Ehhhhh, not impressed. Over-compensated, under-delivered. Quite surprising when my sister and I showed up on a late Saturday morning and the salon was empty! Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. I'm not from this area. I should have just went to my regular nail salon. Dawn was my nail tech and I'm just not at all satisfied with her work. My nails are not almond shaped and are all different lengths. The girl who did my pedi did a good job. The nail tech who did my nails did try to fix the shape after I told her I didn't like it, so she does care about her work. She just doesn't have good technique, I guess. So now I will be sporting this set for at least 2 weeks unless I have time to make it to my normal nail salon. read more

All the employees were SUPER nice. It's like they are treating you as if you're their own kids. The only downside about this place was that they are on the pricier end compared to other nail salons and I didn't feel like price didnt match up to what it was worth. Plus I also had my face waxed here besides the nails and some of my skin actually came with it. Normally when I do get my face waxxed at other places they put baby powder on but this time they didn't and I guess my skin was so sensitive and thin it did rip. Luckily after a week it healed up but still would mention it in this review for anyone getting waxxed. The person who did it was super nice and gave me lots of advice and tips to help heal it though while giving me a face massage. read more

This was my first experience here, and I won't be back. My friend and I wanted to try a new place, and we both got shellac manicures. The place was slightly disorganized with bottles of polish laying on the counter and other places. When I chose my color, they couldn't find it (probably because there were bottles in several places that weren't put away). My shellac manicure didn't even last two days. What an experience! Riding around on a Saturday, trying to find a decent pedicure place that was able to take on two walk ins. Hard to do. But this place popped up on our search and I'm so glad it did as it will be our go to from this point forward. Why? Well lots of good reasons. The facility is top notch and glistening clean. The staff are personable and committed to their work. Richard had a great sense of humor and was a perfectionist too, paying close attention to details. The staff treated a little girl accompanying her mother marvelously. Making sure she felt like a princess even though Mom was the one receiving a manicure and pedicure. They have private rooms and chairs that look like thrones for little ones and a couple for grown folks too. I'm highly ticklish and Richard handled me like a pro, no torture, lol! With fresh beverages and moderate prices, this place is a winner. They offer lots of custom nail art as well. My cousin was visiting from out of town and made an appointment. I asked her to see if they had space for a pedicure once she arrived. I've not seen her in a long time and it was nice to hangout. Once I arrived everyone was friendly. I was asked which type of pedi I wanted. I also stated I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I chose the deluxe - the middle package with the hot stones. I chose a color. The tech began my pedicure and gave me the menu again. Again, I chose the middle "deluxe" package. She gave me the basic pedicure. I waited on my cousin to be done with her services and we left. I was offered an eyebrow wax when I was LEAVING and had to mention that I declined. I thought I was treating myself but only received disappointment. I can't express how happy I am after coming here and trying something new for the first time. I had to work until 5:30 on Sunday and I called to see if they'd be able to do a mani pedi last minute. I wasn't expecting them to take me in but they said yes! I ended up wanting to do something different this time and I ended up getting a full ombré set with a chrome design. New to the area, looking for a new biweekly pedicure spot, and saw all the great reviews. Walk in appointment was no problem as I was the only customer there. Good regular polish selection for choosing. Facility looks pretty nice and polished, pedicure chairs look updated and new. Started getting uncomfortable that the pedicure tools did not come from a peel pack . Just came off the cart like the same ones are used between clients without getting cleaned. Same with the foot scrubber and file . Nail grinder was the dirtiest item here. I just can't continue to return to a place where legitimate sanitation isn't taken seriously. Fungal infections take WEEKS and MONTHS to get rid of people. Remember that when choosing a regular salon to get services. Also I asked for 'no cut, only file' and the majority of the appointment was cutting into my non existent ingrown toenails which is never pleasant and will actually cause ingrowns. No place to sit for toe polish to dry, foam slippers on and was ushered to pay and leave. I unfortunately won't be back and will continue my search read more
