Myself and a few others that I've recommended have been going to this salon for 6+ years, we were close to the area but never cared for the cleanliness, customer care, attention to detail & aesthetics but we stayed for Nina because she is truly the best. Especially if we're talking about getting your money & time's worth in this economy! Nina made the experience the best, she's the type of person you can get a pedicure from & sit down without correcting anything. She's very sweet, talented & never had a rude attitude with anyone I saw her working with. I'm not sure why the management is saying negative things but when an employee is fired or leaves a business speaking negatively is a red flag! This was a blessing in disguise and all of her clients that love her work & her have followed her to the new beautiful upscale salon where you get an experience as well as good service! We will support her wherever she goes. Management should be honest to all the customers about where she went & why, they're lying instead to keep her precious business as well as talking ill about someone who carried the salon. Went recently to get my eyebrows waxed, but when I saw how inexpensive the services were, I went ahead and got a manicure as well. Good selection of nail polish colors to choose from. Although I was a walk in, and they already had quite a few women getting pedicures, I was seated right away. The lady who did my nails (I forgot her name) was very quick and steady with my hands, and gave me a great massage as well after doing my nails. Afterwards I was sent directly to get my eyebrows waxed, it wasn't as painful as I thought it'd be after having not had them waxed in over a month. The place got even busier once I got there, and each person was greeted and seated without much of a wait. Great pricing, lovely, nice, and professional women there. I felt like my regular nail salon was overcharging me and my friend suggested we come here. The shop is pretty basic but I did not feel like it was dirty. The ladies were extremely nice! They have tons of powders and shellac colors to suit any preference. I decided to do an overlay with powder 220 or 200. I had a broken nail and my tech was able to fix it efficiently. There was some miscommunication of how I wanted my nails shaped. I prefer the almond shape which is in between a stiletto and round shape. The shape turned out to be more round but she did the best she could in giving me what I want. She did cut my pinkie while shaping my nails but she was very apologetic and nice about it that it was hard to be mad at her. She gave me a free nail design and gel top coat with my full set. It only cost $35 without tip. What a bargin! I would be happy to come here again when I'm back in town. read more

My regular nail salon was randomly closed, so I checked Yelp for a comparable salon nearby. I figured I'd give then a try. I asked how long of a wait, was told not long. 20min is fine. However, I sat in a manicure chair for 35-40 minutes (at that point I wasn't going to waste MORE of my time going elsewhere). Never was asked if I wanted water, needed something, was checked on or even updated. Cool. When the girl finally did my nail, she only halfway listened and seemed really rushed. I guess it's quantity over quality here. Overall they're just nails and it's whatever, but I wasn't thoroughly pleased with them. The color band is WAY too thick, she didn't wash off ANY of the old flakes of polish she ground off of my SOAKABLE old shellac. So that's under all of the polish too. Cool. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you just don't really care what your nails look like. read more

My nail tech left the sugar scrub on my leg to go tend to another client (to the point it irritated my skin), put an extremely hot steam towel on my legs, she cut the side of my pinky with the file machine, my manicure was uneven and she was going to leave them like that until I complained to her that they were uneven and unacceptable! There is a first time and a last time for everything, and today was one of those moments from me to Expro Nails! OH! I purposely downloaded this app to leave a review...and I never leave reviews. I just have to warn everyone who is thinking about going to this place to not waste your time. Annie was the nail tech who did my pedicure. I chose the $35 treatment. She was very slow and when I requested a french manicure, the white lines were very crooked. I got there at 10:15am and she didn't finish until 11:30. This was the worse pedicure ever and I've been getting them for 22 years. No only the friendly and clean environment but you do not find anyother salon that give you 20 minutos massage on your legs and feet with your pedi and 15 minutes masage on your arms, shoulder and neck with your mani. Today is Sunday, I was there Thursday night (last Client). Halina did my nails a refil. She didn't add more acrylic to the tips of the nails even tho she had to file them down to get my previous color and stones off. So the tips of the nails were every thin. Friday I lose my pinky nail and Saturday I lose two more. I go in to get them cut down and reshaped because I don't want the nail left on my nail bed to ripped off and make my nails thinner. They said it would be an additional cost because the polish. When if they were to just completely do the original three that popped off it wouldn't be a charge. I don't understand the difference. So she cut them and did no reshape to my nails. They look like thick bricks. And there's missing paint from when she filed. This is horrible customer service. I would not pay a total of $90 not including tip just because the nails popped off in three days. She should've added acrylic to the whole nails in the first place. read more

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. My whole entire family goes to this nail salon and for them to treat us the way we were treated is unacceptable. The own (the only man in that salon), was so rude it was disgusting. The quality of the powder was awful so I offered the idea of painting over it with a gel color almost exact to it to even out the patches and he was trying to charge me for a whole gel manicure. 1) they don't speak English that well so for them to have an attitude with any costumer is a joke. 2) they were just flat out rude to the point where I walked out. read more

I absolutely love coming to this salon! They have never done a less than perfect job on my nails & take their time on it, they listen to exactly what I want & perfect it! Super nice & I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated! All of the women are wonderful! This was my second visit. The first experience was a lot better than the second. I think the first visit Linn or Linda did my nails (manicure only with a polish) This time I wanted a thin overlay with shellac and asked for a square round shape. Well I had to point out several inconsistencies to the nail tech (thickness, inconsistency in the shape of my nails and lack of attention to detail). My pedicure was done by Judie and it was ok. While sitting allowing my toes to dry I noticed toes were half polished and polish on my feet (bad attention to detail). I'm looking for a place near me (Spring Cypress and 2920 area) and was hoping this was it. Unfortunately after paying $65 I let the guy at the front know that although the lady tried hard to "fix" my nails this was the finished product. I didn't get an apology or anything he looked at my nails and proceeded to have me sign the receipt. Everything I said in my previous review is true! They do have great prices and they do, do great nails and pedicures. However, yesterday I went and got my nails and an eyebrow wax done. The nails are great but I have no clue what went wrong on the eyebrow wax. My eyes are STILL burning and have red patches as if they put too much or too hot of wax on them. I'll only be going to them for pedicures and nails from now on ... My eyes have burn marks from this still & I'm really hoping it does leave any scars. I understand it might have been an accident but she didn't even mention it when it happened. I will never get any of my waxing done here again. read more

I love this nail salon. I have been here 4 times to get the Gel French Manicure done, and they do not disappoint. Today I had Kim, she was super fast and did an amazing job. I was amazed at how quickly she worked and how beautiful my nails turned out as well. Last time I was here I got my nails done by Halina. She also did an amazing job and shaped my nails very nicely. Whenever I go in and show them a photo of how I want my nails to look, they match it almost perfectly, even the difficult designs. I will continue to get my nails done here. It's not super fancy, but the prices and hospitality make up for it. I first tried it on a random weekday afternoon, I called and asked if they could get me in, they close at 7, and I got there at 7:15... They got me in for mani/pedi.
