DO NOT GO HERE. THEY RUINED MY NAILS. I paid $55 for a gel set on Tuesday, I couldn't tell them I disliked it because I had things to do. I also have fully natural nails that I'm very prideful of. I worked hard to get them thick and strong. I got my nails painted with gel polish, the execution was horrible. First I'll say I felt like the lady who did my nails had an attitude and she was being really aggressive pulling my hand or hitting my hand away. Anyways, back to the execution, it was rushed and poorly done. There was excess polish on my ends, some nails didn't have enough polish and also there was missing polish on the side of my nails making it look like someone took a bite out of it. Today (Thursday 2 days later) I go in asking for a removal because I couldn't stare at the bad work any longer. And instead of soaking my nails, they filed it down so much that my nails that I worked so hard for feel like PAPER. I've been there one time before and the girl I had was AMAZING, so I thought it'd be the same this time. But nope. Now I have to start over from scratch to make my nails stronger. On Monday I went to get a manicure and a pedicure because I had a wedding out of town on Saturday. The lady convinced me to get the gel manicure, which is more expensive than the regular one, it was supposed to last longer. I payed 70 dlls for mani and pedi and on Saturday the day of the wedding, my manicure was a mess. The nail gel was already peeling off, 5 days after done it. I went to talk to the ladies at the salon and with a very bad attitude the woman who talked to me told me she was in charge and they couldn't do anything. I asked for my money back. I payed over 30 dlls for this ugly work, but of course she refused to do it. She only offered me to paint them with regular nail polish, of course that is way cheaper that the gel one and after this I don't want their work. This is my second time going there to get my eyebrows done and it was a hard decision to do because I am very picky about who touches my eyebrows. I'm literally crying because the lady who did my eyebrows was not the same one as the last time and she messed it up by leaving a patch on my eyebrow wihich now it looks weird and doesn't connect. She also left wax all over my eyelid and brow didn't bother to clean it up well enough because she was rushing to get to a customer. I mean I get it she was trying to get to the customer so they wouldn't leave but she could have took her time to finish my eyebrow and do it right. She literally only took like 4minutes to do them. then I called to complain because even though I let her know she messed up my eyebrow she didn't even bother to say sorry and tried to argue that my eyebrows look fine and they sure as hell do not Which then she said hold on and hanged up on me. I used to come here when I was younger and they were always great but recently their service has been TERRIBLE. I had came in a week before I scheduled another appointment and I showed the lady the design I wanted and asked if it was possible for her to do it and she immediately said yes without even looking she just said "yes come in next week we can do that for you no problem". So I came in on time for my appointment my boyfriend and I both got mani pedis the pedicures were actually good but the manicures were TERRIBLE. My boyfriend got a basic clear coat mani and they cut his cuticles to the point where they bled. Now with my mani I wanted a full set after laying down the first layer the shape and color looked great but when she tried to do the design that's where it all went down hill. They didn't have the colors I wanted so I had to settle for different ones. When she tried doing the heart it looked like trash after I told her I didn't like it and to please take it off she said "I cannot do this design it's too hard you have to pick something else". I was annoyed because she said she could do it when I first asked her so I asked her if she could just do the lines in the same picture and not the heart and she had somebody else try and do it for me and they couldn't even do the the swirl lines. I immediately told her to take it off and that I did not like how they looked she then proceeded to say "this design is too hard it looks easy but it's not easy" she then pulled out a bucket of nail stickers and said that that was the best she could do when she was finished with my nails I realized I did not like them at all and that I could not leave with those nails. I asked her to take them off and she said "why they look so pretty on you" and I just said I don't like them she then said that I would get no refund all she could do was take them off. Pissed off I had her take them off and they left my nails looking like a mess. No refund no sorry no anything. I've never been so disappointed in my life I will never come back. read more

This is the worst salon I have been to. I went to this place on my lunch break expecting not to last more than 45 minutes - 1 hour. I wanted white nail polish on my nails for vacation, but the manicurist said it turns yellow. I have never experienced my white nail polish just "turning yellow" before . I asked what brand it was, and she didn't know and said it was a regular brand of white nail polish and it turns yellow. I wonder what they use for French manicures? After I picked my color, she kept trying to upsell to me and get me to buy shellac. I kept telling her that I don't want shellac and I don't like shellac since it makes my nails weak. Her response was that shellac does not make your nails weak and constantly told me that I should get shellac. After it was done, my feet looked fine (since they were done by someone else), but my hands looked like they were painted by a 10 year old. I tried to explain to manicurist about 4 times that the second coat should be ON TOP of the first coat. You should not be able to see strokes from the first coat uncoated by the second coat. I also told her that she needs to cover my entire nail with nail polish and not leave the sides or the part below the cuticle bare. She responded by saying that it's because of my cuticles (not only had she just cut my cuticles, the first coat of nail polish was partly there). She added a third coat of nail polish to fix the disaster and it looked worse and now had lumpy uneven strokes. She blamed this on the color and said I should have done shellac. My feet looked perfect, so it clearly was not the color. I asked her to take off my nail polish and I'd be on my way since i had already wasted 1.5 hours at this place and it was way past my lunch break. She offered to re-do it but I could not wait there longer for my nails to dry after re-doing. Again she offered shellac, and I had no choice but to do it since I had to get back to work. I was charged for the original manicure and pedicure plus the shellac fix even after all of this. Do NOT go here. Save your money and spend it elsewhere with better service and more experienced professionals. read more

Did a great job with a mini pedi for my 8 year old and a full pedi for me. They were great with my daughter. Very clean place. Not noisy. No complaints. There was one lady who was really trying to talk me into a new set of nails, but I kept saying, "Maybe next time." Overall very pleasant experience. read more

She doesn't like to take no for an answer and will ask you multiple times the same thing to try and have you spend more money. Always telling you that you HAVE to have it or your nails won't turn out. If you don't like her work and ask her to fix it she argues with you. I called up there several times asking for a specific nail tech and she told me she wasn't there but I can book with her. Get there and my nail tech was there. They had to redo my nails 2 times then when we left and I noticed my index finger was only partially painted along with mistakes on my entire left hand. Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for. Nancy is so sweet and does a pretty good job on your nails, but the main lady is terrible. I went in after one of my nails broke ONE DAY after getting them done. This lady was hurried and irritated with me and she rushed through fixing my thumbnail. Now my nail is rough and doesn't match the shape of the others, the shellac on top is sticky and uneven, and it looks awful. I will not be back again. Honestly, if you mess up and someone's nail cracks that soon, you should be kind to them when they politely come back and ask you to fix it. Go somewhere else. Prices aren't worth it. read more
