0 stars if I could! I went in for a lash lift and left super disappointed. One eye was clearly more lifted than the other, and the tech was literally coughing and sniffling in my face the whole time she was clearly sick and shouldn't have been working. I reached out right after and was first offered a different service I didn't even want. They eventually offered a free correction, but when I followed up to book it, they suddenly said they couldn't do it anymore. I was told to come back two weeks later, which would've been unsafe for my lashes due to overprocessing. Overall super unprofessional wouldn't recommend. I just started coming here a little over 2 months ago and I absolutely love it! I get my lashes done religiously. I see Lynn every 2-3 weeks and she never disappoints. the place is always very clean I never have to wait very long. if I come in early and my tech is available they will take me in. they allow you to wash your lashes before your appointment and provide everything in the restroom. the place is pretty quiet I take some one the most pecesful naps here lol every person I've interacted with on the team is super friendly and sweet. I absolutely love going here! Kayla & Michelle are AMAZING they are really kind and fun to talk to. They're super gentle while applying eyelashes and the time just flies by. Their work is absolute perfection, the years they've put into it shows! I've gone like 5 or 6 times and get so many compliments! The location is extremely clean, beautiful, and peaceful. I went to a different place before ( gorgeous lashes) and this place is a million times better. The employees are nicer, the place is cleaner, the booking process is easy, and the prices are better. Five star +++. I went to Angel (Kayla's sis) for lashes for years until Covid and the lockdown happened. Angel moved to another city but left me in great hand with Kayla. Both sisters are absolutely amazing and super talented. Kayla's techniques for lashes is considered art. My lashes look natural, wispy with the perfect volume. Lashes never looked too heavy... just absolutely beautiful and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths w such a talented artist! I have been going to Kayla for about 4 months now due to relocating to my new place and my first impression of her work was great. She was professional, kind, and did good work with lashes. My lashes were very beautiful and full when she did them whether is was a full set or refill. However after going to her the second month for refills I noticed that my lashes will start falling off drastically after 3-5 days ( which I was gentle with my lashes and did not expose them to any moisture until after 48 hours). I informed her of the problems I was having with my lashes and she had me come to correct it free of charge and after she fixed them it lasted until my next refill. Recently I went in to get a classic full set and within a week all my lashes were falling off to the point I barely had any lashes. I contacted her and she stated she was frustrated about the problems I keep having with my lashes , my lash line is oily, and that I should go to a new lash technician. At that point she made me upset and I decided to write a review about my experience. I felt she did not conduct my feedback properly , as a business woman she should have fixed my lashes because they were poorly done and then said after this I may should try another technician. I wasted $60 (Christmas Special) for lashes that only lasted a week. I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years now and never had this problem. Kayla is a sweet lady but I will not be going back for her service. read more
