I found this place as it was being taken over by the new owner and I am so glad I did. I love that they listen to what I want and not what they think I want as so many other places do. I walk out loving my nails every time. If something isn't right or I just don't like something, it is fixed. This means a lot to me. I am always treated very well. There is no rushing no matter how busy it may seem. I always call to make an appointment since busy times can fluctuate. But they are worth the wait if there is one. And they are the only ones in the area that I have found that offer true SNS dip powder. If you haven't tried the dip powder, you need to and I only recommend SNS. It makes your nails stronger, doesn't cause your nails to change colors like that gross yellow tint, plus it last at least 2 weeks. My nails are so strong and long. I've even got my mom hooked. I do like my nail but the service was TERRIBLE!!!! The guy who started doing my nails was distracted by something and kept taking smoke & coffee breaks. I complained about how my nails looked and someone else had to take over (I'm guessing the manager) and yes, she did fix them! I thank her for that, BUT she got an attitude when I told her my nail was crooked and had the audacity to tell me "It looks fine to me" did I ASK for her opinion? NO! If I'm a PAYING customer and I have a complaint do not try to tell me something different! This is a cozy salon full of great personalities! I had my nails, lashes and eyebrows done yesterday and I love them! It was my first time getting my lashes done so I was so nervous, but I was put at ease. I wasn't even late for work! They took there time and did a great job! I absolutely love the service and the owner even came in and let me know if there were any problems to notify him immediately so that he could get me taken care of! This is Day 2 and I've gotten nothing but compliments from my coworkers and my husband & no complaints or pain at all! I absolutely love these ladies but my personal favorite person is the young lady that took time out to do my lashes and calm my anxiety before, during and after! If I could give no stars I would! I went on a Saturday. I got there at 7 mean while they close at 7:30. I started walking up and as I do an employee is standing outside asking if I can come back tomorrow while on the phone. I said no and we started the process for my nails. Customer service was nice, I can't complain. I got a refill and as we got to the end, my nails were nowhere what I wanted. The lady didn't ask how short or what shape. Ive never ever had my nails so short. She didn't file them equal at all. They were uneven and cut completely out of wack. When she finished my nails were so thick as if she's never done nails before. I told her I didn't really like them and she said oh well Im finished. I asked if she could change the color and we started and halfway in she said pay me now. I said I will when we're done. We got into a huge argument and she said she was too tired to finish and I left with one hand of nails very thick and my other filed down about to get redone. THE WORST !!! I went and wanted a new set so remove the set I had and do a new set plus a pedicure with an overlay on my big toe. And she said she can remove them next time since she was busy so she drilled the powder on my nail that was there and then did a refill and just painted over my nails with shellac and the yellow set I had previously STILL SHOW! And my pedicure is so bad they had to start overnight and still left dead skin. I DO NOT RECOMMMED THIS PLACE ! P.S.A I definitely do NOT recommend going here , the woman who did my nails made them slanted & did a sloppy job.Then gave up when I pointed it out , then sent me to the male who then fixed it. He had a attitude when doing my nails . When filing my nails he was being so aggressive that he made my cuticles bleed. He didn't even spray alcohol to stop it , he just causally covered it with his dirty finger then kept going . When I asked how much I was going to pay he threw his own price when I told him for the regular . He continued to argue with me when I told him to make it the way I was gonna pay for it . After he filed ,buffed ,and pained my nails he said he was gonna cut them shorter , keeping in mind they already were short !!!! he tried charging me for nails that were suppose to be long but we short then argued with me . I told him before ,cut them to the $18 length instead and he did then when I asked him how much he said $23 when I specifically told him the $18 nail length ‼He aggressively went to another station looking for nail clipper to make them EVEN SHORTER.
