She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. I checked my account just last night, and the appointment was still confirmed. No one ever attempted to contact me or cancel the booking. This was my second time here, I loved my experience with my first time at this studio that I had to come back. The inside of the studio is gorgeous, modern but still warm and cozy. I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! She did such a wonderful job, I'm really satisfied with her work.
