Fantastic location on the corner of Highway 6 and Huffmeister. My daughter and I entered today and expected a crowded place, especially since on a Saturday; however, she moved so quickly that everyone was in and out. The salon was clean, sanitation occurred between each customer and the service was EXCELLENT! My brows haven't looked this good in a while! I am equally pleased with the work on my daughter's brows. I love this brow salon! My eyebrows have been done here at least 10X. I've had a different tech each time and each one does a great job so don't worry about who does your brows!! I have treated myself to a mini facial cleanse a few times which is always a nice little pick me up for my face. I have been going here . The ladies here will go above and beyond for every service! They are very kind and personable. Thank you Jessie for always taking good care of me! Update: I have stopped going to this salon. The last few times I went, I called ahead of time (1-2 days) to schedule appointments for full legs wax. It seems that they have miscommunication problems from the person who schedules the appointments to the person who provides the service..the last 3 times I went there I felt as if i was inconveniencing THEM for a service I am paying for. It is not my fault if the person answering the phone doesn't know what days are available for waxing! Also I got annoyed by being told I have ingrown hairs (something I literally have NO control over) and having the same discussion each time about exfoliating. I exfoliate 3x a week. I dance at a club and definitely need my skin to be soft at all times. I use gloves, bha, and scrubs. I cannot control what every single one of my individual hair follicles are doing and I don't enjoy being almost scolded over something so trivial everytime I go... I will keep my review at 5 stars because I was more than satisfied with my services rendered. But to deal with this type of customer service is annoying each time and just feeling like IM doing everything wrong is not worth it to me. read more

I've gotten my lashes tinted and curled here many times and they always looks AMAZING. It takes 40 minutes and leaves my lashes curled for about 3 months. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this location, a couple of my friends go here & they usually come out having really nice eyebrows, but I on the other hand, did not. There was only one lady working & she came off rude from the start so I just sat down & let her work her "magic". After she was done I looked in the mirror & my reflection honestly made me want to cry. Not only did the lady thin my eyebrows pencil thin, but she gave me a really high arch to where it looks like a mountain top. When I walked into the store I had much thicker, fuller, nice square arched eyebrows, they were just a little messy. Now my eyebrows look like this: ^ (SEE PICTURE FOR PROOF) I did not think to let her know that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up beforehand because SHE DID NOT ASK nor do I ever have to let the person know. I typically go get my eyebrows done at nail salons or the threading salon in the mall & they usually don't ask me if I want them shaped differently, they just clean my eyebrows up & ask me if I would like a different shape/size afterwards (which was what I was expecting) But what surprised me the most, is the lady made it seem as if it was only MY fault. Her words were "well, you didn't tell me you wanted them cleaned up so I shaped them. If you don't tell us you want it cleaned we will shape it." ---- I'm sorry but in what world do YOU get to choose how YOU want to shape MY eyebrows without MY consent? The way she treated me after I told her I was unhappy with my eyebrows was just rude & unprofessional and from being a server for 3 years I can tell you when that kind of customer service should not be aloud. If I could, I would gladly take my money back & never come back. But if you do decide to come to this store, PLEASE be VERY specific with what you want or you will most likely be blamed for it. read more

First time visiting. Waited about 12 minutes--that's fine--my choice. She did a good job on my brows. I asked that she modify the inside of my brow and she kind of told me no. Didn't really appreciate that, which I think she recognized, so fixed it. They look good. No offer of anything to settle the itchy/redness. When I paid, I provided my credit card. She said $8. I said ok. She swiped the card. While it was processing I realized the pricing on the desk stated $7 for threading. I asked her about it and she told me it was $1 more for a card. I told her I would've appreciated her letting me know that because I had cash to pay. It's only one dollar, but it's my dollar to spend. Just seems like common courtesy to mention that. read more

This place is THE spot for eyebrow threading. The staff is friendly and welcoming each time I go. I always do walk-ins because I rarely have a free predictable time to make an appointment, but i have never had any issues with that. Sometimes when they are busy, it is understandable if they miss a hair or two, but generally they do a great service on your eyebrows. I have had bad experiences at other places, but i have gone to Bubbly's for my eyebrows over the past few years and i have not had a bad experience at all. read more
