Love this place! It was my first time visiting, and the experience was wonderful. I'm usually very hesitant to try new nail salons because I never know if it will be a hit or miss, but I will definitely be back here for manicures and pedicures. They were full when I went in but they seated me quickly and had me select a color. They offered me a drink, and made sure the massage chair on for me. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure - their pedicures are 20% until November by the way! - and I just love it. They are friendly and care about their customers, and pay close attention to detail. My first time. The salon is not flashy and there is n spa in the name but the pedicure is excellent. Holly did my pedicure. She offered me a menu to choose my type of pedicure. I was pleased to see a less priced option for a quicker service. Holly did an excellent job. I was surprised to see her put my flip flops on my feet before she started the polish service. That makes perfect sense! It's the first time I've ever had that done, in all these years. I highly recommend. read more

It says something when you move 2 hours away to Austin for college and your job but still come every two weeks to get your nails done at this salon! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember (at least 8 years) and I refuse to and doubt that there is a salon better than this! Amanda prioritizes a high level of service and customer satisfaction and it shows. Any employee you use whether it's Thu, Tina, Holly, Ann, Michelle, etc., truly try their hardest to make sure you leave beyond satisfied! Their prices are also very reasonable and the quality can't be compared to other salons. I don't think I could ever break up with this salon! read more

This was literally the worst place I've been for my nails. I left my usual nail tech to come here and it was so basic! One of the women were so rough on my nails and it seemed as if the other one was trying to raise the price over nothing. She tried to charge one of my family member's 10 extra dollars just to keep her nails long. Their pedicures were too expensive and basic. I know wayyyyy better places with better quality at a reasonable price. Save ur money this isn't the place u want ur nails done. read more

Okay, so I have had some great experiences here and some not so great experiences. Usually I can be seated quickly and treated like a special customer, and other days I have been dismissed and kicked out because "they are too busy". Instead of allowing me to wait, they literally kick me out. These days are usually monday or tuesday. Everytime I have been kicked out it has been whent here are two artists and two customers. First of all, this place is so overpriced for the quality of their work. (meaning they barely have color choices and they leave ur nails lookin funky) i say this because ive had friend who stopped going for that reason. I always do shellac and I pay $25 at my nail salon for mani + shellac + massage with great quality polishes and led machines. HERE they charge $20 for just reg shellac not including everything i mentioned, and $30 for shellac and mani. girl what? their machines are old and their tables are so small they cant even position the led light machine right. its super uncomforable. on a another note, from what ive seen Amanda is rude as hell. i dont recommend this place.
