Loved my finger nails which saddens me because my pedicure was absolutely HORRIBLE . It's been two hours since I left and my toes are already chipping . Gel polish at that . Then when I called I was advised to pay $5 to get them fixed . I have a flight to catch and now have to spend an additional $30 just to get them done CORRECTLY at another establishment . If you want good customer service DO NOT COME HERE .
They are amazing here. I drive from Katy just to go here. No matter what crazy idea I have, they always deliver! Love them!
While in the area, finally having time, I decided to come here because I loved what you got for the price. I could've gone to my regular salon (should've), but I was being cheap. Here, I chose the $28 pedicure & their manicure was $12. My pedicure was decent, but I definitely have better at my current salon. The manicure, as you can see, was terrible. I was super disappointed and was very close to telling her just to remove the polish so I could do it when I got home. I didn't tell her, but really wish I had, instead of gone through the hassle of having them smudged and me remove it. Once my services were complete, she walked me to the front where the drying stations were. I asked maybe 3 times if they had nail drying spray. The first 2 times she said yes, but then walked away. The 3rd time the receptionist answered and said they didn't. What nail salon doesn't have nail drying spray? I am never coming back here again.
After being turned away at four other salons because of their stringent schedules due to COVID I remembered this location was being remodeled when I shopped at H-E-B and went to pass by to check if it was completed. Lucky me, they were opened. First time at this location and left very impressed. Got a simple shellac manicure and pedicure. They'll leave you feeling extra relaxed
Recently got an acrylic set on a whim for graduation. This was my first time getting fake nails. First of all, the price was $40, which I now know is outrageous. Because other people started coming in after me, the lady doing my nails rushed while doing it. Clearly I wasn't as important as the other customer! There were clear spots at the tops of the nails and the tops of the nails looked bumpy. My real nails were VERY thin after 1.5 weeks of having them on. I would come here if you want to treat yourself to a nice pedi with a nice beverage in a salon without strong smells. Go to a hood spot if you want any kind of shellac or fake nails!
It was my first time here, and I was thoroughly pleased. I had another nail salon I used to go to but wanted to try somewhere different (no bad reason). I found this place on Yelp and read great reviews. I arrive around 6:30pm and they took me right away. They close at 7pm, but I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and was in dire need of a pedicure since I cant reached my toes and give myself one anymore lol. THIS WAS MY FIRST PEDICURE, EVER, AT A NAIL SALON!!! I just have this thing with people touching my feet lol. My husband is the only person that touches my feet lol. But since I wanted to relax and wanted my feet to look good, I decided to give it a shot. I also wanted my finger nails done with shellac but without a manicure. Kristine was my tech and she was really nice. She recommended I get a manicure since it's been forever but she wasn't pushy about it. I have a fear of the nail techs cutting my skin because it's happened before, so I wanted to avoid it while I'm pregnant so I don't get an infection. I told her next time though. My finger nails turned out really well even without a manicure. This service cost $20. Then they had me go to the pedicure area and I was assigned to the first station which was great for ventilation. I had an older lady, don't know her name. She was gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting me. I had a classic pedi with regular nail polish for $22. I was there past 7pm and they still let me go to the drying station without rushing me out. Overall, great customer service, job well done on my nails, and I paid $42 for shellac finger nails and a classic pedi. What a great deal! I will be returning.
I found my nail place! Everyone does good work here! I'm super satisfied with all the shellac manicures I've got here! I want to upgrade their salon SO bad! 8/2/2017 Tammy has done my shellac manicure twice now and she's definitely my new nail lady! She is patient and very detailed. This salon is a hidden gem and I want more people to come here! I added pictures of their brochure with the hours of operation and their service menu!
Came here for the first time today last minute because I was doing errands around the area and needed to get my nails done bad. I needed to get my gel shellac redone. Jamie was the technician that took care of me and did a great job! She took her time and paid attention in detail. The only downside was the price. My regular nail place charges me $30 for gel shellac but this place I paid $40.
Honestly, the first time I have ever left a nail salon 100% happy. I got dip and they turned out great. So many colors to choose from and they were quick to get us in (walk-ins). I didn't get her name but the girl who did my nails was fantastic! She perfected the almond shape and my color turned out imperfection free! I'm so happy, I'm honestly so sad I'm just in the area visiting because if I lived here this would be my go to salon!
First time at this place after going to the same nail salon since 2010 and I was very impressed! Not only was my mother and I a walk in at 4:30 to finally try a new place for first time since 2010 but they sat us down within minutes. Even though it being 4:30 and starting on a refill for her and a full set for me they didn't rush and did a great job listening to what we wanted never having to repeat what we liked because they listened the first time they asked! After our nails, I was also getting a pedicure and then mother got her eyebrows done! We were done around 6:15 and both veryy veryy happy with the service and they fact they didn't rush us just to get out. Loved loved loved this place and will be going back! Huge pat on the back to the owners due to the employees you have upon your staff and treating us ladies oh so good! Thank you again (: Harleigh & Glenda

Mina said she doesn't know why regular manicure looks different. Anyways I paid $80 for this and pedicure never going again sorry I didn't know a regular manicure is hard. Decided not to do shellac or dip but this is ridiculous. I went to HEB next door to do my nails myself. Do not go here, I warned you... read more

