I stopped in without an appointment, my own fault. I was told the wait for a mani pedi was 10-15 min. I waited about 45 min for a pedicure. Then again after that was complete for a manicure. I dont mind waiting but could have run to the store while I waited if I had known the actual time it would take. I just left this nail salon and it was not a good experience. They rushed on my pedicure and nails. I requested almond shaped nails and a color similar to the one I had on my feet. I basically wanted it to match but I had shellac polish on my feet and powder on my nails. The nail tech seemed to get annoyed at the fact that I was asking for a service that I'm paying for. Just don't understand the lack of customer service at this place. The nail tech said my nails were too short to do an almond shape. What?? I've seen short almond shaped nails. Apparently, she just can't shape because my square shape is not square, just square-ish. They asked people to wash their hands when entering but the nail tech keep the same nasty gloves on with holes with different customers. My nails look awful! I'm sitting in my car upset in front of the nail salon doing this review. Please get it together, you all could have just told me to come back or you're not able to do what I requested instead of doing such a horrible job. read more

She was working on a pedicure and started on my nails without washing her hands. Talk about gross. Yet they tell you to wash your hands. The irony . I hadn't realized it till she had already started. I was grossed out and upset of not noticing right away. She cut me on about three fingers. Literally filling my damn cuticles. Nails didn't last. When it was time to pay she added my tip to the total and left the tip part blank. That seemed odd. I had heard really good things about this place so I decided to check it out. The lady who started on my pedicure didn't even bother to ask what type of pedicure I would like she did the basic one. Aside from frequently getting up to go do other things constantly like talk on her phone or go eat in the kitchen the service wasn't done they way it was suppose to. She finishes with my pedicure and didn't even say a word just gets up and leaves to eat in the kitchen once more. I'm sitting there perplexed for 5-10 mins until I finally ask if she's done. The answer was yes. This lady did not inform me she was done, no foam slippers were placed on my feet either and on top of that she tipped herself 20 dollars knowing I left from there very upset. She told my friend to let me know her head was hurting and that was the reason she skipped some of the stuff on my service. If I had not checked my bank account this morning I would have never seen she STOLE 20 dollars from me. I (black woman) just walked out of there 20 mins ago because I walked in at 120p, she told me to wash my hands and pick a color, i sat 10 mins then she said come get in the water. I sat there from 130-2p waiting on someone to come service my pedicure. A older white couple walked in, she had them come to the bowls, no washed hands or nothing, swept the floor and proceeded to start service on the lady feet after ive been there 30 mins...its bad enough that she started service on another client before me when i was there first but to add insult to injury, they were caucasian!
