First, I want to say this review is **not** about the nail technician. They are amazing at what they do, and I am always pleased with their service. This review is about the front desk/bar staff. Unfortunately, my experiences with them have not been positive. They are often unfriendly and unwelcoming, rarely greet customers, and are frequently sitting behind the bar on their phones. They also do not check in to see if customers would like a drink. As a result, the nail technician has had to stop their service to prepare drinks, which does not seem appropriate or fair to them. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns soon, as it would greatly improve the overall experience. read more

I just moved to Cypress and needed a new nail salon location. I've been here a few times, but not enough to get comfortable. Each time there has been some minor inconveniences (40min wait times, nail techs digging too far into my cuticles, rushing the service, and overcharging for "length") but this one is where I draw the line. My last visit I paid extra for gel cat eye. The tech who did my toes did 2 layers of polish. I asked the nail tech if she should do the same and she said no. 1 week later the paint is chipping off of my hands. I go to check out and they added a length charge. I went in with bare hands and did not ask for extra length but apparently it's an automated extra charge for a full set. Fine. 3 days ago (9 days later) I noticed FOUR of my nails LIFTING. Today, I called because one of them is literally barely hanging on. This has NEVER happened to me before. "Vivian", the manager, was fairly rude and was not willing to discount a repair. Instead, she said to come in and pay full price for another full set or a fill. Now, I have to go somewhere and have the entire set removed (to prevent moisture build up) and get an entirely new set. If I wanted to worry about my nails falling off, I'd buy them from HEB. ~ Complete waste of money But the ambience is cute, so they get a 2 instead of 1. read more

Meh--I've definitely had better pedicures. The salon itself is beautiful, and the staff (including the bartenders) were friendly, but the service didn't quite live up to the setting. The nail prep was minimal--especially around the cuticles--and since I hadn't had a pedicure since August 2025, there was plenty that could've been addressed. The polish application was also uneven and didn't fully cover the nail. It's conveniently located right around the corner from me, but unfortunately I won't be returning. Next time, I'll go a bit further to someone I trust to do a more thorough job. read more

I have been coming to this spa for about 4 years now. To this day I have never had a bad experience. Today I want to make sure I show appreciation as for Valentine's Day I brought my family in and they took such amazing care of us! The staff was so kind and attentive, they made sure we had everything we needed and then some. It was a busy day for the staff and they still did not let us go unnoticed whether it be a drink or a kid calling for help they made sure we had a drink and my daughters had snacks. Been a customer of Infinite for over 2 years. For about 1.5 years, Tonya has been my nail technician and she is my absolute favorite! I love the way she does my nails and I wont go to anyone else for my pedis. I rate Tonya a 5/5 stars. My only issue with this place is sometimes the front desk staff does not greet or acknowledge you. Also, they have messed up when I book appointments through them booking when my technician is off and not working. They lack attention to detail. My sisters, my mom, and I have been coming to this salon for years to get pedicures, and we've always enjoyed that service. However, every time we've tried to get our eyebrows done here, something goes wrong. The first time, they completely ruined the arch of my brows. Today, on my mother's birthday, she came in for a manicure and pedicure--which both turned out beautifully--but when it came time for her eyebrow wax, things went very wrong. The technician didn't check the wax temperature and ended up burning the skin under her brow. Now she has a dark red-purple mark that will likely take a long time to heal. I'm extremely disappointed because I used to love this salon, but they need to be far more careful when it comes to waxing services. As someone with a cosmetology license, I know the proper procedures, and unfortunately, none of them were followed in this situation. read more

I didn't have the best experience with my lady and got a pedicure that I felt like they used old nail polish and although she really took time to clean it up off my skin, the paint job itself wasn't amazing. The time to complete the service was fast however I was not offered a welcome drink but several customers were and my service cost roughly $90 without tip. The employee Nina was so rude not only to me but to the nail technician. Melinda, if you want to have a high end nail salon and raise prices, as customers we expect professional staff. When I walked in, I didn't have to wait long to get my manicure. The staff was really friendly and I worked with Anna. I loved Anna! She really took care of me. She was patient as I picked my colors and we had a great conversation. She also told me about a special polish to remove shellac since I told her how hard it was for me to remove it on my own. I can't say I had the best experience with the tech who did my nails. The salon is nice. However I paid $133 overall, that includes the 20% tip I gave to the person who did my nails. This was the first time that I got my nails done at the salon. I had been there once before to get a removal, but that was it. I asked for a chrome finish French tip. During the initial application, there were times where it was vital that my nails sat underneath the UV lamp for the full duration (like applying the gel x tip to my nail plate). My tech was rushing, not letting my nails cure between steps. It didn't seem like they either knew how to apply Gel-X or didn't like Gel-X if that was the case, I would've liked to have had someone else. The first go round the chrome finish ended up being patchy because whatever she used underneath wasn't tacky enough. All of that aside I'm an easy going person you can't see something like that from afar only close up. I wasn't upset about it, But I AM upset about the fact a nail came off within 3 days and how my experience went getting it fixed. They got me in the same day and we were nice enough to not charge me. You would think that as a customer you wouldn't feel like you were inconveniencing the person who made a mistake that led to you having to come back in under a week to get a nail put back on. I did not appreciate the cold demeanor I was met with. I did not like that I was burned by the nail file drill, which I felt every single time my nails were cured under the UV lamp. And worst of all, she did not use the same base color which was white she used black so now my nail doesn't even look the same as the others. I know she noticed because she compared it to the nail next to it. I'm not gonna sit there and argue with her. If she's upset I had to come back in and I had to take up 10 minutes of her time, then she will not need to worry about me being a customer of hers ever again. I cannot say that the salon is at fault but I do not know if I will be returning. read more

sad writing this , I've been going to this place for years NORMALLY they do fantastic work but the last few times I've gone I've hated the work I'm not sure what changed...the Hispanic lady doing my nails this time seemed unsure of what she was doing. Note: my original request was Xl acrylic with texture and duck shape , the lady ran to the back and told her manager she did not feel comfortable being that it's 2024 I should of left from there but like I said normally I've gone and loved set for the remaining of the time I had to settle and change multiple things because nail tech simply wasn't qualified. I came in hoping for a fresh new set and my toes done but ended up leaving with a half set not even done .. I don't think I will be coming back unfortunately read more

Manager ( My ) she told me her name was is the Manger and didn't even offer a drink until she saw me looking at her after asking others if drink was wanted. I was going to tip because the lady that did my toes was nice but when I got to the register and I was handed my receipt, the lady came out of no where and stood next to me watching what I was going to tip her. I don't appreciate being pressured or watched as I'm leaving my tip. Never coming back again. Wow! It was my birthday weekend and I came in on a a Thursday afternoon because I knew Fridays would be crowded for this place!! But HONEYt!!! I've been looking for a good nail salon to go to for the longest and I'm so happy I came here. The service was great, the vibes were chill and everyone was very professional and nice. I got a gel mani-pedi, Lily did my mani, I showed he let a picture and she did amazing. Nina did my toes and it was my best set yet since I've come to Houston and finally Trish did my eyebrow and arm pit wax and she was also great! I had my nails done by a male nail tech who had the worst attitude during the whole process towards the end I noticed how he did the design and that I didn't like it. When I told him I didn't like the design he got super offended, was so rude started yelling at me and called me stupid. I remained calm the whole time and he ended up walking off while going off. It was ridiculous. They had no one else to fix my nails and I had to leave the salon. My nails look like garbage still and today I noticed I had some type of burn on my finger. I have been here quite a few times. Always very Professional and quiet thorough. Everything is very clean and top of the line. They have the most colors for nails I have ever seen.
