The staff handled everything professionally and efficiently. They have a full bar here, and two drinks are allowed per visit. For the area, they have competitive pricing and are worth checking out. I deducted a star because someone in our group had a nail fall off the very next day. They said they could fix it for free if she came back in within a week. the staff was super nice and the atmosphere was wonderful... BUT I got a pedicure and was charged 70$ which okay I get because I got gel and a nicer pedicure option but during my pedicure the staff member had put the callus removal "gel" all over the bottom and side of my foot.. I had let the staff member know that my skin on the sides of my ankles are sensitive before the service started... after the staff out the callus removal on they left for 10 minutes and it started to burn. I let them know immediately. After the service I noticed I had a burn mark on that area. I called my doctor and they said thats a chemical burn on my foot... definitely will not be returning. I WAS a loyal customer , paying $165+ every two - three weeks religiously. Recently my regular nail tech became upset because I asked a question about scheduling . She became very irate and rude, got up in the middle of my appointment, and never came back. The manager/ owner finished my nails but said nothing and allowed this to happen ? The reasoning I was given was that " this nail tech ( Kim ) is the best one they have that does nail designs" which is also the cause of their scheduling issue. What I hear them saying is that ; poor behavior , disrespect and disregard to your appointment time will be tolerated for the sake of making money on a nail design. I didn't mind waiting , I was just trying to ask the question as to what was causing the delays . This type of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful and I will not be returning. I wouldn't and do not recommend this salon until management & owner values ALL clients equally and hold their employees accountable for poor behavior , poor customer service and loss of business. read more

My second time getting my nails done here and I absolutely LOVE them. I'm a bartender & these sets stay on for at least 3 weeks!

I took my daughter to get her nails done , full set and the lady cut them too short , we made it know that she wanted them longer. She replied that they are ok, and proceeded to finish them. When you walk in you are greeted I really like how this salon is set up There is enough room where your not bumping into another customer to walk by they have 3 different foot spa areas with tv's all around. Tony said they would give 50%.. he then said he would not give 50% and they would fix my nails. Told him I did not want their product on my nails. This place accompanied our party of 7 which i did call in advance for a reservation. When we got there they had the numbers 1 less but did seat us. The pedicure was mediocre, i did a $45 pedicure that included callus removal and she did not do it. I asked about it and all of them started talking(could not understand) reluctantly she did it, i got that package to have my feet scrubbed. I also got a full set, they charge $45 for pink and white PLUS $5 for tips. Usually the price is already included with tips. I had a picture picked out for reference but out of the 174648372620 colors I asked for she said the colors I wanted were for shellac not dip. So okay I have my almost 3 year old son with me didn't want to get up after I have him set up. I said okay French manicure dip, she started doing pink and white acrylic. I said no that's not what I wanted not acrylic just dip...then I said okay just do nude dip. She then just did a French manicure I didn't realize because I was paying attention to my son. So after one hand is done and she shows me I'm like okay whatever fine. My pedicure was charged full price and said something at checkout the lady went to the manager and he took off $10. I visited this nail salon for the first time today. Tim did an amazing job and I love my nails and this salon. The young lady at the front was so friendly. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they were not using the plexiglass glass they have to place between the nail specialists and guest, at times 3 staff members that were not wearing masks, and several customers were not wearing masks. Why is it not a requirement for everyone to wear a mask? Numbers are climbing and I want our small businesses to remain open. Why can't they just do a simple thing as requiring masks? When I first walked in the atmosphere was fun and lively! Especially compared to most salons. They have a bar and excellent service. Although everyone was super friendly, my nails did not turn out very nice. I don't know if it's because I got the "nitro" color changing acrylic nails or what. But the nails turned out splotchy, with weird white spots on them and have scratches all over them after just a few days. This has never happened to my acrylics before so it's super weird.
