Not sure about the other location but i for sure won't be letting anyone else do my nails here. The tech left scabs around my cuticles from using a tool to shave them down. It wasn't painful until she used it on my right ring finger. A couple of days later I can the damage really done due to her lack of experience.
It was my first time here and I found this place on Yelp. Location has lots of parking. Priced well, a basic pedicure in the chair is $28. Lots of choices of colors. Huge bar inside, well stocked and lit up, looks like a bar you'd see in a fancy club. The salon is really big, nicely decorated and clean. Although I didn't understand why the kids section is all by itself away from adults, and why wouldn't they be in area with their parent plus I don't appreciate the fact that it's pink, that's outdated and to imply moms can't bring boys to get pampered (it should be neutral). The staff was nice and my technician was respectful to my needs and her work was well done. She did great job on my toes and her massage was strong yet comfortable (since some places I have gone, the women lightly rub your feet rather than massage). I enjoyed my visit and liked everything about my trip there and will be back. Sidebar: I don't understand why the owner chose to put such a large and sheek salon in this location. The shopping center the salon is in, is barren and gets very little foot traffic. The only way this salon will survive is based on word of mouth or the owner puts in effort for some advertising.
I went to get my nails done (overlay) because, like I said, I have to find alternative places when my original Salon is either closed or booked out. I already wrote a review about Dominique to my pedicure so I decided to try this place out again. I had Michael. Other than his great and vivacious personality that kept me laughing, he was actually very skilled. He was very patient with me when I was trying to decide if I was going to do shellac or dip powder and even looking for a specific color because I'm so used to Chrome at my nail salon. Michael even got my nail shape perfectly on the 1st hit of the file! Also, because my real nails are strong and long, I was very happy to see that he didn't do too much Drilling. It was just an overall good experience. Conversely, I wish he did a little bit more drilling toward the top where the cuticle is after the overlay was applied, but that's something we can fix the next time I come to him... Yes, there will be a next time! So..........anyone who wants to be taken care of, go to Michael for nails!
I came here for the first time on Labor Day Sunday, and it wasn't crowded at all. I had Kay take off my old nails and do ombré for me (nude and soft white). She was patient, listened to what I wanted, got my shape right!!!, and was kind. Will definitely be returning and seeing her again. Love the work. Also the lady at the front (forgot her name) was kind too. Customer service is great here.
OMG, this is my NEW favorite nail place. They are going to know me by name because cleanliness, great service, and luxury are three things I love in a nail salon and this place is it!!! With cleanliness being the kicker! Yes!!! I just yelped the best nail salon near me and I looked at the pictures and reviews and fell in love. In love!!! First, when you walk in you ate greeted right away and walk ins are welcome. There is an abundance of nail colors, it's overwhelming! I changed my mind so many times and they patiently waited because I know they understand. I'm a purple EVERYTHING girl bit the hot pink stole my heart so I went with that and picked a purple pink for my toes. My manicure was a dip manicure that I've never done before but I love it. I was annoyed at first that they had to dip it so much but the end result is sleek perfection. Dominique did my manicure and Tom did my pedicure and I will ask for them every time. They give you a 15% discount by the way for first timers. Dominique did my eyebrows as well and I love them. This place is Huge and it looks luxurious inside. They literally have a bar to offer you free drinks. Sodas, water, Mimosa, and wine. The water bottle they gave me was cold and not cheap. They have an ATM machine which is so convenient. I can go on and on but you get the picture. Gotta pick up some extra shifts at work because I will be here often. Oh, wow. This place is FANTASTIC! 20 stars!
First time here and I have to say I will be back! I walked in and was greeted right away by what seemed the manager then She guided me to the check In tablet. After that she asked if I knew what I wanted and I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and rapidly she showed me the color 543. After that I met Ms.Ariel , she was very sweet and gentle while doing my nails, she knew exactly what she was doing. Such a fancy place, great experience and great price! For the coffin nails In color 543 it was only $45 dollars , Loved it!

