I have been going here for a little less than a year consistently. This last visit 4/3 was the absolute last time after telling myself I'd stop going 5 times ago. It's not 1 thing but rather a culmination of events. To summarize, the service and quality lack. They're too busy to keep up and that leaves customers like myself being the collateral. This was our first visit to this salon for pedicures. Is was busy so I was glad I took the time to make appointments instead of walking in. It was a little chaotic as there is no signage instructing where or how to sign in and some guests were standing around chatting with people getting serviced. I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer. She ended my visit with another smile and "I hope to see you next time". I am happy with my pedi so I will request Lilly for my next appt. I recommend this salon. read more

Soooo ... I come to this place every 2 weeks with all my girls - 3 of them they all get nails and toes and I get my toes done - I always pick the top pedicure and this receipt is with one of them not getting nails just toes . Every single time I come they know I like a particular French tip - I always ask the guy before they give me someone if they know how to do it . This time I wanted a French with a Hawaiian flower design ,from the moment the woman started she didn't understand my French tip question - I'm instantly frustrated but explaining and showing her pictures of my toes I have done there - she keeps trying then she quits -tells me my toe nails are too short previously they told me they were too long for this design - it's a basic square French tip . Then she took off the painted flower - for 30 minutes until finally she asked someone else to do the design . That person saw the picture and painted a sunflower - asked if it was okay I finally said no just get the plastic flowers and do it the same way I always get it .Keep in mind they're doing this so long - it's been a. Hour . She then proceeds to remove my callus - very lazy then puts my foot in the water I said no - this isn't done - I asked her to actually remove the callus . Right she then proceeds to speak to someone else and complain - I asked her to be real specific about my cuticles and she complains . She waste so much of my time , I don't have time to finish the rest of the pedicure and she proceeds to take off 15 dollars from a 90 dollar pedicure before design and shellac - this is my recipet just to show I spend way more than this every time I go. From the very beginning of coming here I was real specific about my expectations , every time , I'm a particular person . They usually do a great job on my girls it's me everytime. Went there to get a pedicure with toe nail extensions. One of them broke the next day. I went back to get it fixed and it was like I pissed them all off. After three people came to me and one lady (who was there when I got the pedicure originally) talking to all of them the third lady fixed it. It was like she was mad because I came back to get it fixed. Then they had the damn nerve to charge me for fixing it. The manager never came to speak to me like he was supposed to. I had made an appt for 9:30 for a mani because I had an extremly important event at 11. I got there a few minutes early and signed in. I was told it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later I was told it would be 5 minutes. At 10 I was told it would be 10:45. That obviously wouldn't work. The girl was shocked to know I had made an appointment. I witnessed multiple other ladies, who they called by name, being greeted and taken straight back when they walked in the door. This was not my first time there but I guess they couldn't make a big profit off my little manicure so they didn't care. Now I am having to go to my event with ragged nails. This place has some very high profile customers, so we regular people are obviously not wanted. read more

This is my $58 nail job from last night. I used to get exceptional service here, and my nail tech left the country for a few months, but the quality has significantly decreased. I don't know how a tech could look at this job and be proud of this work and think this is okay. I've never had nails look like this and it's not quality. Sigh, I need my nails done now. Look at my cuticles, this is unreal and unacceptable. I keep supporting this business and trying new people since my tech is gone, but keep getting disappointed. I've come to bellagio for about a year now. I've never had any issues until the past couple visits. I've noticed that the prices are just not matching the work anymore. Every time I go in, I feel like I'm being rushed. The service isn't even fully done. It's completely rushed. & there is ALWAYS a bunch of random up charges. I always ask for a cuticle trim and then I end up paying a different amount each time and it's constantly getting more and more expensive . Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning anymore & will be looking for a new place. First of all I'm going to give five stars To my awesome techs Kathy and Yumi. By far the best! With that said there is this guy here Lucky who is absolutely horrible. He cusses the entire time. bi*** MFer, f**k, and more. Also he talks sexually about all the stuff he does to men. With my young daughter next to me. I told the owner to please have him tone it down. He did say something to him then he got louder and started belittling me. Like seriously put his ass in the back of the salon in a closed room. It's not funny at all. I love Bellagio and am a long time client. However, the last few times I have visited I have been appalled at the behavior and commentary of one of the techs, Lucky. He very loudly discusses extremely inappropriate topics, talks poorly of his fellow employees and cusses AT them as well. He's extremely unprofessional and it makes clients visibly uncomfortable. Great service, but not for a relaxing experience. I want to go to a nail spa that does a good manicure/pedicure but I also want to relax as this is my "self care". Bellagio offers beautiful nails and the technicians are professional, however I ask for a quiet area because I prefer to relax when getting my nails done. Many times I have asked to be seated in a relaxing area, but somehow I always end up next to a "chatty Kathy". Once again, 30 minutes into my 65 mins service bridal party is seated 2 chairs away. There is literally a sign next to the bridal party chairs that says "RELAXATION AREA:Please keep all conversations low". In no way am I faulting a bridal party for enjoying themselves, but the receptionist I DO fault. I will continue to go to Lumiere Nail salon on 249 where you get a receptionist that can seat you appropriately for both great service and relaxation every time. read more

