This place is trash..I tried to give them a second chance and once again they F A I L E D..I went in Thursday around 1:40ish asked for design and they paired me up with someone who deff does not know what they are doing!!! The cashier said yeah I'll take $10 off cause she took her time..uh her time to make my nails sloppy!!!! that's what happened..I even asked the nail tech if it was too hard I could try an other easier design..but I should not have to ask! they should already know! I first tried this nail shop on October 12th, 2025. I arrived approximately 35-40 minutes before closing. However, I did call beforehand to ensure that they would be available to take me. For my service I received a short full set with the square shape. Today is October 31st, and I have lost 2 nails and another feels loose. The retention isn't the best as it hasn't even been a full 3 weeks and I didn't receive a complimentary drink. The service definitely could've been better, but the customer service was pretty good. This has been go-to nail salon ever since I moved to the Cypress area. My nails are always exactly what I want, they do a beautiful job consistently. The pedicures are absolute HEAVEN!! I cannot stress this enough! Everyone I've tried does an amazing job! (I never request anyone in particular because I truly have faith in every nail technician there.) I've had my eyebrows waxed a couple of times, the results are always great! I was surprised to discover that I earned either a free facial or haircut after collecting 80 points I gradually earned with each visit! I had never had a facial before but decided to cash it in the other day. "Jenny" was wonderful!! Now I'm hooked! I'm excited to try the various upgraded facial services they offer. I started with the most basic facial they offer, but I'm definitely going to schedule an appointment very soon for: nail refill, spa pedicure and a deep cleansing detox facial! Stopped in for a powder dip manicure. Keep in mind, I have never stepped foot in this salon before. However, it was next door to a boutique I visited, so I thought, "why not"? It was pretty empty when I walked in. I was greeted by the owner who seemed clearly indifferent about being there--almost annoyed. I told him what I wanted so he had me sit down. No offer of water or anything else to drink. My nail tech was a sweet man. He was very skilled and did an overall excellent job on my nails. We chatted a bit, which was nice. The music in the background was awful, though. It was weird club music playing on repeat. Made me wish I had ear plugs! I waa charged $51.50. Not bad. I liked the way my nails turned out so I didn't have a problem paying it. Honestly, the lack of hospitality from the owner and the nails-on-a-chalkboard music are the only reasons I am rating them with 4 stars instead of 5. I'll continue to visit my go-to spot from now on. read more

I was really hopeful with the 100+ reviews and good star rating that this nail salon was going to be a good experience but it was not. I am thankful that this isn't my typical area, I just happened to be out there and needed to kill some time. They opened at 10am on a Sunday that's why I choose them. I walked in at 10am was sat immediately, there was some back and forth as to who was going to actually do my service (pedicure and dip) the lady doing me pedicure tried to upsell me to the most expensive pedicure and I declined, she tried again and again I said no thanks. I the pedicure was okay. Nice massage but didn't do much cleaning up of my feet overall. My issue was the nails.. she took forever, and they are flat and lumpy and not all the same length. She polished them and then filed again which made no sense to me and now the clear coat is lifting. Very frustrating when you spend over $100 for crap. The salon is outdated, and not super clean, really cluttered. It was super hot too. I assume it's because I got there right at 10. read more

I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews for businesses but this salon used to be my go to salon. Today i went to get a refill for my dip powder (i have gotten it done before) and was told they couldn't do refill. The lady who assisted me, soaked off the color i had on. When she was using the electronic filler there was cotton balls and acetone still stuck on my skin on most fingers. she cut off the tip that i had on and tried to shape my nails, all were different lengths and some still had the tip on. After getting the dip done, my skin was stuck to the super glue under most of my nails, and i still had chunks of my old color on my skin. some corners of a few nails are not painted. Do not recommend coming here. Truly is sad. read more

This is a big salon with more nail color options than I'm used to There is plenty of parking. I wanted both a full and a pedicure. There weren't that many people there so I was hoping to have both done at same time but they were done separately. The person who did the pedicure did a good job but honestly it felt very rushed. I like to feel relaxed and it was hard because I could feel her rushing through the service. The fill was okay, but again very rushed and my fingers were burned a a few times with the drill. Today was my last time visiting. I witnessed the male nail tech totally disrespect a NEW customer who was definitely his elder. She had a legitimate complaint about how she felt she was treated as a first time customer and he totally disregarded her feelings, didn't allow her to complete her thought, and when she stated she wouldn't return he said THANK YOU. Even after she left he continued speaking negatively about her to other customers. Even as I was checking out he attempted to disrespect me by asking "this isn't your first time is it"? I decided to give this place a try since the reviews were great and the pics looked decent. There was an older man at the reception desk on the phone for an extended period which was not an issue, but after the call, there was no apology, no welcoming, which wasn't my issue initially, but as I explain to him what I wanted he was very snappy. I politely asked him how he was doing? He just looked at me and mumbled something. I continued to try to make it work, but he continued to be rude and very dry! I even played/entertained his granddaughter and lol he was still dry like he was doing us a favor! I politely walked out because of the service. You will not treat me like I'm doing you a favor. Nail Salons is an oversaturated business and with that said I can go right next door and there are plenty more that I can choose from. Thanks but, no Thanks! read more
