Most sets start lifting or coming off within about five days. However, the owner assured me that wouldn't be the case, and she was absolutely right! Amber did my pedicure and she was super nice and extremely gentle when it came to removal of ingrown. Kelly did my nails and she communicated and asked if shape was good a few times. She gave opinion on a few things which I enjoyed. The only thing I did not like was the "hidden fees." I am used to paying over $100 for my pedi/nails. But upon my entry I stated I wanted to change the shape and take off shellac and do powder. No one mentioned removal would be $5, no one mentioned changing shape would be $5 and clipping my cuticles would be another $5. My current nail place by my old house, never charges for any of these but if you do, be up front about it especially when I mention at the front desk, this is what I want done. I will probably return because I now know about these extra charges but I will also continue looking for a new nail place near my new home and see what else is out there.
