this place is absolutely horrible. I went and got my nails done for homecoming ,black French tip and they freehand their French tip and it looks uneven thick and just bad. One nail broke after a week so I went back to get it fixed and got charged $10 for one nail. just for the nail to not be the same color as the rest of them. read more

The service itself was great. But I did not like the fact that they are now charging a $5.00 fee to remove shellac from your nails. I was never charged before. I saw it when I looked at my bill. I am already paying to have the shellac done. Now they expect a customer to remove the shellac from their nails to avoid getting the fee. That seems very shady to me. if that is how they are doing business. Then I think I will look for a new nail shop. read more

I have been going here for a little while now and have been pretty satisfied with their work but this last time my experience was not as great. I felt like the whole thing was rushed and they wanted to get through my service as fast as possible. they were having someone not as qualified (the receptionist) doing my nails who kept drilling and filing into my skin and cuticles. There also seems to be dust or something under the polish that has left bumps. I know they can do better so this was pretty disappointing. read more

I came in looking to get a short round set. Left with long almond... They took so long just for me to end up with a funky, uneven manicure. There were large clumps, paint left in random spots, bubbles and divots, patchy polish... I mean the list goes on. And on top of it all, they charged $70. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip. They filed my skin until it bled. I highly do NOT recommend this nail salon. They either rush the process or take far too long to still leave with sloppy work. They are extremely unorganized and it definitely doesn't feel like the "luxury" experience they're trying to charge for. And not my first time leaving with something I didn't ask for from here. They claim to be able to deliver accurate detailed designs but come no where close, even when simplistic. It's, again, sloppy and rushed. There's no attention to detail. I was hoping they had improved with time. Unfortunately that isn't so. read more

Nice inside but not worth this. Tried to resolve it with them first they were not interested and didn't make sense. read more

This was my first visit here and won't be my last. I came in for a pedicure and I have to say Heidi did a great job. She took her time and gave me a wonderful pedicure. This place is no joke VIP membership deals, clean restrooms, huge high ceilings, VAST ARRAY of colors and skilled nail techs. I mean what ellllseee could you want? I need my nails short for work. And when I say short, I mean stupid short. Most places don't do a great job with short because it's less surface area to work with and harder to get edges/shapes right, but get yourself an appt with Amber because she knocked my socks off. I came in thinking I took care of my cuticles already, but she put me to shame and fixed me up nicely while also giving me a solid straight and simple manicure. No cuts, no bleeding, no stabbing or poking. I'm not a frills kinda gal and I kid you not, this plain ol' manicure lasted me TWO WEEKS without chipping. Unheard of without shellac. That China Glaze with hardener is a secret weapon, I'm telling you. I couldn't stop staring at my nails for days. Days. Don't even think about it - just call and book it. read more

Paid for gel and chrome. The next day the polish and chrome peeled off. Came back two days later to fix and was charged $15 more. Unreal.

My boyfriend and I received such and amazing service from Anna and Van. They were both so patient and kind. It was our first time trying their Honey Milk Tea pedicure set and it left our skin feeling so smooth and soft. Anna really did a good job in cleaning and painting my toes. The place was so clean and the manager, Annie was so nice. She made sure everyone is being taken care of. She even offered us complimentary drinks! They also have multiple color selections and premium pedicure/ manicure selections. Most importantly, they check temperatures upon arrival and take COVID precautions. I highly recommend this place! Definitely will be back. read more

From the moment we walked in the door I felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty. The service itself was okay once the techs were able to have someone translate for them to know which service we wanted. However, the atmosphere the salon creates is not relaxing. In a room of women, they had 2 TVs on - one with soccer, the other with dirt bikes. When I asked if they could change the channels to something more relaxing for women they were confused but then changed 1 TV to CNN covering the war and could not figure out how to change the other TV. I was also never offered a beverage during my service. I was shocked when I asked the tech how long they had been open and she said 3 years.... I literally thought they were brand new based on the service and "kinks" we were experiencing. I think there are plenty of other places in the area to spend your money that would be more relaxing. read more

I went in 11/15, a week later my pinky nail fell off. Now today as 11/24 almost all have popped off. Wasted 55 dollars.

The woman in front rummaged through my wallet as I was checking out, and when I told her this was rude she began shouting at me. I called to speak to the manager to report the incident, and the woman in the front answered and hung up on me. My husband called from his phone and she hung up on him as well. We drove back to this business and that's when this woman shouted, threw her book at me, and tried to slap my phone out of my hand leaving a scratch on my hand. What a nightmare. We are filing a police report and have it all on video. read more

Worst service ever, the first time I went there the powder they used didn't blend it was like 2 different pinks and my nails were lumpy. So I called and went back Bc they said they would fix them. The man who did my nails was rude and try to make me pay again after I already $70 for the first set. Even after they re did my nails they where all uneven and lumpy I had to have my friend reshape them for me. I posted before and after pics so you can see how thick and ugly they were. Don't let Fiona do your nails ! Never going back here again. ! read more

