I get that, but there should have been communication with the owner for her to come up there if the sister couldn't stay all day. Or AT LEAST call the rest of the appts. and cancel them. She also did a blowout with a curl so I didn't see the blunt, unblended layers. Again, I just asked for a very small trim; a "dusting" of the ends she called it. The stylist proceeded to take chunks out of my hair and shorten the length by 2+ inches at the bottom. The shortest layers are 1 inch above the rest of my hair; not blended. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as this is the worst haircut I have ever received. The haircut is reminiscent of a jellyfish; certainly not what I wanted. It's a good thing I can still pull my hair into a ponytail.
