I booked my appointment through ClassPass a few days ago. When I went to my appointment today, I was informed that I was not on the schedule and the waxer did not even work today. Then, the owner came to me confused because she said she "did not use ClassPass anymore" and she has tried to cancel it since February but has not heard from the rep since then and has had others book through ClassPass as well. As an owner you are responsible for making sure your business is represented correctly. If this is an issue since February, I'm not sure how I was able to book in December. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. I really love this place! They had a lady that thread here that was AMAZING! But she doesn't work here anymore :-( but they have this ouchless blue wax that's really good! It dries on your face and they just pull it off! No paper sheet thingies needed! :-) Everyone there is so nice and professional! Also got a facial yesterday by Maggie...she did an awesome job! She even recommended things I should take for healthier skin (this didn't include products they sell) she did recommended a face cleaner that she used on me during the facial! The staff were really friendly, listened to my concerns, tested small areas before going fully forward, and did a few other things to ensure I didn't end up looking like a lobster (which is normally what happens - super-red skin for like a week; not this time!!). I have gone twice now to Energe Spa and I have nothing but amazing things to say! First, the decor, music and environment of the spa has you already relaxing before you even have your treatment started. I received the dermaplane facial and Daniela talked me through my fears of getting it done. She is so knowledgeable and patient and has great bedside banner. I struggle with hormonal acne also brought on by stress and since I've started coming for facials I see the breakouts have minimized. My nose also is a hotspot for blackheads but since the facials I have not had as many as before. She's finished off my facials with a chocolate mask that makes you want to eat your face! I have mixed feelings about this spa. The owner was very kind and the location is adorable! My issue was with the service itself. I booked a full brazilian, eyebrow, and underarm. I've had this service done at european wax several times and it takes about 40 min. Here I walked in and was out in 20 min flat... when I went home and kinda checked it all out. There were manyyyy hairs still left in my armpits and bikini line. I wish she had taken her time and taken/plucked more...I will say I am picky but when you pay 110 with tip I want zero hair. Sadly, I won't be going back even though it was so cute! read more

Oh the price a girl must pay in order to feel good and look good, but it's always so worth it! I have finally found a place close to the house where I can now get all my waxing, threading, facials and all that good stuff done. The interior of the place is decorated in a spa motif and all the people who work there are super friendly and definitely cater to each customer that walks through the door. Jessy is the lady that I go to for the waxing and threading and she's just awesome. The prices for the threading a bit higher than most places but her attention to details makes my eyebrows look better than any other place I've gone to. She's been threading eyebrows since she was a little girl and it shows. The pain factor isn't really there and it sometimes only takes 5 minutes! The wax they use for the Brazilian waxes is a special formulated wax that reduces irritations because it doesn't pull at the skin, only at the hairs it grabs. Of course there is still some pain associated with it, but you get used to it. The thing is that the wax leaves your skin soft and smooth without that sticky wax feeling. I have yet to try the other services at the spa but they seem to have a strong clientele that keeps on coming back for more. read more

Daniela totally understood this and made it a very relaxed and comfortable environment. She made sure that I liked the shape and we chatted the whole time about a number of things. What an amazing Spa. I went here with my mother to prepare for my brother's wedding. We had appointments to get threading done on our brows, lips, and face area. It was SO quick, painless, and efficient. I haven't see my eye brows look that well shaped in a long time. I've been getting my threading done out in the Harwin area for years. I will no longer do that, even though I live inside the loop, I'm driving out to Cypress. Also, they are priced so wonderfully. For 4 different threading treatments it was under $40! The salon is nice inside, it smells nice, the temperature is nice. The people are nice. Great place! read more

Home for the holidays and needed a brow place. I got ahold of the last available appointment of the day and tinting and threading was only $25! I've always been interested in tinting and somehow the lady convinced me to do it in less than a minute! Love the way my brows look! Will be returning Edit: 4.5 hours after my tinting, I shower. Not sure if I had to go 24 hours without washing my face but the tinting completely came off but most websites say to wait at least 1-2 hours. read more
