I came in and had to make two separate appointments(one to get the eyelashes extensions and one to fix their mistake) on September 15 for the classic eyelash extensions. Everyone was very nice and professional but the quality of the lash placement was not! When I left my appointment I notice my eyelashes did not match at all which was very upsetting and disappointing because I read all the great reviews. So I had to call and make another appointment to get it fixed which was ridiculous because it should of been right the first time. My left eye was missing SO MANY eyelash extensions that I don't understand how the technician didn't see it?? (maybe I was blinking too much?)My right eye was missing lashes in the inner corner and it wasn't even fixed the second time around!!! And the lashes that were fixed were place in the middle of my eyelash!!!!!!! I was embarrassed with the work and it wasn't even my fault. Some of my natural lashes are bent and wonky now. I have wanted to try Tina Cosmetics for a while and only to have my first time be SOOO DISAPPOINTING. Just be cautious on who you pick as you lash technician. I was given a $5.00 off coupon for the inconvenience but I don't think I will be returning. read more

Vivian is amazing, my lashes always look great and since I get a more "natural" look I often get asked "what mascara do you use" because people think they are real, that is how good she is. She can do any look you might like as she has also done my daughter with more of a glam look! If you have ever had your eyelashes done poorly you will understand how important it is to have a professional, experienced person do your lashes i.e. my eyes never burn! I get in and out in an hour and the atmosphere is relaxing, I typically fall asleep! Vivian is super responsive and dependable, she knows her stuff and it shows in her work!