This place is my secret spot where I go for mommy relaxation time! Moved here in August 2025 and it took me a few tries to find this place. My favorite spot in Memorial and definitely a lot cheaper than other places with better service. Cocktails selection makes everything so much better read more

***I went back and forth about posting this long review but I want to be truthful in how my initial appointment here went*** I've edited this review a few times as I do believe my negative experience was an isolated one and shouldn't reflect negatively on this nail shop!!! So this morning, I came in with 2 friends to get a full dip set and a toe shellac polish. The lady who started on my hands, Mary, was abrasive from the start. I showed her the picture and she said she could do it. Long story short, she keeps calling over the manager and then as I was showing my friend my nails and describing the situation, Mary starts calling me a liar (she said it a few times) rather loudly, which was attracting more attention. She even was talking about me to my friend after I'd moved away - which my friend really didn't appreciate! I've never dealt with that level of rudeness at a nail shop and hope to never deal with that again! Please note, If Lily had not intervened and offered to finish AND fix my nails, I would've left and probably never returned. Lily ended up reshaping and partially redoing my nails and due to her kindness and SKILL, I decided to get my toes done too (Dominique did an excellent job on my toes as well!). Very nice and neat decor and the owner Sally is extremely welcoming. Based off of this alone, it deserves 5 stars because of how they handled the situation AND did a great job on my nails!!! I would definitely consider returning here again! What started as a negative experience turned very positive! read more

I'm so dissatisfied with the experience I'm writing this review while I'm still being service. Is this the worst nail salon, no. But seeing as this is 2021 and the options are plenty.. I expect better. The employees are speaking in another language while servicing us which is so unprofessional. My boyfriend and I are both getting the herbal pedicure and the lady doing my feet completely skipped a step. The "hot" stones are cold and the pedicure is being rushed. We won't be back! read more

Went here for the first time this morning to get nails done... I'm impressed! Had Kevin do the deluxe pedicure and Dominique did the deluxe manicure. The massage chair feels amazing. Very relaxing and love the great results on my nails! This place was referred to me by a friend who said it looks like a palace. Yes, indeed it looks like a palace; the biggest nail salon I've ever been to in Houston. Beautiful place! Can't wait to come back here. read more

I'm writing this after my third visit but let me talk about the first. I first stopped in this shop as that customer we all hate. The one that walks in BEFORE close and wants everything. I'm shamed to even admit it but I feel full disclosure is needed. Sally was extremely friendly and even while I was profusely apologizing for coming it at the end of their day, she insisted it was no problem. I got a pedicure, full dip powder and facial waxing. Everyone was working quickly and were still very friendly. No one made me feel as if I had burden them by staying a bit later. 3rd visit and Kay did my nails and Christian my pedicure. Both were super nice and Christian was especially great with my pedi. The original color I picked didn't go on well so he picked a similar color for me and redid it all over with no complaints. read more

Appreciated that they took appropriate safety precautions against Covid and that the atmosphere was nice however my nails look like I did them myself. I got the deluxe pedi because I wanted a massage, but never got one. On my manicure i had to ask the nail tech to file my nails because she was about to paint them and never even filed them. I also now have paint all over my cuticles because she barely cut my cuticles. Don't plan on returning. read more

I love how they take precautions to maintain everyone's safety, they took my temp and I had to complete a questionnaire to make sure I wasn't sick and the place is very clean. They also Serv drinks. Very upscale and moderate priced. Just call them and make an appointment read more

Visited this location for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I was there for 2 hours! And not because they were doing a thorough job, because the manicurist had no idea how to do her job. I had gel on my nails already, when she put the cotton balls on with acetone it was running all down my hands. She barley let them soak for easy removal, instead she used a nail file and filed the gel off which is terrible for your nails! She didn't even ask how or if I wanted my nails trimmed. When I finally noticed, she had already started filing them round, even though they were clearly square before. TWICE, other manicurist came by and had to show her how to properly file my nails and she didn't even bother listening. She also kept telling me to drink my mimosa, which I didn't want anymore, I told her no. I wonder if she was trying to get me drunk so I wouldn't notice the bad job she was doing? When she was done she put oil on my left hand and alcohol on my right hand, smh, someone saw and came over and told her no in their own language. I should have said something then but honestly I was tired, hungry and just wanted to get home after 2 hours of sitting! read more

This place will leave you with a Wow reaction when you walk in the doors. The place is nicely decorated and it has a luxurious feeling to it. The staff are pleasant, I went it on Sunday with no appointment but they were happy to help, therefore they accepted me as a walk in. This place is huge, they even have a bar, yup a bar. My experience was pleasant, fast. I have a five start cause it's one of the best nail salons around my areas however I do have to say I thought it was a bit price, they do offer something to drink, obviously beside of the bar, so I understand you paying for those extra amenities. Also nails where done exactly how I wanted, they look really well done with no bubbles or defects. read more
