I originally went In for a pedicure and acrylic nail removal. The lady who greeted me insisted for me to get a manicure as well just for them to buff my nails, and put top coat and on top of that put lotion on my hands BEFORE dusting off the acrylic dust from the removal.... So I had lotion and acrylic dust being rubbed all on my hands and arms as the "massage." She didn't even get underneath my nails to clean them... The lady who did my pedicure left my toes looking like if a 10yr old did them. polish was all over my cuticles. I asked for square shape and I got crooked nails, they were not cut square. I tried addressing it multiple times along with the bump on my nails from excessive paint buildup in which she said it was just my nails.... THEN the other lady steps in trying to fix it, now she did better on my toes than the manicure but overall I still left unsatisfied... this was not worth the $67 dollars I was charged... read more

I made an appointment for 1 pm and still had to wait 45 minutes, so don't bother making an appointment. I was offered something to drink. Terrible manicure and pedicure. 1st time here and the ladies had to re-do my pedicure and gel nails over and over, and they still did not do it right. My pedicure chipped 3 days later (very cheap polish), my gel nails were bulky, hard and pointy edges and overall terrible. I asked the lady for a specific shape and she gave me an attitude. One nail came off the third day and a couple are already lifting off . Yeah Definitely not going back . Went here recently with my mother they seemed really nice. I told them what I wanted and they did not listen to what I was telling them. They were too busy trying to upsell my mom. I wanted short, duck nails (so wide at the tip) they did nothing even close to that. If they didn't know how to do it, they should of told me and I would of changed what to get done. I paid to get tortured. I went in to remove my acrylics/ powder nails and repaint my toes. I've been here before and I was satisfied with the lady who did them previously. Today I had Mimi do my nails. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. She aggressively and painfully yanked my nails off. I never was offered to have them soaked in acetone or soapy water.I proceeded to tell her she was hurting me and was stabbing my natural nail bed with the pliers she had. She then got a acrylic nail and scraped it in between my nail bed and the false nail to rip it off. I cannot believe I paid to get tortured. She was extremely aggressive and rude. She told me that I shouldn't paint my natural nails and insisted i get acrylic nails instead. I told her multiple times that I didn't want any false nails. So when my shellac came out bubbling she said it was basically my fault because I was hurting too much and didn't allow her to sand it down. She painted my toes at her desk and asked me to place both my feet on her lap and I told her I couldn't because my legs were too short. She seemed annoyed with that. I don't understand how she thought that was going to be comfortable on my end when there was a whole desk in between us. There is no menu anywhere even when I asked for one. DO NOT GO HERE. First off, I got my nails done, new set and a pedicure. Within 2 days 1 mail had popped off and almost all of them started lifting. I waited 2 more days and another 2 nails popped off. Worst mail job I've ever had. On top of that, she had cut almost all of my cuticles with the grinder and by the end of it my fingers were in pain. So after a couple days I went back to have them fixed, told the lady what happened and how upset I was and she said she'd take care of me and give me a new set. After she was done I asked how much it was going to be and she said $65!!! FULL PRICE?! I was appalled. I said you saw my nails previously and you're not going to discount this at all? She said no why would she? There wasn't a manager available to speak to and I was very upset. Ended up paying full price and now my nails are sloppy, lifting and 2 have already popped off again, 3 days later. I was in there for over 2hrs getting a mani/pedi only to walk away with poor quality work. After several corrections, and redo's, I gave up and just left. My shellac polish is not neat on my fingernails ... The nail tech didn't take the time to clean around the cuticles after applying the polish and then got upset when I asked her to please clean it up. I'm not one to complain or post negative about a business, but this was by far the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. I was very hesitant to pay, but because they did try to fix and correct my issues, I felt obligated. The first time I went in, I asked how much was it for dip powder and I was told $30. When I get up to pay, they were charging $40. I always get my nails done here at Twin Nails Spa. It's close to home and I've felt like they always do a good job with my nails & I always get compliments on my nails from friends, coworkers, and customers at my job. The only reason why I don't give it fully 5 stars is because sometimes when they feel rushed, they do not do a good job. I don't like doing my nails with Mimi because she's always in a hurry and can be a bit aggressive with my nails, I always go to Julie or Michelle. Julie is the sweetest and listens to you if there is something you do not like on your nails and fixes it without a fuss. Michelle works nicely and quick & she really knows how to give you a nice, sharp set which I love! It's a good place but sometimes when they feel rushed, the quality is not as good as it should be. I recommend going early when they open which I do so that there's not many people and they do a better job. Still think this place is good and I always recommend.
