She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. I've been getting brazilians done for about 5 years now and this is by far the best one I've ever had. She uses the best grade of hard wax I've ever seen. In the past I've been to other salons that use hard wax but only put a thin layer on. Therefore when they pull it off, it breaks on your skin and they have to keep picking it back up again. If you can imagine, it's very painful. Because cyndi uses such high quality wax in conjunction with the fact that she puts a thicker layer on your skin, it comes off in one piece which is MUCH less painful and so much faster. I arrived early for my appointment and she got me out before my start time even. She gave me a mirror at the end so I could check the Brazilian and make sure it was to my liking. If you're running late, customers should be notified ahead of time, not once they arrive. The waiting area is very small, but I still agreed to step into another store and return in 15 minutes. I received a text saying the tech was ready and returned within 2-3 minutes, only to be told I "didn't respond fast enough," so another customer was taken and I'd have to wait again. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and dismissive front desk service. Being on time and accommodating shouldn't be penalized.
