I was in need of a pedicure before the weekend. Stopped by on Thursday night and knew it would be a wait. As soon as I walked in, some ladies were being taken to the back for services. Everyone was busy so I patiently waited. Another lady walked in and two technicians greeted her. Oh my, well I have been standing here 15 minutes. They were very nice and apologetic and said they didn't see me. I was whisked in and taken to a chair. I was in and out in an hour. They give a complimentary drink too, which is a plus. read more

I have been going to Sally for 6 years and 3 locations later I am still loyal. When she do my nails they last for more than a month and I work in a warehouse. In the 6 years I have stepped out on Sally twice and both times I regretted as one of my nails broke two days later and I got fungus on one of my toe nails. Very irrate with this salon today. Made an 11:30a appointment yesterday for today with Cathy & Tracy together as that is how they've always done me. However, when I got to the salon, Tracy had already taken another person so I wasn't able to get my nails done. No phone call prior & she didn't even come over & talk to me! I underestimated this shop. I guess I was more focused on the fact that it was on the small side and I assumed the service wasn't going to be great...but i definitely was wrong. I overheard one of my co workers stating that she goes here to get her nails and toes done so I decided to give it a try because my toes looked like zombie toes! I was greeted promptly when I entered this location. everyone was very nice even if they didn't speak they smiled. I was offered wine but I decline. I forgot the young lady who did her magic on my feet but she definitely did a great job. I got the lavender pedicure. They use a lavender scrub and it felt wonderful. I'm sure my feet are singing hallelujah right about now because they needed a miracle. This scrub left my feet feeling very soft. I am happy with the outcome of this place. Had a great experience here. When I walked in, there only two customers there. It wasn't everyone screaming at me hello..one person came up said good afternoon asked what will you be getting today. I told her I wanted to take my fake nails off ($5), get gel shellac($25) change color on my feet($8), wax eyebrows and lip($12). Total of $50. I loved how first they did my mani, then the pedi...took their time. Would've gotten five stars but she didn't do a good job on my eyebrows. read more

Stopped in for a pedicure before I got my hair cut and the girl really did a great job and took her time when doing my nails. I got a french and delux pedicure for 32$. She was great at the foot massage and the chairs were good too. I like that this place does the plastic in their bowls and they had a nice selection of colors too. I even messed up my toes and she fixed it for me the next day without any troubles. Great place :) read more

Came here after my nail place of 15 years gave me fungus (in a hurry not wanting to lose other customers)! My cousin recommended this place and her nails always look amazing. Leah cleaned up my nails and monitored them bi-weekly until they were ready for tips. Got the ballerina/coffin nails just in time for my cousins wedding. Leah and Anna are the best at doing coffin nails! My nails lasted double the usual time with no nail curling under for the first time in 20 years. I was surprised my first refill because they actually clean and file away all old gel to refill with new. I'm pretty sure this is why my nails always appear fresh. I went 5 weeks without a refill once and my nails did not fall off, chip, curl from under or look bad; in other words, I received an amazing nail job. read more

Came for a pedi and the girl didn't even cut my cuticles! My feet still don't feel as soft as they usually do when I go get a pedi. She cut my toenails too short so they looked weird when she applied polish! I asked her for a French pedí and the smile lines were extremely crooked, when I asked if they could be fixed they started making jokes in their language saying it's my fault why the nails are painted the way they were. I asked if she can put on an extension she told me no I should wait till they grow longer & come back, excuse me? Lol I proceeded to ask if she could and she told me no again because there was already polish on the nails she acted like it was hard to remove the polish SMH! The whole time they were talking crap in their language they act like I'm going to assume they're saying nice things. Worst place ever! I wish I never came here because of them my nails look terrible. Even if the place didn't do a good job on my nails the customer service is terrible! And on top of that if they see you're young or of color they treat you differently save your money boys and girls. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The ladies in this nail shop are not kid friendly, have attitudes and don't properly clean their equipment after use, Be Careful! If you need a good nail shop in this area, I would recommend Too Q Nails right across the street. That's where I ended up going after the unprofessional encounter and they have better prices and do better quality nails! Beware of Iris Nails! read more
