I have waited over a year to get my nails done again and was hoping to enjoy it, but this is what I got done to me. Both ladies working on my nails were rough, they drew blood, and caused pain, and just didn't care about the pain or the execution of the nails it seemed like. Uneven lengths of nails, french tips are not even, on both toes and nails, 4/5 bloody painful nail beds, with left over dip residue all underneath my nails. $100 service and didn't even get a hand massage either. This is a pretty mediocre nail salon. Not the best and not the worst place I've ever been to. I mainly go here out of convenience of location when visiting my parents. The staff here used to be at 3D nails by the mall. The happy feet pedicure is my favorite service since it includes the wax foot mask. What I think this place can improve upon is colors. First being regular polish. The selection is old and outdated. Some bottles years old. Random brands. Now let's talk about shellac. Not the biggest variety here either. CND and OPI mostly. I picked a CND color this time around and I'm super disappointed. I picked a neutral red for my color yesterday. Today I woke up and noticed the color was turning orange. It looks really weird. I've been here twice and it's a great, affordable nail salon. I've had a pedicure and dip. This is the only salon that have given me nails that after three weeks have not chipped, or broke (I put my hands through the ringer). They aren't bubbled up (thick coats), just beautiful nails. i waited for over 15 minutes for a lip waxing. when i first arrived i asked how long it would be and was told to have a seat. 10 minutes later another employee told me it would be a few more minutes. another woman complains about the wait and threatens to leave after she waited for less than 5 minutes and they immediately help her(and yes, she was). i complain after waiting for almost 25 minutes, the employee tells me she doesn't know how much longer i have to wait and says she has to get the manager. i'm disappointed because this isn't my first time here. i will not be coming back. i don't like to be treated like i don't matter! have a blessed day! read more

Felt like the pedi lady i believe terry talked about me the whole time. They literally came over and looked at my nails, I had mickey ears put on one eat because we're going to disney world felt like they were all mocking me. So rude. The nail lady I believe her name was jess (neither had name tags) was decent she tried at least to pretend to have a conversation with me. Felt very in welcome. Had to have her redo the mickey ears, still not very satisfied. I had Lily as my technician for the "Happy Feet" pedicure and she was so sweet! Honestly probably the nicest nail technician I've ever had, and she gave a really deep massage which I loved! My pedicure included the paraffin wax and was $30, but I felt like it was worth it! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the whole place smelled a little funky and the atmosphere was a little dark. I would go back to see Lily though! read more

I went here for the first time today to get my eyebrows waxed. I was not crowded so I only had to wait a minute or two before being taken back to waxing room. On the bed thing that they had me lay on there was wax residue from earlier waxing. That really grossed me out. The lady took her time waxing my eyebrows so it took a bit longer than I am used to. After she finished she proceeded to tell me that I have acne caused by eating too much fast food/junk food. I was appalled by what she said. Little does she know I am actually a nutritionist and have a very healthy diet. I definitely will NOT be returning. I called ahead and found out that they offer eyebrow threading. I made and appointment and showed up 15 minutes later. I signed in that I was there for threading and sat down. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front. Finally someone walked up and looked at the sheet and called me back. She took me to the waxing room to lay down on the facial/massage table. It did not appear clean but I was fully clothed. After a little chit chat the girl started making some noise getting ready and I opened my eyes to see her about to put wax on my face!! I said I'm here for threading. She said let me talk with my manager. So I laid there a bit and someone new came in. When she started threading my eyebrows she went one hair follicle at a time. It was incredibly painful!! I have been getting threaded for 10 years now and this is a terrible technique. It took quite a while of pulling the hair out and getting the thread caught on her fingers. She was very clumsy about it. When she was finished she proceeded to pull out the tweezers and some scissors and for the next 10 minutes cut and pluck my eyebrows even more. It felt like a full-on assault. When I went to pay it was $18 for lip and eyebrow!!! Holy cow!!! I only pay $10 at my regular place. I am not please with how they look. I will not return. I will go back to my old place that is farther away. Definitely worth my drive now. read more

I was really disappointed by the way I was treated when I visited Milan Nails last week. I arrived at 6:40 on a Wednesday. Given that I had gotten there close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, I signed my name in, wrote down what services I wanted done, and stood around until someone came to the front desk to ask them if they could see me given that they were closing in 50 minutes. I told her I didn't mind coming another day, but didn't want to sit and wait if they weren't going to be able to see me. The lady in the front assured me that they could see me, so I waited. About 2 minutes later, a technician called my name and asked me to sit in one of the manicure stations. I quickly asked her if I could use the restroom before I sat down, and she said "yes, but be quick" in a bothered tone. I didn't say anything because I realized that I was on pressed time, even though her comment did bother me. When I came back to the manicure station, the technician took out her machine to buff acrylic nails to start working on my hands. I told her "Miss, I don't have acrylic nails". She then answers "what is it you want then?". I told her I wanted a simple manicure. She says "oh but you just said nails". I told her that I wanted to get my nails done. I then told her I would also like to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. This apparently really ticked her off and she started getting upset saying I only mentioned nails and that I couldn't get a pedicure done. I told her that I spoke to the lady in the front and she assured me that I could get these services done. I also mentioned that I wrote what I wanted down in the sign in sheet as well. She kept on saying that I couldn't get anything done and was visibly upset that I had now bothered her with what I wanted. At this point, I was so embarrassed by how she was speaking to me in the nail salon in front of all these customers, that I had to get up and tell her that I would come back on another day, but clearly, I will not be doing that. For me, getting my mani/pedi's are a time to relax and unwind. I don't want to go somewhere where someone is visibly upset because I am messing up their schedule. If they didn't want to provide their services, they should have just said so at the beginning. I will never be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. read more

Please beware! After going through a rough year of IVF treatments we finally made it to the implementation stage. After taking time off of work to relax for a week I went to the salon to continue that relaxation with the hopes that positivity leads to a great outcome, a baby! Boy was I wrong! After complete long my nails I pay and go to my car (parked at the first spot out the door) and look down for my keys and my diamond wedding ring is gone!! I run back into the store and start searching every where. My wedding band is still on so I know I had both items when I walked in. The lady could have easily slipped my ring off when she cleaned the lotion off my hands with a towel. I have spoken to the owner several times. I have cried for days. The owner refuses to take any ownership. I even told her I would claim it on my homeowners insurance and she should have some responsibility for taking a portion of the deductible, she refuses! At this point I believe the ring was stolen. Years of infertility, you try to relax, and this happens and to top it all of she refuses to take any responsibility. Do not shop here.
