I wanted a pink french nail. She took so long just to apply the bulky acrylic I didn't have time to finish. The application is so bad, it's the worse I ever got at a new salon. I think a beginner would have done better . The pedi was good, no complaints. But there was a lady next to me and when she was done someone else came in and they sat her there and didn't change out the disposable liner. Update: it's Monday after the Friday I got these nails and one is already lifting because of how poorly these nails were done. The cuticle area was not properly sealed and is now lifting . I have never been to this salon before but decided to try it because I needed my nails done for vacation. The hospitality was great and everyone was so nice. I never make a huge fuss when I go to a new nail shop because I don't know what to expect but I'm not that happy with how my nails turned out. They're not horrible but the application of the acrylic was thick so my nail beds look chunkier than I prefer. The white polish in the top is streaky and the sides of the tips are uneven. Overall I think it could have been done neater and more sharp. The French tip on my toes is very pretty and the lady that did my pedicure did a great job. read more

I got the deluxe pedicure and baby when I tell you it was well worth the $. Shout out to my guy Antoin who did my pedicure... not to mention my shoulder massage after... Talking about needing a nap. Ann pays attention to detail and shapes nails precisely. There are times when they weighed down from the customer rush, so they are not as detailed as they could be. I haven't seen the wow factor with nail designs or embellishments. They do a neat job with classic polishing they do well and my nails last for weeks. They are also very careful when removing gel or powder to not damage nails. They have a ample selection of regular/traditional polish, gel polish, dip powders, and regular acrylic powder in many colors. Pedicures are pretty standard offering with a menu of different levels/types of pedicures. The deluxe pedi is a little pricey. Overall good job! read more

I was extremely impressed with this place it is very clean and the girls there were very accommodating to what I was looking for. I'm very particular when it comes to my nails so when she did my French tips and they were perfect I found my new spot. There was also a lady in there with a young child and when the child got restless they stepped right up and was trying to help and take care of the little girl. It was very sweet some places would have gotten upset or even throw in some attitude over a child. This is my regular nail salon, so much that when I walk in the door the other techs know who I'm in line for. Cathy does a consistent job on my nails and she's the only one I use! The only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a tech that does pedis only and she always hurts me, rips my skin open last time when filing my toes she broke skin on nearly every toe! However, everyone else is pretty great. I forget their names but there's two young ladies that do pedis that I will continue to use! Overall decent prices and options available here, it's not your super fancy nail salon but they always play soothing music and take their time on your experience. read more

I made my appointment for the first time in 8 months due to the COVID. I had to have everything done extra due to being over due for such a lonh time. The tech was ready and had me in the chair less than a minute after walking in the door. My service was way over the top with customer service. Everyone was very professional and use all extra safety methods to keep clients and staff protected by using safety between staff and clients. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon it took me awhile to write this down cuz of my bad anxiety. I used to love coming here because its right next to my apartments and also because I will get this really sweet lady and she will do a great job on my nails, and was also gentle she never cut or hurt my nails. Fast, convenient, close to my house, and neat and concise! This isn't your fancy schmancy, bells and whistles type of place that pampers you from head to toe, but they sure know how to do a good shellac manicure. I have been searching and searching for a go-to, not too pricey, but still great quality shellac mani place and i finally found it. I had always just bypassed this place based on the outside looks and its sorta isolated location, but finally just gave it a try. Came in to what looked like a standard nail salon. A bit dark, but not too bad. I was greeted immediately and sat down and waited about 5 minutes before business started. Which was good, because I am the WORST at picking out a color for my nails. Somehow, I always end up picking a hot pink color... whenever I venture away from hot pink, i more or so regret it a few days later and get bored of any other color. My technician was very kind and whenever I requested a "oh a bit shorter here or there", she gladly did them for me. I like how they don't drill on my nail bed as I already have flimsy nails. I actually had gotten my nails done over a week ago. Most other places, I usually start seeing a bit of flaking on the edges and by the second week, totally peeled off. So far, no flaws whatsoever. My nails have gone through TWO crawfish boils and have held up perfectly! Except for the time I was chopping vegetables, and my shellac saved my finger from being sliced and diced in half, so now i have a dent in my paint/nail and I'm OK with that. Literally, my only irk are these bubbles in my polish. Maybe i'll ask for thinner coats but more coats. Anyways, I'll probably most likely come back! read more

I paid $50 for a "deluxe" pedicure that was terrible. When I got there, they were busy...so a guy started the water for me. He filled up the tub with SUPER hot, plain water. After I sat and waited forever, the water finally cooled down enough for me to put my feet in it. No one checked on me & this plain ass hot water for about 40 minutes. My pedicure was rushed and sloppy. Deluxe is not just about products; it should also be about service. A guy could see that I was unhappy & took over. He added about 4 coats of polish to the existing 3 coats...and did not say one word. Unacceptable!! I will never return. read more

My husband & I have been going here for years. They are always nice, clean & rarely a wait. They also do an excellent job.

After trying out other nail salons, this may be my favorite. So quick and prices are reasonable. I enjoyed my experience!

UPDATE: Woke up with a swollen big toe and pain, doctor's visit confirmed I have a skin infection, paronychia. I'm on antibiotics for the next 10 days. I spoke to the manager who had me come back to the shop and after three nail techs looked at my foot they told me when it heals to come back for another pedicure for free, take a Tylenol, and don't eat eggs. The nail tech who worked on me admitted to cutting me. Would not give a refund for the service that ended with me at the doctors. F- Good location, but painful pedicure by Vin. She was nice however she was heavy handed with the nippers and cuticle-pusher and caused me to bleed. It hurt when she pushed my cuticles and that's the first time I've winced during a pedicure. My left big toe bled in the shop and I noticed blood on my right big toe and 4th little toe after I left. The most painful is my left big toe because she pushed and clipped it very deep. I spent the rest of the afternoon in flip flops because of the soreness. Please try and be more gentle! Will not be returning. read more
