So to start off, I have loved this place! Usually I am very satisfied with the service. It is expensive but it is quality on your nails. I will say the massages/pedicure are not to my standard but, I want someone who beats my feet up. The main reason for my lower review is that the most recent time I was in there, another customer was being... a Karen and decided her tech wasn't good enough so she took mine? Not sure how or why, but that was frustrating. Also the fact that I was left so they could accommodate someone who came after me.. mid getting my nails done was frustrating but I don't cause a scene. It was okay, my first pedicures here were super great. The woman asked my preference on everything, including cutting down my nails which is a huge preference for me. I didn't even get asked if I wanted them cut down, he just did. It was a basic French tip pedicure and the tips were basically non existent at first, which he did fix after I asked. I was cut with the 'cheese grater' thing, not sure why salons even use those still, but I now can't even apply pressure to the foot he cut, nothing was said about the cut. I hate how short my toenails are now, the French doesn't even look good cause they're so short. I'll just go somewhere else in the woodlands from now on. Irritated I paid over $80 for a pedicure I don't like, and I didn't ask for the deluxe but got charged for it. Edit: not sure why I'd want a 20% off a pedicure when y'all FUCKED MY FOOT UP. Expect a refund. I can't use my right foot and I have a work event. UPDATE; I am criminally trespassed but I would do it again to make the loser that owns this place feel like the loser he is, foot is infected and can't walk on it still. 4 days later. read more

I went here based on the good reviews and came out very disappointed. I have a baby at home and finally had a few hours to myself so I decided to get gel nails. Every nail chipped by day 3. I went back to get them fixed which was inconvenient since I had to find someone to watch my little one on short notice but I didn't want to waste $80. I still tipped because I have worked in the service industry before and understand mistakes happen. However, less than 24 hours later a nail chipped again. I have no idea if It was a poor application or old products but I can't afford to keep going down there to get them fixed every day or so. Just moved to the area so I'll be on the hunt for a new spot. read more

First time here, I went down the street to USA nails, asked them if they could get me in right away they said yes but made me wait... I'm so glad they did bc I looked up other salons and I found this one with ALL amazing reviews so I left and came here . I know why now. Not your typical brand new renovated nail salon. It's not updated a lot but it is SUPER CLEAN. I called ahead staff were very nice on the phone . As soon as I got there they got me in the chair. All staff were smiling and very kind. Asked what I wanted I explained and they went to work. Two ladies worked on my feet which was totally fine bc they both were Fantastic. I had to get tips on my big toes so that's why. I feel nail salons lately do not do the full cuticle cutdown and cut down for ingrown and you have to ask to make sure they do it, but this nail salon did that plus the extra mile! My toes feel brand new! Staff apologized for the door being open bc the landscapers were there but the breeze felt nice and it wasn't annoying at all. This is definitely a little hidden gem so peaceful. Will be back! read more

We love this place! Very friendly people who always take the time for you. They are great at what they do. We always do nails and they never disappoint, but word on the street is that they are also good at brows etc. They offer a lot of choices for nails: manis, pedis, full sets, gel, French, powder, shellac etc. They work efficient and fast and the place is clean and organized. We usually make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. This salon comes highly recommended. read more

This service here was horrible. I went to get an overlay and a pedicure. The nail tech who started removing the color from my nails was very unprofessional. Her friend walked in and she tried to pretend like the girl had an appointment with her. She stopped in the middle of my set, then the nail tech who started working on my nails rushed and broke one of my nails and tried to act like it was no big deal. It would have only taking 15 minutes. I gave one start, because the place was clean and even though they refused me service which I've never had in the Midwest or East cost I guess they were polite about saying no. I went to this nail spa based on yelp reviews. My manicure was fine, however the young lady that did my pedicure, her phone binged and bonged the entire time I was there. And she would stop to answer her messages right in front of me. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, but her lack of enthusiasm and me having to ask her to cut my toenails, I should've just got a regular pedicure. Her concern was over her phone, not her customer. Even though I left a nice tip and walked out without complaining, I could not wait to leave, her phone was driving me crazy. Not relaxing or professional at all. Will not be back. read more