I went to get a full color powder set, a pedicure and waxing. Lucky did my manicure and as always he was phenomenal. He's done my nails in the past and always delivers on what I want. Good shape, length and thin. (Not chunky/thick) I know some people have left some reviews over him but I've never had that experience with him. I told him I don't like talking and I enjoy zoning out and keeping it low key. He is always receptive to my needs. Tiffanie did my pedi and was on point, paid attention to detail and went the extra mile for me. She also did my wax and I'm very picking about my eyebrows but she did exactly what I asked. Angel is also great at pedis (she is usually my go to but was busy when I walked in) I recommend this salon to everyone cause they always take care of me here. read more

After I posted my review the manager responded and told me they stand behind their work. He invited me to go back and get my nails done again. When I got there he told me that my concerns were valid and that is why the staff should be using the system they use when customers circle what they want. I thought it was great that he had those conversations with his staff and wants to stand out against so many other nail salons. I choose my color which was a dark burgundy. And the color was so much better than the one I had chosen before. Aside from the color the nails didn't chip and fall off in a couple of days like before. I think the nail polish might have been bad from the first time I went and got them done. These lasted much longer and looked great. read more

I had been going to this place for pedicures and always had an ok (not great just ok) experience. Then I discovered Daisy, she was fabulous at her job. I started to book appointments with her but what's the point? I booked for her one time and had to wait 35 mins over my appointment time because they put her to work on someone else prior to my appointment. The last couple of months I haven't been able to get her, so I end up with some random techs. At one visit, with the Basic Pedicure I didn't get all the services like the warm towel on legs. Manicure was ehh ... the only good thing out of it was the shellac to keep my nails from being brittle. This last visit, today, I asked for a NEW toenail (that's what I wrote down on sheet) and the tech told me she did add it but if she files down too much the toenail will break. Well she didn't take the old one off and file down my natural toenail and then add the powder to make it look fresh and flush like Daisy does. Obviously this tech Candy confuses a NEW toenail with a Refill??? I'm still not satisfied with it as I can see the crease where she just tried to do a quick fix. I didn't get any massaging in the feet just my calves! And I don't like when they work on manicures while the pedicure is happening just isn't as comfortable. At this setting, the tech couldn't find the shellac I used a couple of months ago. But she was able to find something similar. There were still ragged edges that I had to file down when I got home. And the arm and hand massage was nothing but softly applying lotion and wiping off with a towel! Definitely not the service I paid for, but I still have a tip. I feel like management needs to put them through further training. This place is slowly going downhill on my preferred list of salons! read more

She claimed it was due to the nails being short however I had her previously and she messed up my nails then. She was rough and continuously snatched my toes around. This used to be my go-to place, but I will not be returning. I went in for a "fill-in" which is typically $40. They charged me $10 extra for "extra length" when I asked the lady to make them as short as possible. I did not get tips, they put powder on my real nail. $10 extra for short nails??? No thanks. Another $5 for "special nail shape" because I have almond shaped nails. I understand charging to "change shape", but I went in with already almond nails?? $40 set turned to $65 real quick, which is just ridiculous especially with how they turned out. My daughter and myself had a girls day and decided to try this salon as it is very close to our home. The salon itself is very nice inside. The guy who greeted us and helped us as we walked in was extremely friendly. The girl who did my nails was not friendly or personal, however, she did a great job. Opposite experience for my daughter, the guy who did her nails, was super friendly, but did not do very well. Not sure if I will rerun to this salon, as there are nail salons on every corner in this area. Update: After posting my review, the manager immediately contacted me about the service I received. They redid my daughters nail at no charge. They did a fabulous job. With the customer service being this wonderful, this will now be our go to nail salon. The nail techs are efficient. They do a good job but don't expect anything above and beyond. The receptionists are not friendly at all. They act like you're a hassle coming in. The young girl today with the fake red hair was so unfriendly and rude at checkout that I probably won't come back and take my money elsewhere. Even though he didn't have exactly the materials from the picture he still did a great job finding something to make a close match. He listened to me and was very friendly. I love these nails! Eric even showed me some nails he has done that are similar. We will do those next time. My sister and I have been here 3 times now and each time we come back we are so impressed by the staff and their customer service.
