I reached out right after and was first offered a different service I didn't even want. They eventually offered a free correction, but when I followed up to book it, they suddenly said they couldn't do it anymore. I was told to come back two weeks later, which would've been unsafe for my lashes due to overprocessing. Overall super unprofessional wouldn't recommend.
