees are speaking in another language while servicing us which is so unprofessional. ***I went back and forth about posting this long review but I want to be truthful in how my initial appointment here went*** I've edited this review a few times as I do believe my negative experience was an isolated one and shouldn't reflect negatively on this nail shop!!! So this morning, I came in with 2 friends to get a full dip set and a toe shellac polish. The lady who started on my hands, Mary, was abrasive from the start. I showed her the picture and she said she could do it. Long story short, she keeps calling over the manager and then as I was showing my friend my nails and describing the situation, Mary starts calling me a liar (she said it a few times) rather loudly, which was attracting more attention. She even was talking about me to my friend after I'd moved away - which my friend really didn't appreciate! I've never dealt with that level of rudeness at a nail shop and hope to never deal with that again! Please note, If Lily had not intervened and offered to finish AND fix my nails, I would've left and probably never returned. Lily ended up reshaping and partially redoing my nails and due to her kindness and SKILL, I decided to get my toes done too (Dominique did an excellent job on my toes as well!). Very nice and neat decor and the owner Sally is extremely welcoming. Based off of this alone, it deserves 5 stars because of how they handled the situation AND did a great job on my nails!!! I would've had them fix it but I didn't have time today and they were already rushing him in to the next customer. I'm writing this after my third visit but let me talk about the first. I first stopped in this shop as that customer we all hate. The one that walks in BEFORE close and wants everything. I'm shamed to even admit it but I feel full disclosure is needed. Sally was extremely friendly and even while I was profusely apologizing for coming it at the end of their day, she insisted it was no problem. I got a pedicure, full dip powder and facial waxing. Everyone was working quickly and were still very friendly. No one made me feel as if I had burden them by staying a bit later. 3rd visit and Kay did my nails and Christian my pedicure. Both were super nice and Christian was especially great with my pedi. This beautiful place has a 20% off for yelp special for first time guests, and had openly recently so I called to make an appointment. This salon is large and beautiful. Plenty of room for guests to get services done. There's a huge full service bar in the manicure area. A cold glass of champagne was the perfect way to relax. Lily did an amazing job on my nails and I loved talking to her! She also showed me her acrylic nail art samples, which were intricate and impressive. I came here for a toe polish change and dip powder for my nails. The place is huge for starters and it's beautiful inside. I was quickly taken back for service after arriving as a walk-in. I am one of those people who don't like my nails and toes to be done at the same time. I told them so and they honored that request easily. The toe polish was fine. My dip powder manicure was great, as far as the technician's technique. She was very meticulous, almost too much so, as the service took over an hour. She perfectly shaped my short sporty length nails though, so I was happy. I wouldn't make this place my typical nail spot but in a pinch it would be okay. I think the products they used were pretty cheap as neither polish lasted as long as I'm used to. On the bright side, they do serve complimentary drinks while you're being serviced, so that's a plus. read more

Visited this location for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I was there for 2 hours! And not because they were doing a thorough job, because the manicurist had no idea how to do her job. I had gel on my nails already, when she put the cotton balls on with acetone it was running all down my hands. She barley let them soak for easy removal, instead she used a nail file and filed the gel off which is terrible for your nails! She didn't even ask how or if I wanted my nails trimmed. When I finally noticed, she had already started filing them round, even though they were clearly square before. TWICE, other manicurist came by and had to show her how to properly file my nails and she didn't even bother listening. She also kept telling me to drink my mimosa, which I didn't want anymore, I told her no. I wonder if she was trying to get me drunk so I wouldn't notice the bad job she was doing? When she was done she put oil on my left hand and alcohol on my right hand, smh, someone saw and came over and told her no in their own language.
