Walked in and was greeted warmly. The employees were all very patient and gave their advice about the services they offered. The prices were excellent for excellent quality work. *TMI announcement* I walked in with my feet dry and rough and walked out with them feeling like silk. I only paid for the basic pedi but it was phenomenal. The tech was gentle and through. I wanted to do something daring for Halloween but decided full set with shellac would suffice. The manicurist was fast, neat, and gentle as well. The atmosphere was quite and calming. I recommend taking your headphones and a relaxing playlist while you sit in the massage chairs. The salon was small, clean, and friendly I will definitely be returning. I hope they offer wine next time ;) read more

This review is for Long who worked at this nail shop who is no longer there. If anyone knows where he is working at please let me know. He was the only reason why I went to this shop. He was the best almost a perfectionist. When he was done with your Pedicure your feet look like they came out of a magazine. When he massaged your legs with the pedicure you knew your legs and feet has been massage. I would leave him a big tip. The other ladies in this shop don't care how your nails look. Won't listen at how you want them even though you are paying for it. Your nails feet and hands will have you regretting you went in there. I want to find LONG so he can do my pedicures and nails. These ladies are only interested in taking your money. If anyone knows where he is I want to go to that shop. Don't waste your money here. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Walked in for the basic pedicure it's $15 on mondays. The guy I got tried to get me to do an $18 one that included a scrub. I said no and I guess that seemed to aggravate him. They don't put the plastic cover on their foot baths. Or have clean tools you know... when they rip open your cuticle clipper and the tool that smooths out your nail. He filed the crap out of my nails all the way down. And made me bleed and I honestly feel like he kind of did it on purpose too I kept saying "ow" and he didn't care until I yanked my foot he said sorry and kept going. It's 15$ I wasn't expecting much. Whenever it was time to paint my nails everything was ok until he was done and I asked how long it would take to dry and he said 1 hour, so I said do you guys have the lamps? To dry my feet he laughed grabbed my shoes and turned on a fan and sat me there and they kept bugging about payment. And I said it was me and my sister and I would pay as soon as my nails dried while looking at them some of them were off payment outside the nail and I asked them if they could clean it up they starting talking in whatever language who knows what they said didn't make me feel good, my sister didn't get her callouses removed she brought it up and her lady said yes after she was done it didn't happen, when we told her she said she did it and left, the guy adds another layer of polish to all my nails and cleans them all up they came out looking 5/10, I will never be there ever again in my life I know it's cheap but try anywhere else noa nail bar is a good option. read more

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. I like it; it is very clean and the ladies are really nice. I paid thirty six dollars without tip for a pedicure and manicure and it was worth it. The ladies were very thoughtful; they gave me a pillow to put under my arm during my manicure. They were cleaning the tubs as I was leaving and I watched them scrub them thoroughly. Let me start by saying, I love this place for the service and quality. The quality is perfect and the ladies are all so nice! The only reason I will not give this place 5 stars is because of the past 3 times that I have been there. This place plays movies on very nice quality tvs. However, the movie selections the times that I have been there, have been very poorly selected! 2 times I went, they played the same movie- a movie about a woman being raped! (Not relaxing at all!) The last time I went, they were playing a movie with a family being chased by terrorists, and a mom almost being raped, dad being beaten almost to death, and kids scared, hurt, and afraid. This hits close to home, as I am a mother and fear for anything bad to happen to my family. I understand that these are popular, good movies-just not for a salon. I don't want to pay $40+ for service while being on the edge of my seat, left with fear. Management-- please please please change your movie selection! I absolutely love what the ladies are able to do with my nails, but am really considering changing nail salons. Please make a change and make the experience more relaxing. A co-worker told me she was going to Qtee Nails and Helen for years - I can see why! Helen and her team are wonderful! Also, this is unlike other salons where you don't speak to anyone else. As mentioned in other posts, Helen gets to know her customers. As a customer, you get to know fellow customers as everyone is so friendly. I can go up to three weeks and still look great as her methods and products work together for lasting results. They are also artists as the nail art work is exceptional. read more

Unfortunately for many customers the salon sold and new owners cold unwelcoming. Never speak to customers. When trying to make appointment told book appointments, she would state your technician unavailable, but on arrival there she sat. So wrong. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I have never been to a salon where the staff was so rude. They yelled at me for 1)washing my face 2) going to the restroom,3) getting a paper towel etc. They yelled very loudly in some Asian language. Don't go here! The staff and your personal salon help should be gracious. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

They messed up my nails so Bad it uneven & the man kept yankee my head wound come again

I dont know how this place has gotten the reviews it has. Maybe because the reviews are over a year old but I recently went with my mother in law to get her nails done. at first everything was fine. Of course the usual feeling that they are speaking about you. Anywhos no big deal. Well then they were working on her hands they didnt do her nails like she wanted. When they were done they put her in the UV light machine to dry the shelac and and the old lady that did her nails was forcing her to keep her hands in the machine. She made her keep her hands in there for more than 5 minutes!! We kept telling them that she needed to take them out and they kept insisting that she needed to keep them in there longer. Well by the time she got them out her hands were burnt. We once again tried to explain to them that what they did wasnt right and that the nails werent anywhere close to what she wanted . She asked to speak to a manager and the manager was just as rude and unhelpful. Horrible staff. I dont understand how they have gotten anything more than 2 stars!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more
