I usually don't leave reviews but this needed one, nail tech was very rude and had an attitude the whole time doing my nails. Pedicure was left very streaky with lines, job poorly done and wasn't open to fixing it either. Will never recommend this nail salon to anyone read more

Staff was nice, but I was NOT happy with my powder dip nails. The next day the shellac they put on top was peeling! I went back and just wanted the design removed. I was charged $40 for the full set plus $20 for the design. Upon removal of the design they said they don't do refunds. So instead they gave me a $15 dollar credit to use in the future. I will never go back here again. And do not recommend this nail salon. read more

Shockingly poor pedicure - check out the pictures. Very disappointing experience. I only treat myself to a pedicure once a year on Mother's Day, and I was so disappointed I almost wanted to cry. The technician, Anna, was very nice, but somehow painted my nails worse than my own child would have. Almost every toe had paint on the skin and cuticles, the paint bubbled in some places, and some of the nails were left unpainted close to the edges. The cuticle wasn't trimmed and cleaned up as well as it should be, the paint job was bumpy and uneven. I'm not sure if it's because of the dim lighting or if age affected her eyesight, but I was just floored at how poorly it was done. I was truly shocked. I went back the following day at 1PM, I had an appointment scheduled. After waiting 45 minutes I had to leave, at this point I just asked for my money back - which I thought was reasonable. They refused, so now I am going back a 3rd time tomorrow. I will not be using this salon going forward. I am seriously disappointed to the point of tears. read more

Update**beware-they dipped in acrylic powder NOT dip powder..took forever to come off and my nails were messed up afterwards.. Not too bad.. the pedicure was pretty short for what I paid but the Polish job is nice. The lady doing my dip nails did an okay job. I had to have her straighten out one nail that was uneven when she was done, thumb nail is still uneven and has some bumps but I'm really not the picky type so I'll live. They had a bunch of dip powder colors which was great but overall entire service was rushed. I went because there was a coupon online but come to find out it expired years ago apparently. ‍ Word of advice, take this coupon off your website as this is false advertising. read more

I tried this salon based on the positive reviews here and how close it was to my new house. I had an experience eerily similar to another reviewer where they dug into my nail bed (which was extremely painful) and it's now cut, swollen, and I'm concerned about infection. The service was polite but not welcoming by any means and it took over an hour for me to get a basic polish mani pedi. They made me pay in the middle of my services, including tip for a job not yet completed, because they were 'closing the system' at 6:30pm. Then at 7pm they closed all the window, shut off the music, and the singular TV, and the front desk staff left. So I was left in a silent salon with just the sound of nail files and my anxiety. I will not be returning and would not advise you to visit this salon unless you're already a regular here. read more

Came here with a friend to get some much needed pedi's and they did a amazing job! I recommend Bella and Tina and their lavender pedicure for $38! They have drinks, and even give you fruit! As well as a shoulder wrap! These ladies really took their time and did a great job! 11/07/2017 Loved it! They always take their time here with all their customers and give them the BEST service. Decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. Very nice environment, they offer refreshments. I noticed they have a bar too not sure when they open that up though. The service itself was nice, the massage was great and the ladies seem genuinely kind and make pleasant conversation. I had two ladies working on me at once. Unfortunately my manicure chipped before the day was over and my toe was cut. I did get regular polish but I expected at least a few days wear before chipping started. They do use new implements fresh out of the packaging and a plastic liner in the spa tub so I am not worried about the cut, but it hurt. The experience was great but the results just ok. That being said I would probably still return, not for a manicure but the pedicure treatment was great aside from the cut. read more

Great pedicure by Tracy she was wonderful, manicure shellac was not very good. The reason why most of us girls do shellac is to have our nails without any chips on them for two weeks, well not this shellac! Did my nails on Thursday both thumbs nails completely peeled off by Sunday! They have a signed that they will redo nails only within 3 days, this tells me that the quality of the shellac they use is not top quality! read more

After trying two places that were completely booked I stumbled upon this place- and SO glad I did!!! $20 for a NICE mani and gentle eyebrow wax!! Holly did such a great job and I will definitely be back! A plus was they dry by UV so the polish last longer, dries hard, and looks like shiny shellac. read more

