I didn't really want to shout across the salon when there were others receiving services at the time, so I didn't reply. Then he yells "what do you want?". I tell him I want a full set with dip powder. He spoke in mandarin to another employee without replying to me first. Then he says "ok we can do it". I asked for a pricing guide. He said "well what do you want and I can tell you the price". I said "I'd like to see the prices before I decide". I wanted the most basic set without any extra charges since I'm on a budget. He said "dip full sets start at $55". I said "oh, well your website says $40." He replied, "yea prices went up". I asked if he would honor the pricing on the website. He refused. He was unfriendly from the get go and acted like he was too busy to assist me. Terrible customer service and then adding the switch bait on top of that. I just decided to leave as I felt like a burden to them at that point. For $55 a set, you can go to a much nicer salon that is a good size, not crammed like this one, with better customer service and most likely, better nail service as well. Do not recommend. Go somewhere nicer as they're not compensating for their lack of customer service and risk management. Also since I've noticed the owner likes to respond to reviews and has told someone else she was never in their salon, I thought I would note that I was a woman wearing a green and white dress.
