As soon as I got in there she did not agree me and told me to sit down like if I was a dog I asked about the sketch since I don't know how things work and she said they do that in person so that you can readjust anything if needed, and whenever I happen to readjust, she started attacking me rushing me to the point where I couldn't even explain what I wanted. One eye was clearly more…read morelifted than the other, and the tech was literally coughing and sniffling in my face the whole time she was clearly sick and shouldn't have been working. I reached out right after and was first offered a different service I didn't even want. They eventually offered a free correction, but when I followed up to book it, they suddenly said they couldn't do it anymore. I was told to come back two weeks later, which would've been unsafe for my lashes due to overprocessing. Overall super unprofessional wouldn't recommend. I work out 4-5 times a week, weightlifting and cardio, but always had issues losing fat around my…read moreabdominal area. Initially, I came here because of a Groupon deal, the laser lipo, and ended up booking my first cool sculpting session the following weekend. Apparently, results from cool sculpting can be immediate with optimal results after a few months. That following week, I came in and the lady who helped me forgot where she exactly placed the measuring tape around my waist, so I didn't find out how many centimeters I lost around my lower abdominal area immediately. Not going to lie, I was a bit bummed. Christine rectified my experience by offering me another session at no cost to me, which was today. She didn't have to do that for me, but I do appreciate her. This time we did my upper abdominal area. I came in at 78cm and left at 77cm. I will update my review in a few months with my results - photos and all!

My wife has been coming here for awhile and stopped going. She took me here for the first time…read moreafter not going for maybe a year. We saw an ad outside limited time facial for $55. We were told on the phone a combo hair wash and facial would be $60 but not include deep clean like pimples . When asked about the $60 combo they told us the facial would not include pimples so we opted for the facial only for $55. For $55 we thought it would be a deeper facial but it was not what we expected . The combo was $60 and the express facial was $55. Why not just get the combo then? $55 was not worth it for the express. Something you can do at home. Was couple soaps on your face and a hot towel and a face mask. And that's it. The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.
