It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

This had never been an issue before. 2 years later I'm still dealing with the dark scarring from them. When I reflect upon my experience here, I initially dismissed how unsanitary the room was but I feel it's worth mentioning now. I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. However the ingrowns nightmare came for me soon after despite me doing what I always do to prevent it, and years later I'm still embarrassed by the scars it left.

When I decided to leave and the girl was coming up the stairs I had in my sunglasses so she didn't recognize me but called me in my car telling me she was inside her space working. Well clearly she wasn't as she came up the steps 15 minutes late Only to LIE and say she was inside her room working on someone. I hate ppl who lie and have no fucking consideration for ppl times. I have managed salons for 25 yrs. Never caught an esthetician lying about being there in their room. And FYI. YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES SUGARING IN CYPRESS AT ALL. Quite a few actually! On top of that she said she would comp me if I came back ... so I did...there was no comp. I should have used a Groupon instead of paying at all + 20% tip. Second waxing was different anyways more painful and now I have some lovely in grown hairs. THERE IS NO DAM DIFFERENCE FROM WAXING. It's all BS. So long to ppl who choose to lie. Lots of other ppl would love to take my money and I am glad to give it to someone else!!!
