This nail salon was recommended to me by a friend. I sure am glad that I took her advice. They were very friendly and courteous. And they were very polite. I noticed that the salon was clean. They used plastic liners for the pedicure tubs and were using tools that had been sanitized and sealed in plastic. If you are a diabetic, this salon seems to be very concerned about the health and safety of their clients. I'm very satisfied with the care the technician showed while using the tools of her trade. My nails are thin. I told her this. She didn't hurt me once! I'm going to be using this salon again in the future. Besides all that I've said, the salon is conveniently located. My nails were cut much shorter during a "fill" than I told the technician I wanted. And then, a week later, one nail completely broke off so now I have one middle finger nail even shorter! Since it is Christmas season, I asked for the ring finger to be white with some type of green Christmas theme. A tree was suggested. It looked pretty good on one hand but the other hand was somewhat of a mess. I ended up filing the "trees" off and put a silver glitter polish on those nails myself. Wonderful experience yet again! They are so friendly and do exactly what you ask without pushing or up charging for every single little thing! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could leave no stars I would... I stopped by because I went to Starbucks and needed my nails done and thought how convenient. I was wrong I just wasted an hour of my time $40 and probably another hour when I go somewhere else to try and have this fixed. I asked for a simply glitter French tip. My nails are bumpy the glitter is snagging everything it touches and worst part is someone else had to step in and finish messing my nails up. I was so upset I decided to just walk out but they all knew I wasn't happy. It's been so long since I've had a bad experience but I wish someone else would've left a review to warn me. read more

I was so excited to try this new-to-me salon close to home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the facility looked very clean. However, the lady who gave me my pedicure cut my large toe's nail way deep into the corner. It swelled up and was red and painful. It's been 2 WEEKS and I still have trouble putting on my shoes and walking in certain shoes! I'll never go back. Be forewarned!! read more

All the staff is super friendly, and prices are on par with other salons in the area. I've gotten my nails done here six or seven times, my daughter has gotten a mani with me three or four times, and we have both gotten pedicures a few times. I've had no complaints about the service or quality of work. I usually get dip powder on my nails and it lasts three weeks without any problems. When I return, it's because my nails have grown out too far to wait any longer. The powder is still there and looking great. The only reason I don't give five stars is because this is a smaller salon, which in itself is great, but it also means they don't have as many color options as the bigger places. read more

They're always willing to stay late for me and they're super flexible when I text Helen for appointment times and bookings. Pamper is definitely one of the more sanitary nail salons in the Louetta area from my experiences.
