First time coming here. I called 15 mins after they opened on a Saturday morning to ask if i can do a walk in and if there's a wait. I was told I don't need an appointment and just come. Another 10minutes, I asked if I should just leave. She said no, someone will come...another 10 minutes I got up and said I'll leave..She said someone will be available soon. I had to ask if I can just sit at one of the pedicure spa chairs... finally after 35 mins of waiting someone attended to me. This place is definitely short staffed! The place is super strict with their COVID precautions: masks, hand washing, gloves, plexiglass dividers everywhere, Less than 50% operational. If this the type of business that makes you feel "safe" then I will recommend it. As for myself, I will not come back. Holly did an amazing job. She was very gentle and detail oriented. I'm a super picky client and most nail techs get annoyed or act inconvenienced. She was sooo kind and patient the whole time and really listened to give me exactly what I wanted! She was also so gentle with my thin nails, and did not over file or nick any cuticles. My nails are not sore like how they are with too rough of nail techs. Nail salon was clean and pretty on the inside. They had a great color selection. My coworker's nails always looked fantastic- she really sold me on the solid color rather than the French tip - so I made an appointment with Kimberly. Every time I've gone back to her to refill the power on my nails and she hasn't let me down once! When I first started going at the beginning of this year, I would only get black to match everything I wear to work. That got a bit boring so I switched to brighter colors - anything but bright red or glitter was fine with me - and now I am stuck on nude. My most recent photo shows powder #256 with a matte finish and I love it! For a new color, or if you need tips, it runs about $35 - $40 but a refill is only $25! For my pedicures, I like to spend a bit more and get the shellac paint. It is much harder to chip and I can get three good weeks of painted toenails from one visit. I really don't keep up with pedicures, though, excepted for a few summer months. When I go in, most of the workers recognize me and greet me by name. Kimberly remembers my preferences and, knowing I cannot STAND the noise that filing makes, recommended I bring headphones for music during my visits. We chit chat until she has to start filing and buffing, and then I start the music and listen to a loud song. I give USA Nails two beautifully manicured thumbs up! I'm upgrading them to 5 star because I always leave happy in the 7-8 years with my spa pedicures I get on a regular basis. There were maybe 2-3 isolated visits in all those years when my regular lady was booked and I had a couple different ladies do my spa pedicures. They did an ok job but gave me wimpy leg massages. Other than that I have been totally happy with this salon. My lady gives awesome leg and feet massages. I have had waxing done of my arms and my eyebrows. My eyebrows really don't require professional waxing though. I use to get the acrylic nails years ago that were of nail show quality. Later on I tried shellac and it just didn't hold up to my my lifestyle. I do lots of things with my hands. The nail salon has newer machines for the pedicures and multiple setting vibrating chair with little arm rest tables for your drinks, cell phone, purse or magazine. The salon has a big screen TV In the middle of the room and carries OPI polish and others. The salon does many services just call. The decor is average for a nail salon. It's not ultra fancy and not bare bones plain. The pricing is moderate and affordable. Most importantly I notice their hygiene practices of their equipment is excellent. They get new pedicure tools for me every time. Not sure if they have them sanitized then sealed so every client gets fresh pedicure tools used on them. First time here! I came here for a full set and eyes brows. I also brought along my two male cousin as pedi virgins! Tran did both my nails and eye brows and did an amazing job at that! It was $55 for both. He was super friendly and checking to make sure I was happy with my service, which I was! My cousins said their deluxe pedis were amazing. We read the reviews and although mixed we decided to give this place a try for regular manicures. My daughter and I were able to make afternoon appointments in the morning and that was good. My manicurist spoke very little English. The file she used should have been thrown out 2 months ago. It was almost all gone and only the rough side was usable. It was difficult to make my wants known because she didn't understand me. But she tried. She was nice about letting me try 3 colors before we started. The polish was quite thick- read old- and she thinned it out for the second coat. But my nails look good. My daughter' s nails- not so much. I think the gal who did her manicure needs 'reading glasses' because my daughter' polish is up on her cuticles at the tops of several nails and sides of several nails. I would have asked her to clean them up- but she didn't. My daughter would give the place 2 stars but I feel because the instruments came in sealed envelopes and appeared to have been sanitized, and my nails look decent that it should have 3 stars. read more

Within 30 seconds of sitting down in the chair, the manicurist and pedicurist both had cut me and caused my cuticles to bleed. The pedicurist apologized and cleaned it. The manicurist did not. They both got the nail polish over my cuticles and did not clean them up. The nail polish was old and dry. I watched the pedicurist add a thinning agent to the nail polish before painting my toe nails. The manicurist should have done the same or suggested I pick a different color.
