The appointment was easy to make - I went to their website and booked two time slots for each of the Groupons I purchased. I received a text within an hour or two of making the online reservation, asking for my Groupon voucher. That's all it took! The facial actually began with a foot soak, a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They gave us half robes and a headband for our hair, which was way more comfortable than the usual disposable headbands. The tables were heated and they had soft, relaxing music playing in the background. Katie explained each of the steps to me and after doing a preliminary examination of my skin told me what she wanted to focus on (for me, it was dry skin, and for my mom, Donna recommended a chemical peel). They were both fantastic with post facial skincare. It was such a relaxing facial! Katie also gave me hand and scalp massages, and the facial finished with a warm towel on my back.