The only good experience we had was the pedicure I received. The lady providing the pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I would give her 5 stars. But this is a review of the establishment. This was our first visit. When my daughter and I arrived, we asked for pedicures and full set nails. I asked if they could perform both services simultaneously as a gentleman working at the front told me, no, they don't do that. As this was my first visit I didn't question it, and since we only had an hour and a half to spend at the spa, we each picked one service. I got the pedicure a s my daughter got a full set of nails. I picked my color and my daughter was rushed before she could even pick a color and was told by the gentleman doing her nails to sit down and he would pick her color. My daughter said the gentleman rushed the entire process, and let me add that there were no people in the waiting room. He used so little glue that several of their nails popped of while still sitting in his chair. Every nail is a different length, even after being asked to fix them, so my daughter came home and fixed them herself. While I was getting f my pedicure, I witness three ladies getting their pedicure and nails done at the same time, several that came I after me, without an appointment. Even the technician said she didn't know why I was told they could provide those service simultaneously. Now let's talk about price. The prices for all services were $20-$30 more than at other salons, and there was nothing different offered. Sometimes it doesn't pay to try new places. We gave it a shot, and while I was pleased with the pedicure, we will not be back based on the double-standards and the services my daughter received. read more

I went in for a full set and a pedicure today. I will never return!! My nails are so thick and uneven. I told the lady several times I wanted them thinner and for the shape to be more skinny like a coffin or square round. I left so pissed and crying bc of how crappy they look. I'm blown away that they have people working there that do such a shitty job. I now have to go somewhere else to have them fix their mistakes. I highly recommend you don't go here!! read more

If I could give zero stars, i would. Nobody offended me or did anything off putting - the service was just that bad. The girl doing my pedicure was completely unfocused on what she was doing - staring off into space, hot stones were barely warm, massage was nothing more than pushing lotion around on my feet - basically $50+ for a polish change. I don't leave reviews very often but I definitely will not be back to this place. Too many other options to choose from to waste ur money - or time - here. read more

I came here when they first open. The front desk lady was rude and seemed overwhelmed, however, Tony did a fantastic job on my dip nails and ombré. I came back and once again the same lady was rude and seemed over worked. There are too many options to get my nails done to not have excellent service. The place looked dirty for it to be a new salon. Tip for the owner hire more people in order to focus on customer service. Take a note from Milano nails in Sawyer Heights. read more

This is my favorite go to spot that never disappoints. When I come to the salon off, then I'm usually walking. However, my nails normally get done by Tony and Mya. Whatever these to do, my nails and eyebrows, they never disappoint. Whenever I want my nails short any Maya never disappoints she knows that's my typical style. However, when I got introduced to Tony and I showed him a picture of long nails that I wanted, he made sure that everything about them was nice and neat as well. He did not make my nails too long either and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. This is also the place where I get my eyebrows wax. I remember a long time ago a very sweet lady, named Linda used to work here and she used to do my nails and eyebrows. She was a godsend, but I don't see her anymore. However, we can totally do my eyebrows. He made sure I not only that my eyebrows remained thick, but they were also need and pretty. read more

I was excited to try this new salon in town- sad to say I left dissapointed. It was a rather lackluster experience. I made an appointment for 3 people to get their nails done and no one was offered anything to drink. Once we were seated at our chairs, none of our nail techs even said hello. Just grabbed our hands and started. Once we went to pay, we showed our IDs for the 20% discount to which they do not honor. They charged me $27 on a $32 manicure. I did not mention the math since the difference was minimal. As for my nails, it felt very rushed so that they could get another customer in asap. Will think twice before attempting to come back. read more

I have came to king nails about 4 times and I definitely can say I have found my nail salon. I moved from Seattle WA and have struggled to fine a good salon! So i have been going to this salon since they open and now gave great reviews before now that i have moved back to the area I noticed a change in staff which is no big deal but the price is ridiculous! I paid $145 for a new set and pedicure for my bday! Still no big deal but was not offered any bday discount considering you get points in their system every time you go but none of that was acknowledged like it was before! Then today i go again and i was charged 75 dollars for a med new set without me knowing that would be the he price and 27 for a shellac re-polish! A new set is normally 45 maybe 50 but 75? And i was there for almost 3 hours! Service is not the same anymore and prices way too high! Also asked for a tip! Will need to switch salons now. read more

Don't waste your time nor money!!! Literally the worse place to get your nails! I went with my mom and they wanted to charge her $110 for nails with very little design to them and they charged me $85 for two nails to have marble on them. Then on top of that Fiona did my nails and was so rough with me the whole time, threw my hand when she was done to pass her the other hand. I got the worse customer service and my nails wasn't done how I asked her to do it and she left my nails super lumpy, she said it was the design but it was my nail that I didn't get marble with. I recommend just going somewhere else. read more
