I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. She was very friendly and did a great job. . This is an older shop. It's clean, and they've tried to make it very nice with elegant decorations. There are lockers to store your personal belongings. I was a little concerned at first, when I noticed I was sharing my treatment room with two other customers. But everyone was very quiet and I was able to relax -- and practically fell asleep! The session starts with a very thorough scalp analysis. Which was interesting. I was happy to see that my hair and scalp are in very good condition. (I'm told I'm not that's not the case with all customers.) I also appreciated that they did not use this appointment as an opportunity to pressure or upsell me on products or treatments. I learned a lot about my own head and hair: coarse hair with babies growing in (yay!) and an oily but overall healthy scalp. Tiffany and Them are really amazing at what they do. I was so relaxed and came out looking like a new person. I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.