I loved the way they handled their service they did my nails for my 15 and they did great! I showed them what I wanted and I got what I got. I told them to change the flower to the ring finger and the length color and style and they did just that!! read more

I have received services (manicure - gel; pedicure) from this establishment and have been quite pleased with their service. My first visit was with Cameron who was very kind and attentive to my nails. He took his time to explain the difference between gel and shellac polish (all are gel, Shellac is a brand) and made sure I was pleased with the service I received. His professionalism, expertise and kindness contributed to my decision to continue to receive services in my neighborhood instead of traveling to Leon Nails on Richmond. My 2nd visit consisted of receiving the usual a pedicure (Amy) and gel nails (Christine) and similar to my first visit, I received exceptional service. Now as for my most recent visit (July 7). I entered the salon at 2:30p as a walk in to receive the usual and was quickly guided to the spa pedicure section. I received the pedicure which was similar in quality to my other experiences. The pedicure took approximately 30 minutes. The reason for the 1 star review is for the absolutely horrible experience I had as it pertains to the gel nails. For those not familiar, gel nails refers to a type of polish and technique applied to the natural nail which prevents the polish from chipping, resulting in a chip-free manicure for ~ 2 weeks. The nail tech (unfortunately I do not remember her name) began the process of cleaning the cuticles which resulted in a substantial gash on my middle finger. My cuticles were sore from the instrument being forced into the cuticle area with unnecessary force (I receive manicures frequently; therefore the amount of pressure she used was a reflection of poor technique not necessity). She spent a significant amount of time asking personal questions and chatting instead of focusing on her job (possibly contributing to the injury I sustained). Gel nails are a process: * Clear coat * UV Dryer * Polish coat * UV Dryer * Polish coat * UV Dryer * (optional) Polish coat * UV Dryer * Clear coat * UV Dryer * Alcohol to set * Oil to restore moisture The dry time in between each coat is extremely important to ensure the coat is dry before applying the next coat. The drying time varies between salons 1-3 minutes. Unfortunately, my nail tech did not allow the nails to dry a full minute before applying the next coat. As a result the polish did not set and was filled with streaks. She tried to use nail polish remover to remove the polish, but of course this removal process does not work with gel nails. As a result she had to scrape the polish off my nails, resulting in an extremely sore nail bed on all of my fingers. She tried two more times, blamed the lighting, moved me to another station, attempted again and was unsuccessful. By this time I asked for Camron and was informed he was in Vietnam for 4 weeks (with a giggle). Next, I asked for Christine and after she spoke with her and a few of her colleagues in Vietnamese, Christine told me she would be with me after she finished with her customer. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and then Christine was available. Although I was with the other nail tech for 1.5 hours (just for the manicure), Christine still had to clean my cuticles (I am amazed cuticles were remaining after the previous tech cut so deep into my skin *sigh*). All was going well with Christine who was meticulous with her work and very gentle with my nails. She apologized profusely for the amount of time I had been in the salon (2 hours). The manicure/gel nails was going great until the power went out due to rain and remained out for approximately 30-40 minutes. This also meant, the credit card option was not available, the salon did not take checks, I did not have cash and the only option provided was to leave my credit card number including the security code. I expressed that I was not comfortable with the option, and instead went next door to HEB (lights were on) to obtain the money. After 3 hours, I left without my gel polish, missed a scheduled appointment and was still charged $10 for a manicure (a manicure which left my nail beds sore and cuticle injury). I understand the gel technique is not necessarily an easy one, however, I expect a nail technician in a nail salon to be proficient in this technique if she sits across from a customer offering to perform the task. Cameron stated in my first visit that all of the technicians were of quality but I did not receive quality service July 7. As a result I had to spend additional money at another salon to receive the service I sought from Style Nails & Spa. I am confident in stating the following I know if Cameron was there (1) I would not have spent 1.5 hours with a tech who did not know what she was doing because he would have inquired why she was still working on me, (2) I would not have had to pay for a service I was not satisfied with and (3) he would have offered some sort of compensation for my time and the inconvenience. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. With a nail salon on pretty much every corner, it can be hard to be loyal to just one salon, but once you visit this place you will want to come back time and time again! I have been a pretty regular client for some time now and absolutely love the staff and customer service here. When you walk in usually it's the younger gentleman that greets me and he is always so incredibly friendly! Since I have been coming to this location for awhile, I think pretty much every technician has done my nails (and well might I add) I really enjoy Anna - she helped me for weeks find the "perfect" wedding nail color and was so incredibly helpful and sweet throughout the process. Amy has also done my nails for the last couple of times and she is so incredibly nice! She is really personable and does great work! If you live in the area and you're looking for a great place to go, this is it! To top it off their prices are SO reasonable! read more

the new guy did my nails and he did not do very good. first he kept getting feisty with me and was getting mad for no reason. he charged me for a service i didn't even ask for, so i had to spend money on it unnecessarily. then he cut my fingers multiple times and they were bleeding. i want my money back read more

i've been on the hunt for a nail salon to call my own for a while now and i've found it! each time i've had someone different and they've ALL been great! this last time i had Hope and i am amazing by her work! usually when you get acrylics done, you can tell they're not real because they're lumpy, if that makes sense? These aren't lumpy and can seriously pass as my real nails!! i couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out! i will never go anywhere else again! read more
