Hannah has scraped my eyes and is refusing to reimburse me for the damages she has caused by ignoring my texts and phone calls. I do not recommend seeing her. On the day she performed the procedure, I started experiencing itchy, sore, swollen eyes and started to see half rings of blood below the iris for both eyes. I contacted her and she had asked for a picture. She said it was normal. It got progressively worse. I contacted her again and she said not to get the eyes wet and they would go away. She also said if I had contacted earlier, which I had, she could have seen me. The following day I had to fly to Chicago to work a trade show. There was no improvement. It had only gotten worse. I was uncomfortable and stressed because I knew that something was not right. I contacted an ophthalmologist in Chicago. Fortunately, the receptionist shared that she too had an experience with a lash procedure and had to be treated by the ophthalmologist from her office. She booked me right away and I felt confident that I could get help. Once I landed in Chicago I headed straight to the ophthalmologist, luggage and all. The ophthalmologist told me that the plastic drapes from the Lash Procedure had scraped the skin on my eyeballs which is why there was hemorrhaging on the lower part of the eyes. I was fortunate not to have a scratch on my cornea. The doctor recommended that I pursue reimbursement for the service from the lash procedure and the medical bill. I am very displeased with the way Hannah has disregarded my experienced. She lied and said it was normal. She did not reach out to see if there was any improvement. She is avoiding my phone calls and texts. I have only asked to be compensated $242.70. That covers my doctors fee, her fee and the glasses I have to wear at my trade show while my eyes are healing. Hannah is the best! I love her products and her punctuality is awesome! She gets booked really quick so I book my refill the same day on the online thing she uses. My lashes always look amazing and last very long. I have gone other places since BB is bit of a drive for me, but the drive is definitely worth it since I eventually went back to her since I couldn't find anyone close to the amazing job she does! Beware of this place.I went here to get volume lashes, which she did not know how to do at all. I found out after she did one eye and the lashes where hard as rocks, when I tried to brush them they where falling out everywhere.Here is the crazy part she attempted to take off the lashes I had hard glue all where eyeliner goes in my eye. She kept putting this burning concoction in my eye to remove the hard glue, I just couldn't take anymore of that burning liquid in my eye. I've gone here several times to get my lashes done when Hannah was on 1960. However, at some point she began loosing the concept of great customer service that she use to have (which caused me to return). For my last booking with her for a refill, she told me at the last minute that she had moved from 1960 near Spring to Barker Cypress. O_O That's a big difference in distance, and I would have been highly disappointed to find out that she was not at the same location had she not mentioned that "minor" detail. So of course, I had to cancel my appointment because I hadn't planned to make such a drive. Since she "usually" does a good job, I would get compliments on my lashes. So one of my neighbors said she wanted to get her lashes done, but I warned her that Hannah moved. She was willing to drive out to Barker Cypress just to get her lashes done- so we would go together. Seems simple right? Wrong. When I booked my appointment with Hannah for a REFILL ($50), she texted me the next day to say that she would have to charge me a "transfer to new store" fee of $70. Of course I'm flabbergasted because that's a big jump for a needless price! Mind you, my friend was getting a FULL SET for $79. I told her that I'm not paying that price for her to do the same process for any regular refill. She tried to say that the other place used different products (not) which is why she "had to" charge that. My response was that the products weren't different, and it's unfair that my accomplice would be getting more work done and pay about the same price that I am for LESS work! In WHAT world does that make sense?! For that fact that she tried to say that she "had to" charge made me even more upset because last I checked- she was self-employed- not part of any company where prices were out of her control. I kindly told her that if she was not willing to change the price that me and my friend would cancel. She was not willing to bend and blamed the price changes due to the new location. SO, I found another place. Bottom line, it sickens me when businesses become GREEDY especially towards their loyal customers. SHE decided to move, no one made her, and I'm sure she knew the prices of the new location prior to going there. She'd rather worry about losing $20 instead of gaining $79 PLUS infinite customer returns! How silly is that? I found Hannah when she was at the 1960 location for a full set. She has now moved to the Towned Lake Reserve and Spa Salon and it is much better than the previous salon which was too loud and made me feel unsafe. The new place looks more like a spa. I am now a regular client because she keeps doing an detailed work, putting lash one on one, picking adjusting the length of the lash for each spot of my eyes. Her Mink lashes are high quality and look very natural and comfortable. Having tried other places before, I noticed her lashes last longer. She said it's due to the medical glue she used, which hold longer and avoid some allergies. I also like the fact I can get an appointment for refill very quick and she doesn't mind giving me the price of a 3-week refill even though I came on the 4th week. She also have refill price for 5 weeks if I happened to be too busy. She recently told me she has a new service, the microblading, to sculpt my eyebrows. It's a semi-permanent make-up which looks more natural than tattoos and less invasive. I may try it for this fall. read more

Hannah was recommended to me, the worst decision of my life. She was so polite and very gentle made me feel comfortable instantly. When I saw my lashes I loved them, I booked a fill & tipped 20%. Shortly after leaving my eyes started to become extremely irritated, they were puffy, burning and red, but I couldn't wash them yet so I waited. They lasted less than 24 hours before clumps started falling out, yes clumps. Not just a few lashes (which shouldn't be falling out yet anyways), but glued lumps. Hannah ignored my calls, texts, messages to all media platforms, then told my bank that I never tried to contact her so I could not get my money back or my lashes fixed. My bank told me to file a police report. Hannah, you can't just steal from people and keep getting away with it. She's a fraud and will steal your money. Good luck not getting an infection in your eyes either, mine were fucked for 2 weeks after I paid someone else to remove them. If I could give negative stars, I would. I came here on a Saturday to get a full set of faux mink lashes. It was my first time getting these done so I opted for the "natural" option. BB's suite is located inside the Reserve which is in the Boardwalk Towne Lake area of Cypress. Nice area and her suite was comfortable and clean. The process took about 45 mins and I experienced no discomfort. After the service was completed the lashes were nice except I did notice they did not look "symmetrical". The lashes on the left went straight up and seemed a little less full while the lashes on the right fanned outward and were very full and pretty. Nevertheless, I paid for the service ($89) and tipped her 15% ($102.35 Total). I was told the lashes would hold up for at least 2 weeks but I would experience a bit of fall out during that time. She suggested I come back in about 3 weeks for a refill. She said the norm is anywhere from 2-4 weeks. It has now been 6 days since I received the service and the lashes have fallen out tremendously! I have been experiencing fallout of about 4-6 lashes daily. More so on the left side. I don't have oily skin and I have been very careful to follow all of the aftercare instructions but they just so not look good at all now. Kind of reminds me of when I see girls with bad mascara jobs. These definitely won't hold up to two weeks. I contacted BB about the issue but she offered no resolve. She basically just said drop off everyday is normal. Sorry but for $100 bucks I expect these to look good for more than a couple of days. Definitely won't be returning here. read more
