Ladies were super friendly, and wax looked good however she badly burnt my step sons skin doing his eye brow wax. Day 2 and it's still prominently there. So maybe avoid the waxing, can't speak for the nail service.

Such a close knit, family operated and owned company that puts in the time to create beautiful work! VERY pleased! So friends and accommodating! I took my dad for his FIRST pedicure and he was so relaxed..and the ladies had us laughing the entire time! I got dip and a pedicure and am beyond pleased as well! i went in as a walk-in for a pedi. It's a pleasant, friendly environment. Rates are reasonable. I have been twice, and both Jennifer and Lee were really good and very nice. The last salon I'd been going to for a long time had recently been sold, and had become incredibly arrogant. They acted like they were doing me a favor by taking me as a customer. This salon is very down to earth; the ladies all seem to enjoy their business and working together, and you are definitely made welcome. They are my new go to and I do recommend them. read more

She strongly advised that I have the powder/dip for my weak nails. She was very friendly and seemed equally knowledgeable in the best interest of my nails. Two days following, it began to lift and peel. I was surprised, and I did not feel I should make the time, again, to have her repair my nails. Nor was I convinced the product/service would not present itself again with the peeling. I would not recommend this business. read more

Today was my first time here and I'm so glad I picked this salon even tho there are many others in the area. The ladies were extremely friendly and attentive. I got a mani-pedi ($40) and they did both at the same time which is nice and cuts time in half. I was in and out in about an hour. The space is not huge or elaborately decorated, but very clean. They use the plastic liners in the pedi tubs which I like. They also have a large selection of both regular and gel nail polish colors. Cindy and Susan were both excellent and offered me bottled water upon my arrival. Overall great experience! read more

Best staff and Pedicure ever, they were so nice and the communication was really easy! I came in without a scheduled appointment and was still seen even though there were only 3 techs and 4 customers (including myself) and I was saw IMMEDIATELY!!!!! The space was very small but they did a great job. I noticed the shellac had slide off of one of my nails and she fixed it immediately. They also offer complimentary water which was an added plus. Definitely coming back again. They even gave me a $5 off my next visit with NO expiration date. read more

These ladies are very sweet. However my shellac manicure started to peel up at the bottom after day 4. I tried this place a year ago and had the same experience. My shellac usually last 2-3 weeks but my regular nail salon was closed and I couldn't wait. The below pictures are after day 10 (they have looked this way since day 6). read more

I found myself visiting the north Houston area recently and was in need of refreshing my gel nails. This is a very small nail salon! There are only three manicure tables and five pedicure chairs. I only had my gel nails replaced but I noticed that they actually used liners in the pedicure bowls. Upon arrival there were three ladies working on two customers. Then as I waited one of the workers left, leaving two girls to work on three customers. This was around 1:00 on a Monday afternoon. The girl that helped me was very sweet. I think her name was Cindy? She seemed like the boss. She did a good job and I'm pretty happy with the results. One thing that was interesting was the fact that they use clips to hold the acetone laden cotton on your fingers instead of foil squares. They were pretty cool; I'd never seen them before. She brought me the latest People magazine to look at while my old gels melted which was nice since I couldn't use my phone with my fingers preoccupied. It's hard to tell from my experience how clean the place is. I never saw her open a sterile pack but when getting gels they don't use many tools. If I'm ever in town while I need my nails done again I'll likely go back. read more

I have been going to Cindy for my nails for over a year. She is reliable and does an amazing job! Before I found KM Nails, I had gone to and tried about 15 different nail salons since moving to Texas. I had terrible experiences at these other places that ranged from being cut or having my nails lifting, to having to wait for an extended period of time despite having an appointment, to even being treated and talked to disrespectfully. Once I found Cindy, I never had a single reason to leave. With her doing my nails and her sister Jennifer doing my pedicures, I have finally found the perfect place. Thank you!!!! read more

The ladies were very welcoming and nice. However I got a gel manicure that literally started chipping within a couple days. I always get gel manicures that typically hold strong for 2-3 works, but not this one. The price was cheaper than most (25 for gel) but not worth it in my opinion. read more

The staff was very friendly and greeted us when we walked in. My sisters pedi came out good, which is what made me give them an extra star up there. Since there was a long wait they gave me two five dollar offs coupons. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I'll be there tomorrow! Hints: if you can, call ahead to make an appointment. read more

They are still the only ones I trust to make me look fabulous and also make sure that my nails and skin are healthy. I haven't been to a nail salon in years because they generally don't listen when I say I want something a certain way. I walked in and was attended to immediately, offered water, and given some of the best care I've ever received at a salon. The ladies are very sweet and beyond helpful. I've been seeing Annie for almost 8 Years. They build relationships with people and make you laugh and forgot about your problems of the day. Annie provides an excellent service because she genuinely cares about her clients and has actually become a friend through her excellent customer service. They helped my nails Become stronger through suggesting alternate methods not to mention gorgeous for all occasions including my wedding. I will follow Cindy & Jennifer anywhere. This place is really not convenient to where I live anymore, since they moved from theirlast location, but the service and price are worth the drive. The staff was so kind and attentive, they made sure we had everything we needed and then some. This review is about the front desk/bar staff. Unfortunately, my experiences with them have not been positive. They are often unfriendly and unwelcoming, rarely greet customers, and are frequently sitting behind the bar on their phones. They also do not check in to see if customers would like a drink. As a result, the nail technician has had to stop their service to prepare drinks, which does not seem appropriate or fair to them. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns soon, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I absolutely love this salon! This WILL be my new go- to place permanently. The staff is so welcoming and polite; they really made me feel relaxed and pampered during my appointment. I have a super busy schedule and don't usually get a lot of time to myself to relax, and getting my nails done is one of the very few times I get to enjoy myself. This place is truly the best! Cindy did my nails; she was super friendly. When drying my nails, I made smudges throughly the clear coat on accident. She noticed, and, without me even asking for her to fix it, she redid them. The place is decorated nicely and cute inside as well. I got powder dip with acrylics on my nails. Come to this salon and ask for Cindy because she truly is an amazing nail artist! read more

KM nails is an unbelievable place. Cindy does my nails outstanding. Jennifer is amazing with my legs. My legs are very swollen. She does a massage that helps my legs. I use to pay a fortune with medical pedicures. Jennifer gives me a pedicure and massage for two hours with an much lower charge. I recommend both Cindy and Jennifer for all your needs. Today was my first time there, and I left very pleased. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but she did an amazing job on my refill. She was very gentle on my nails, and I love how she shaped them. The place is small and not as elegant as others, but the ladies were very welcoming and friendly.
