The first one did not do a thorough job, the second one left to start her own business, not surprising. (I was with her a couple years). The only thing really bad is the main customer service center - they barely speak English and they always make mistakes on the appointments so I try to make the next appointment each time I'm actually there on location. Issues only occur when I have to make a change to my appointment for some reason with the main customer service which is obviously out of the country. The app also doesn't pick up any appointments made in person or if you are on a package deal.

As an owner you are responsible for making sure your business is represented correctly. If this is an issue since February, I'm not sure how I was able to book in December. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. Also, she was not even able to help me with getting my refund through ClassPass because she had a customer and said she would call me back today. I have yet to receive a phone call...

I've been getting brazilians done for about 5 years now and this is by far the best one I've ever had. She uses the best grade of hard wax I've ever seen. In the past I've been to other salons that use hard wax but only put a thin layer on. Therefore when they pull it off, it breaks on your skin and they have to keep picking it back up again. If you can imagine, it's very painful. Because cyndi uses such high quality wax in conjunction with the fact that she puts a thicker layer on your skin, it comes off in one piece which is MUCH less painful and so much faster. I arrived early for my appointment and she got me out before my start time even. She gave me a mirror at the end so I could check the Brazilian and make sure it was to my liking. If you're running late, customers should be notified ahead of time, not once they arrive. The waiting area is very small, but I still agreed to step into another store and return in 15 minutes. I received a text saying the tech was ready and returned within 2-3 minutes, only to be told I "didn't respond fast enough," so another customer was taken and I'd have to wait again. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and dismissive front desk service. Being on time and accommodating shouldn't be penalized.
