this place is absolutely horrible. I went and got my nails done for homecoming ,black French tip and they freehand their French tip and it looks uneven thick and just bad. One nail broke after a week so I went back to get it fixed and got charged $10 for one nail. just for the nail to not be the same color as the rest of them. read more

The service itself was great. But I did not like the fact that they are now charging a $5.00 fee to remove shellac from your nails. I was never charged before. I saw it when I looked at my bill. I am already paying to have the shellac done. Now they expect a customer to remove the shellac from their nails to avoid getting the fee. It was our first time trying their Honey Milk Tea pedicure set and it left our skin feeling so smooth and soft. Anna really did a good job in cleaning and painting my toes. The place was so clean and the manager, Annie was so nice. She made sure everyone is being taken care of. She even offered us complimentary drinks! The service itself was okay once the techs were able to have someone translate for them to know which service we wanted. However, the atmosphere the salon creates is not relaxing. In a room of women, they had 2 TVs on - one with soccer, the other with dirt bikes. When I asked if they could change the channels to something more relaxing for women they were confused but then changed 1 TV to CNN covering the war and could not figure out how to change the other TV. I was also never offered a beverage during my service. I was shocked when I asked the tech how long they had been open and she said 3 years.... I literally thought they were brand new based on the service and "kinks" we were experiencing. Worst service ever, the first time I went there the powder they used didn't blend it was like 2 different pinks and my nails were lumpy. So I called and went back Bc they said they would fix them. The only good experience we had was the pedicure I received. The lady providing the pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I would give her 5 stars. But this is a review of the establishment. This was our first visit. When my daughter and I arrived, we asked for pedicures and full set nails. I asked if they could perform both services simultaneously as a gentleman working at the front told me, no, they don't do that. As this was my first visit I didn't question it, and since we only had an hour and a half to spend at the spa, we each picked one service. I got the pedicure a s my daughter got a full set of nails. I picked my color and my daughter was rushed before she could even pick a color and was told by the gentleman doing her nails to sit down and he would pick her color. My daughter said the gentleman rushed the entire process, and let me add that there were no people in the waiting room. He used so little glue that several of their nails popped of while still sitting in his chair. Every nail is a different length, even after being asked to fix them, so my daughter came home and fixed them herself. While I was getting f my pedicure, I witness three ladies getting their pedicure and nails done at the same time, several that came I after me, without an appointment. Even the technician said she didn't know why I was told they could provide those service simultaneously. Now let's talk about price. The prices for all services were $20-$30 more than at other salons, and there was nothing different offered. Sometimes it doesn't pay to try new places. We gave it a shot, and while I was pleased with the pedicure, we will not be back based on the double-standards and the services my daughter received. read more

Whatever these to do, my nails and eyebrows, they never disappoint. Whenever I want my nails short any Maya never disappoints she knows that's my typical style. However, when I got introduced to Tony and I showed him a picture of long nails that I wanted, he made sure that everything about them was nice and neat as well. He did not make my nails too long either and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. This is also the place where I get my eyebrows wax. I remember a long time ago a very sweet lady, named Linda used to work here and she used to do my nails and eyebrows. She was a godsend, but I don't see her anymore.
