I googled eye brow threading while on that side of town doing a self care day. I was immediately greeted and seated to get my eye brows threaded. She asked my preference and executed the look I was going for 5 stars for the quality services I was provided. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service so much I let her talk me into getting henna and brow tint. I recommend this place to anyone in the westheimer area read more

i wanted to come here to trim my hair and the lady just immediately made me sit and she didn't even wet my hair she started to straighten my hair and not even to wet it or anything! and she just started cutting it and it was so uneven like it was short to long ends. i don't recommend this place to anyone if they need to trim their hair or maybe it's just her but the vibe was funky too! so bad..never coming her AGAIN! read more

Geeta does great work, color, hair cuts, or just a shampoo and blow dry. Call and make an appointment. She also does threading. Best of all she is a very nice person. read more

They have a big collection in hair color. The salon is nice and clean. Getar is so talent and patient. You should make an appointment before coming , so you don't have to wait for a long time like me. Recommended read more

Highly recommend! Gheta has taken care of my hair and eyebrows for about 5 years now. Love her haircuts, and excellent color skills. When I went through a year with fashion colors (green and blue), she was right there with me, and I think she had as much fun with it as I did! I really can't recommend her highly enough. I won't go anywhere else! read more

Please disregard my overgrown coloring (I colored my own hair)! I will be coming in on a later date to Greeta so she color my hair for this first time :-)! We talked about it during my amazing hair cut. I only cut my hair about once a year and so my goal has always been to try a different salon until I found a perfect spot! THIS SALON IS IT! Greeta's customer service is excellent! Her talent in the salon is even better!! I was so worried about my hair being cut way to short because of past experiences. I am always sure to ask for a trim and I've have places cut my hair to my shoulders because it was "dead," I am always feeling bad about my split ends so I barely fix my hair and always have it natural or in a bun. Greeta informed me so much about healthy hair habits so that I don't get so many spilt ends in the future (things like using a heat protector etc.) I was so grateful for her knowledge and helpfulness! On top of all this she not only doubled but TRIPLED checked with me on how much she was cutting. I felt so at ease knowing my hair was in good hands! She ended up cutting 4 inches off and my hair feels amazing!!! I love the results!! I will be back to her in 3 weeks to get a color experience from her and I can't wait to post the results! :-) read more

Crystal was recommended to me by a friend at just the right time, I was in need of a new stylist and Crystal has been AMAZING. Totally worth the drive! read more

I have been going here a few times and I have had a great experience every time. The vibe is chill and she is very helpful with choosing the right thing for your hair. She also does a great job on our brows. I would recommend this place. read more

Wonderful experience! Went in for a simple cut and am very pleased...will definitely be back!

I came here for a trim, as it had been a while and my ends were trashed from a recent bleaching. I was able to make an appointment the same day, and warmly greeted upon arrival. I felt at ease, my hair was handled carefully, and some products were suggested based on my hair needs. I really had a good experience and will be back! It's worth a visit for sure! FYI - parking is easy and the salon was cute and clean too. read more

I went to have my hair cut by Geeta about a week ago. I called that day and she got me into see her right away! I used to have tape in extensions so my hair has a lot of breakage due to that. Geeta suggested a treatment for me to try called olaplex. It left my hair feeling soft and healthy afterwards! She was sure to tell me the cost of everything upfront and even was understanding when I didn't want to buy some products she suggested. She then cut my hair after rinsing the product off. She styled it for me which she hadn't told me the price of. When I got to the register she said that the blow dry was on her today! She was so sweet , knowledgeable, and understanding I will definitely be coming back to this place. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Ms. Geeta is very knowledgeable and skilled. I came for a haircut but was also given copious amounts of useful advice such as adjustments to the haircut I wanted, how to take care of my damaged hair, and even how to style it. I was super impressed by my haircut and am now convincing everyone in my life to go here too! read more

Just got my hair trimmed for the first time in over a year and I am so glad I came here! Geeta was SO nice and checked in with me more than once to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. She was punctual and thorough. I would definitely recommend going here! read more

I love Salon Gallery. Ive been going here for over 6 years and Geeta is just amazing. I literally sit down to get my eyebrows threaded and it takes her 3 minutes AT MOST and they come out flawless EVERY TIME. I dont trust anyone else with them. As long as I live close by, this will be my place! read more

I have been going to Greta for 8 years now and she is absolutely amazing. There is nobody else i trust to cut my hair as beautifully as she does. And also because I do hijab, she tries to make sure to cut it in a portion of her salon which is hidden. Every time I come to her I leave feeling happier. She never tries to make you do something you're not comfortable with and makes your hair look flawless! read more

Miss Geeta did my hair and eyebrows today! I haven't had the best experiences with haircuts and haven't been to get one in two years. Miss Geeta saw me today; she washed, cut, and styled my hair, and threaded and tinted my eyebrows. She did an AMAZING job! I love my hair and my eyebrows. I feel like a whole new woman. I highly recommend Salon Gallery! read more

Gita was very rude and no respect for a customer. I brought my daughter to highlight her hair and being my first time at her salon, i just asked her direction and advise on what would be the best option for my daughter. Rather than giving me an opinion she was rude and totally unwelcoming. Glad i found another salon few block down the street, and they did an awesome job!! I would not recommend anyone to Gita as she has no respect for a customer. My rating is zero, read more