This place is wonderful. I've been twice and will make this my new nail salon. The staff is always friendly and they give you a plate of fruit that's always cut fresh and straight out of the fridge. The staff is always friendly and make sure you need for nothing while you're there. They have a wide selection of colors and styles and are patient if you're a little indecisive on what to choose. If I could give this salon 5 or more stars, I would!! The three things I look for when coming to a new salon is: cleanliness, service, and atmosphere. Cleanliness: this salon is SO clean! Every utensil used on you comes out of a sealed and clean utensil envelope. They have so many scrubs and lotions and options to chose from. Service: Nancy was my tech and she is amazing. Great massage, does plenty of layers of polish, and is meticulous with the polish and cuticles. They also have so many colors to chose from. Atmosphere: this salon has relaxing music playing, you're given a hot neck pillow, cold bottled water and a fresh fruit plate. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!! They were nice did a good job on my nails, but the over charged my account it was only 3.30$ more but the fact that they don't let know bothered me. I wa told it was $40 total so I put it on my card then tipped them cash. To find out later my transaction was $43.30. This is a cute little salon located off of West and Hwy 6 in the Kroger shopping center. I came here after seeing great Yelp reviews. The place does not disappoint and lives up to its reviews! I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted and seated. I was given a bottle of cold water and a plate of fruit (really nice added bonus!) while I waited for my tech Ana to finish up on another client. Ana took her time with my pedicure, making sure my (very dry and cracked) heels were taken care of. I got a basic pedicure ($25) with a paraffin wax (+$5) to take care of my dry feet. I also got an eyebrow wax ($8) right at my chair which was a first for me. The owner brought the wax kit over and cleaned up my eyebrows as I was finishing up my pedicure. I loved how efficient it was. Overall, very nice staff and very clean place. The service was well worth the money in my opinion. read more

First time coming here & worst experience. Josie did my nails and she was rushing through. She did not get rid of any dead skin/ cuticles prior to putting the acrylics on. She did not push down my cuticles. She went straight into smoothing my nails and placing the tips on my nail. My nails were uneven & i had to tell her and holly to fix it until it was the way i wanted & i know they must've been upset because of the way they were acting. My nails are still not perfect, but way better when i asked them repeatedly to fix it (file down). Don't be afraid ladies to tell them what they need to fix if what you're paying for isn't exactly perfect. I won't ever come back here again. The quality of service is not good & the color selection sucks. They do give you free water but not worth it. Won't ever be coming back here again. read more

What a gem! I'm very excited to have found my new nail place. I did a walk in this morning and was seated and checked in right away. I received a shellac manicure by Hannah and she was amazing! She was very detailed and took her time. I also got a pedicure by Lynn and she did a good job. The prices were reasonable. Shellac manicure was $25 and my pedicure was also $25. I do not do reviews that often but this is my third time coming to this nail shop the first time my experience was good, the second time it was okay. This time when I came here I only came to get my eyebrows waxed and my chin waxed. The Lady Michelle is the one that did it she had a client in the chair at her station when I walked in so I guess she was upset that she had to stop what she was doing to come and wax my eyebrows and my chin. She rush doing it she half did my eyebrows and my chin still has hair underneath it once I got in my vehicle I took a real good look at it and hair was still there. But $10 for wax under the chin and $10 for eyebrows I shouldn't have had hair under my chin still and my eyebrows should be on fleet but they were half done to. I don't know if I'll ever come here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends are family SMH. read more

Well, most nail shops say they can do what you ask for but can't. I admit, I was a little nervous when I went because I hadn't seen anyone's nails done there. I went there today. Ana used a dirty machine to dry my nails. Other then the dirty machine she did a nice job. The AC never came on until late morning making it extra warm for clients, apparently the employees are not allowed to touch the thermostat. Michelle the manager was very nice and apologetic about my nails having dips and being uneven. I went in the day after and she redid my nails from scratch. They're even now as far as the layers of powder. I had coffin shape, and a couple nails have a sharper cut than others. The ombré is still no good. Wish they wouldn't offer ombré and charge extra when they don't have anyone who knows how to do an ombré on nails properly where it looks nice. Ombré is an art, not a service. Not everyone can do it. I have been there twice. The first time the service was absolutely fine and my nails looked good afterwards. My second visit was a strange experience. The girl who served me was alternating between doing my shellac and somebody else's nails. My shellac always holds for at least 14 days. This time one day later one of the nails just peeled out. I came back and they fixed it. However, the same week (2-5 days since the service) all nails started to peel here and there. I had never have this experience before and I am doing my nails for more than 5 years every other week. Either the polish they use is low quality either while serving 2 customers the same time she forgot a step in the procedure. 30$ (including tip) completely wasted..
