Not impressed. I saw good reviews so I gave this place a chance. Usually the places that aren't well known are very good. I'm sure the other people do great work however I feel they put someone VERY new with me. She cut me several times. I asked to file she cut down a lot. I wanted square it's rounded. She was struggling with the shellac and shellac is already very hard to work with anyone who knows once it's on the cuticle and looks like this it's hard to come back from. Someone else started working on me to "fix" it I told him to please just take it off and currently his is continuing to try and fix it. I appreciate the offer But there really is no coming back it's been an hour and 40 min and I don't see them listening to me to stop and just take it off. I told him to just stop and he said no I will fix it and I said I'm not gonna pay for the shellac and he said don't worry you don't have to pay. That's not my problem I want to leave I said I will walk out as is bc he said it takes too long to file and he will fix it. He's not listening to me and I feel bad for having to voice my opinion but they just are not listening. I will pay for the pedicure in its self but I don't want the shellac any more and I would just like to leave. They will not let me leave without them "fixing" it. Here I am feeling bad they're wasting their time trying to fix it when I told them I need to leave I've been here way too long. They will not listen. I have to go to work. I'm beyond annoyed at this point. I appreciate them trying to correct the fault but I'm going to be late bc I've been here for 2 hours for a basic pedicure..... I said at 2:40 I wanted to leave he said don't worry it will take 5 minutes to fix. I just left at 2:57 The last two pictures are when I asked them to stop, the other pictures are after he told me he could fix it. This is what I paid for. I will say I appreciate them listening to me when I said I will not be paying for the shellac so I paid $35 for this because they did the pedicure part. it really wanted my nails to stay the length that they were her just file them into a square but instead they are shorter and each toenail has its own shape going on. I came in with acrylic on, I wanted to go lighter so the tech (owner) recommended I do a full set (take off old and do lighter) ... after one hand I noticed the burgundy was slightly visible in some places, i pointed it out and he stated it would "go away" ... it never went away, in addition the edges were chipping significantly in some places. I went in today to ask them to fix them. Wife states "you want refill?" I replied I'd like them fixed that the old color was showing and they are chipping. She said she'd fix so she begins filing old down. Meanwhile husband owner comes in and takes over, states I need to choose another color, something darker... ok so I paid for a new set to go lighter but I can only choose darker? While this being done, I ask for an eyebrow wax- finish nails and get eyebrow wax- she waxed entire bottom of eyebrow off, and then tries to brush hair back over. I walk to front and ask how much are eyebrow I just want to get out of there. He said eyebrow free, pay for nails. No you've messed up BOTH at this point but I understand accidents happen with wax so I'll pay for that. He proceeds to argue and insist I pay for nails. I said no, I paid for full set already and it wasn't done correctly. I refused to pay for nails, he refused to charge me for eyebrows. He gets mad, I get mad, he calls the police for non payment- I sat in my car until officer arrives.. after back and forth, owner agreed to not take payment out of moral. And insist he has a 3 day complaint policy which is not posted or noted ANYWHERE. Long story short: awful acrylic product, bad prep work and careless waxing. Current nails aren't even the same shape but I was ready to be done with the nonesense. read more

Please be careful when going to this Nail Salon, be very clear on the service you want. They will give you the more expensive option and expect you to pay for their mistake.. I was not happy to pay $68 for a pedicure, that was no different from what I get at my regular nail salon for $40, I decided to try somewhere different and it was a costly mistake..
