The women that work at this eye brow studio are amazing at what they do l. I have one eyebrow that has been tattooed and it's very uneven, but they managed to always straighten out my eyebrows and make them look perfectly even. I should add just by thredding. They try to get you out fast. I grew out my eyebrows for 2 Months and mentioned it to her I wanted to have a clean look and and have them thick. She didn't listen and left me with thin eyebrows. I told her she didn't listen but refused to acknowledge she did. She was taking to another customer while doing them and kept being distracted. A horrible experience. I wish I could give a zero review. My daughter went to get henna put on and the lady had no idea what she was doing. We showed her pics and she waved them away. She proceeded to make thick lines. When I said to stop, she says oh everybody asks for it this way. She said it will wash off but it didn't. The owner said nothing during this process. It looked awful and I told the owner on the phone later that evening. If someone doesn't have a skill then don't say you do. A child could've done what she did. The owner Naz replied with an "ok" after which I said no it's mot ok. My teenager was in tears. I came straight to Aisha's and they fixed the design by covering it and did a beautiful job! Came here the other night with my sister to get our eyebrows threaded. Hers came out great. I got a cut under my left eyebrow (how does that happen?) and a chunk missing from the middle of my right eyebrow. I came here once before and they did the best job ever. I guess don't go 15 mins before closing. Decided to come here again to give it another chance, since I have had a good experience before. I am very picky when it comes to my eyebrows. I moved to Texas 2 years ago and will only go to Naz. She is amazing. As an Indian I love my eyebrows but it's quite easy to make them thin and change the shape. I have been to other salons where they have messed my brows up and end up coming to Naz fix them for me. I don't do reviews often but I had to for this time. The first time I went I went to a young girl and she did a really good job she worked on my eyebrows. I had been letting them grow out for months because they were uneven after waxing. I came back to get a simple cleanup from the same girl because she had done so well last time and she destroyed my eyebrows. They are completely uneven. My left is thinner than the right and a small piece is missing on the top of my right eyebrow. I am beyond infuriated because I felt like she rushed the job. I was looking for an eyebrow place since moving to Houston, TX and I found one! So far my experience at Sony's eyebrows has been great.

They suggested I let them cut my hair and straighten it and they completely ruined my curls. They did not tell me the product they would be using and turned my hair completely straight. It wasn't a perm or silk treatment... I'm almost certain it was some sort of keratin product. When I came back and complained they handled it so unprofessionally and I told them I would never be coming back. It's been 10 months since I last saw them and my curls have come back... but they're not the same. Never get your hair done there.