I recently had to find a new hair stylist as my stylist of over 30 years had to retire because of illness with very little notice. I have very short hair that I have had colored hair for over 20 years and was very concerned in finding someone new. So i started searching for someone near my Bear Creek area house and Salon Gallery had some of the best reviews. I dropped by and Geeta gave me a little trim and we talked about how I wanted my hair styled and colored. She made some suggestions and i came back two weeks later to get color, highlights and lowlights. My husband loves my hair. I'm sure that I will be going to Geeta for a long time! read more

Geeta does a great job threading my brows every time. I always get compliments. I've noticed my moms skin glowing from her facials and am trying one today. I had someone else at the salon do my brows once, and it wasn't as good as Geeta, so I would recommend waiting for her. read more

Geeta is amazing at what she does, I have been going to her since high school and she always has that magic touch. She knows all about my hair, I don't even have to explain to her as to what I need done, I trust her with my hair with my eyes closed!! That says a lot about her coming from a picky person like me! I highly recommend her to all my friends and family and anyone that is looking for a great, amazing and friendly stylist!! Thanks Geeta, u r the best! read more

Extremely Rude! Very unpleasant! Not informative! There was no one in there and 2 people came in after me, one didn't have an appointment, the other did, but they were going to take the one without an appointment before me. We had been waiting. She just should have said she didn't want to do my son's haircut and I would have left. But the way she went about the situation was unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. She should have just said she couldn't take us so it wouldn't waste my time. read more

Let me start this by saying this is my first ever review I am a kind of person who doesn't like to experiment someone new I was told about her salon and I went to her after driving for like 40 minutes let me say this it was worth the drive. Greta is the sweetest person I told her about the haircut that I want and she told me in detail and every single time she cut it she showed me before. She is very humble and sweet and knows her jobs very well and she loves to do her job and it shows in her work I can recommend her to anyone who really needs a job well done . 5+ star read more

I'm so glad to finally find a quality threading place close to home! The place is small and appears to be under construction so it may be easy to miss! My mother and I got our eyebrows threated/shaped by Rashida. She was gentle and quick, and to top it off the price is very reasonable too. read more

Vivian is my hero! I came in for an emergency rescue after a disaster happened to my hair at a different salon. She fixed me right up and cut it exactly how I wanted. I'll definitely be back for more haircuts in the future. read more

I came to the salon gallery to get my hair and make up done for a wedding and for my daughters hair for a wedding as well. I had to make an appointment about a week and a half in advanced and left a down payment. Geeta got my hair and makeup looking faboulous and she made my daughters hair look so cute ! By the end of the night make up was still looking great and so was my hair , I thought to myself money well spent it was so worth it ! I have my go to lady now for special occasion makeup and hair. My husband was so impressed by the way she did my hair and make up my lipstick stayed on all night and I usually have to retouch it when I do it myself. Give this Salon a try you will not regret it best part for me is she was 5 minutes away from my house read more

I got my Haircut, Styling & Hair Color done here by Geeta. She was a complete professional. She explained everything to me about my hair type and what color & style would suit my face & complexion. I didn't have a particular style in mind & decided to leave my haircut & styling to her. She did a wonderful job and I was extremely pleased with her work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Call a day or two earlier for an appointment with Geeta. read more

I was looking for a place to have my hair done, found this place on Yelp. I liked the fact that I was able to get in on the same day, the place is older kinda dark little run down. They offer threading, so I asked to have my upper lip done, the owner processed to my eyebrow I had to haver to stop her, she told me that she hadn't that much and it wasn't noticeable but could do the other side if I wanted her to i could see the difference so I let her know I wanted her to fix it. She told me that it looked like I needed so sorry about that I was sticker shock, she charged drying my hair no discount for her mess up I will not be going back read more

Geeta cut my hair! She did an amazing job, she also shampooed and styled my hair! Would recommend this place to everyone! Excellent customer service :) read more

I've been going to see the owner, Geeta, for over 5 years to get my eyebrows threaded. Even though I no longer live in the area, I make my way to her every two weeks for threading. I haven't been able to find someone who can thread my brows as well as she can. They are reasonably priced. In addition to threading, they offer hair color and cut services. It's one of the best kept hole in the wall secrets. I don't know what I'll do when I move outside of Houston! read more

I go to Salon Gallery to get my eyebrows threaded. They are reasonably priced and do a great job.

I've been coming here for more than 7 years, this is the place to come if you want to get your eyebrows threaded, Minu and Geeta are both great, they are fast but careful to give you a great eyebrow shape. I also have gotten my hair blown straight by Geeta, she really does an AMAZING job. read more

Geeta cuts hair well but is rude. I've been to her twice, and the second experience was worse than the first. The first time, I was happy with how she cut my hair, but she was kind of rude. I went back months later and she was more rude. She told me I didn't wash my hair well and it was greasy, to which I responded that after washing it, I put some oil to condition it. She mentioned a few times how difficult it was to cut my "greasy" hair. When it was time to pay, she tried to charge me more than the first time (four months prior), and I asked why, she said she changed the prices. I asked did she really change the prices in these past few months, and she told me it's her salon and she can change the prices whenever she wants. That was unprofessional and unnecessary to say that way. She did give me the price I wanted, but I can do without the attitude and will not be going back. One of the reasons I went there was because there is a room in the back and I wear a headscarf, so I appreciate that private setting. However, I don't need to go anywhere where I'm made to feel like someone is doing me a favor, or is rude and condescending. Thank you but no thank you. Learn how to talk to people with respect. Very disappointing. read more

Highly recommended! She is so gentle and uses the right products to wax my face! Doesn't stretch your skin and roll on the wax like Aisha's! That type of waxing is for the legs! She uses cloth strips too! I never get any irritation! Such a nice owner! read more
