Not my fucking problem. This location should have been shut down and closed the day it opened. They are the biggest scammers and never worth the piss ass service they provide. It's no wonder why they are rated absolutely the lowest in the area. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Someone who actually values you and doesn't just want to gain profit from you rather the mistake is on them or not. I could see if I was running behind. Sure. Charge me. Or cancelled last minute. I wanted to move it to another day that the tech had open bc I understand why have her rush in bad weather. And you still wanted to charge me? For what? I showed up. Your lash tech didn't. She was late. Which in turn made me late for work. Like I stated when I got there. I have to go to work after this and I have to leave at a certain time. But you want to charge me anyway when I was there? Make it make sense. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER be back and will never recommended ALS to anyone. Ever. Definitely not this horrible location. And what's crazy is I witnessed in real time as I waited for my appointment several other customers calling to cancel their memberships and the receptionist that worked on 7/14/26 that morning just lied to them all. Oh I submitted it already we have to wait for our managers to review it. Yeah the managers review it after they charge them again before canceling it. Fucking thieves and scammers. Horrible people. Karma comes back around. Yall were right. My apologies. I read reviews for a reason. And I will never not listen again. Lesson learned.

Not only was glue put directly into my eyes multiple times, but lash tech decided to put clusters on me when I have always had the same service for years now- whenever I asked the lash texch if she had used clusters, she denied. As someone with small shaped eyes I've always asked for a natural look, I currently look like I have store-bought last strips on my lashes and enough glue on top of everything to last me the next five lash services. However, I knew I would be in Houston this weekend, and did a search to see if any salon in the area specialized in the technique---and that's when I found Next Level. I was able to book my appointment online, and got a text message to confirm. At the salon, I met with my nail tech, and went over what I would be interested in doing as my design. My tech was very nice, and offered me a drink (I chose hot Vietnamese coffee) with everything from boba tea to soda to coffee to choose from. She got to work right away by first removing my old polish, went on with dry cuticle work, cut and reshaped my nails, and then got set with my new gel layer. I thought I would try an aura design, which required the use of an airbrush machine. I didn't realize it would take so much time, most of it due to the fact the machine had run out of charge - lol! My nail tech still did her best to be efficient. It took almost three hours, but at least I had a fresh set I was happy with. My nails now remind me of bubblegum pieces, lol! Each manicure also comes with a hand/arm massage and soak, so it was nice to wrap up the manicure with that. I also learned they offer Vietnamiese scalp massage, which is something I'd like to try in the near future.
