Updating the review to include more recent photos. Tracy did my bachelorette, engagement pics, and wedding nails. They all came out so perfect! And so close to my inspo pics!! I live in League City now but will always make the hour drive back here to get my nails done whenever I have an event coming! One thing I want to point out is you should always call the store or text Ms. Kim to schedule an appointment or check if they're busy before "walking in". If you walk in without checking ahead, you take a chance and might have to wait for a while if they're all busy (some techs might have taken off bc they didn't have customers earlier in the day) or they simply already have customers scheduled to come in soon. read more

No good- went on Tuesday around 530, they weren't super busy but they seemed to be short staffed as they had to call someone in. I waited until about 620. I decided to get a shellac manicure since it was late. The lady doing my nails cut me and I started to bleed-She didn't pay too much attention to it & it was sore for about 2 days so she got me pretty good. By Thursday my thumb was chipping off and today, Saturday my entire middle finger just smoothly came off (you can even still see where she cut me in the photo)Not happy at all with their work & never going back!! read more

Came here after my sister recommend it to me and I love it! Everyone is very nice, Tina did a great job with my shellac nails. As I was getting them done, regular customers walked in and were greeted by name, so I could tell they actually care about their customers. Prices are definitely reasonable! read more

I was told they were full at 5:30, and they close at 7. I'm not one to get the long extravagant nails (I have to type for work) either. After I agreed to wait, a woman walked in about 10 min after me and they took her right away. I want to assume that the lady already had an appointment, but here it is almost 6:20 and I'm being treated like, "Oh well. I'm not helping her." They are gathered in the back. Not even helping anyone. I'm definitely shocked to say the least that I am being treated this way. **UPDATE** Holly explained to me that they were short handed. She didn't want me to have to wait that long, so that's why they turned me away. I was only able to do a polish change. Kept the same colors because I felt rushed. All in all, they do a good job. I will however have to find another nail shop. Tammy does great nails though. read more

We have tried almost all of the Jersey Village and Jones Road area nail spas over the years. Me time is great. They are very friendly. Not pushy. And offer great quality work at good prices. They gave me a great manicure for a man. The Nail Tech paid great attention took to detail. My wife said it was the best set of nails she has had in years. I wish I could give this place no stars. I went in as a walk in. For one this place looks run down. They are not practicing safe COVID-19 guidelines. They have a problem if you are a woman of color. Total racists work here. While Tracy did my nails. I would tell her it was hurting, she got mad and had an attitude the entire time. So I needed a quick manicure design for Valentines day last year and I came here because it was a convenient location but then when I asked one of the women to draw a heart design she insisted on making the ugliest heart and me being me I couldn't tell the lady to just stop just I don't want it anymore and Innoway I actually did tell her despite me being me and she was just really stubborn and she insisted on getting her design which was so ugly and if I can find a picture I will post it somehow to show you guys and I was just really upset and when I went home I took it off because it was just so embarrassing it was a simple heart I wasn't even asking for much and I had to pay for it and it was just horrible it was I hated it I am never to go back read more

I have been going to Kim for many many years. I even have my husband going for pedicures. We love all of the team but our gal is definitely Kim! They are reasonably priced, fun and has a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend an appointment on weekends because they do get very busy. They started my pedicure and nobody came to do the manicure, they were doing people that came after me, they asked me at last what kind of manicure I wanted, I told them it was to late because I was in a hurry, a customer that came after me, asked one of the ladies that was about to start her manicure to do mine and she refused. Wow!! Finally somewhere I can i go for a relaxing time. Tina did my full set and she did an amazing job. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the technician who was doing my nails was kind and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. However, the lady that did my nails during my previous visit refused to shape just 1 of my nails to correct the problem. She was currently with a customer, which was understandable. So I said I'd wait until she's done but she refused to assist, stating that she was leaving at closing. Even though I walked out of the salon with undone nails due to her lack of concern, I decided to tip the other tech to show that I wasn't upset with her. I went in for a basic polish with French tips. Since it was really busy I had to wait 30-40 minutes for someone to start my nails. One of the workers helped me and worked on my nails. She worked so quickly because of how busy they were. She did not take her time with me but was constantly rushing and checking her phone for the time. I asked her many times to make the polish line thinner on my French manicure, but it was still really thick. Once on the polish was on, she set me over to put my nails in the dryer. Then she began working on another lady's nails. I sat there and she forgot about me. I literally sat there for more than 20 minutes until I asked Kelly if it was ok to take my hands out of the solar dryer. Kelly took care of me and helped me check out. I didn't even get acknowledged by the lady who did my nails. She did not look up at all. When I went home I still had white polish all over my fingers that was not cleaned and other things that needed to be fixed. Very disappointed :( read more
