I love my haircut! I scheduled for a women's wash, cut, and blowdry. Prices are genuinely amazing; my hair was down to my lower back and was cut just below my chest with layers, the total was $75! For a wash, cut, and blowdry, it was such a deal! This was my second time here, I loved my experience with my first time at this studio that I had to come back. The inside of the studio is gorgeous, modern but still warm and cozy. I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! Owner & staff spoke badly about my hair in Vietnamese not realizing that I also spoke the same language. I came in for a keratin treatment and a haircut. Once I checked-in, a lady came to introduce herself and began to take me to the chair for service. Then the owner asked for another different technician to do my service. Don't get me wrong the technician was very very sweet, but it was very apparent that she did not have the experience to do the service. The service is listed on their website to take 1.5hrs, yet I was there for 4hrs for just the keratin treatment. After hearing the owner and staff make comments about my hair and how the service was obviously not done correctly, I decided not to get the haircut. Another lady took over the service and began straightening my hair. She burned me twice, went on her phone knowing I was already there for hours, and she was coughing up a storm right behind me. During the entire 4 hours comments were made and I waited till the end of my service to enlighten the manager that I in fact did speak Vietnamese and I understood everything. I stated that I did not expect to pay full price, and I didn't. My review is based on in unprofessionalism of the manager and her staff. She should not have sent an inexperienced technician to do a $350 treatment, and she surely shouldn't have made comments in another language thinking that I did not understand. read more

I get my hair blow dried once a week, and I'm al always looking for a new salon close to home that can blow dry my hair, smooth and shiny. I came in and saw Min (owner) I showed her a picture of how I like to get my hair done. She washed my hair thoroughly with good namebrand products in the back bar. I booked an appointment with Vivian and I walked in with very dead thinning hair. I told her I didn't want to take too much of it off and then my hair hasn't really had any body to it and that I had colored it previously. She told me she knew exactly would make it look good and I trusted her. I originally went in for a wet cut, but ended up getting a blowout and it was super worth it for those extra dollars. The overall environment was pretty good. It was very calm, except for one other customer who did make it a bit, eerie, and uncomfortable in there, but besides that there were some other people in there who overall just made the environment Feel more welcoming. read more

I went in on a Monday, and Vivian was my stylist. I got a long cut, shampoo and blowdry and couldn't have been happier with the results! The shampoo was divine. (IYKYK) While I did come in armed with Pinterest photos, Vivian gave off a "I know how to make anyone's hair look good" vibe so I kept the pics to myself and she did not disappoint. My waist length hair was in need of volume, and the long layers she added to my hair did the trick. I have gotten compliments on my hair from strangers, so no doubt I'll be going back. I needed a last minute haircut so I made an appointment with The Oasis. They were busy and I had to wait, but had comfortable area and the staff was nice so I was patient. Though there was a slight language barrier with Jolie, she got right to it after I showed her a picture of what I was looking for.
