I just left this nail salon and it was not a good experience. They rushed on my pedicure and nails. I requested almond shaped nails and a color similar to the one I had on my feet. I basically wanted it to match but I had shellac polish on my feet and powder on my nails. The nail tech seemed to get annoyed at the fact that I was asking for a service that I'm paying for. Just don't understand the lack of customer service at this place. The nail tech said my nails were too short to do an almond shape. What?? I've seen short almond shaped nails. Apparently, she just can't shape because my square shape is not square, just square-ish. They asked people to wash their hands when entering but the nail tech keep the same nasty gloves on with holes with different customers. My nails look awful! I'm sitting in my car upset in front of the nail salon doing this review. I had heard really good things about this place so I decided to check it out. The lady who started on my pedicure didn't even bother to ask what type of pedicure I would like she did the basic one. Aside from frequently getting up to go do other things constantly like talk on her phone or go eat in the kitchen the service wasn't done they way it was suppose to.
