I felt lucky to get an appointment here right after salons reopened from Covid closures. My usual place was booked out so I figured I'd try something new. I made an appointment for which they were 30 minutes late. They salon was nice enough. Lots of color choices and I liked that they required both staff and customers to wear masks. The manicure and pedicure were really sub-par. No massage or lotion on my hands and my cuticles were clipped with out any prior soaking or pushing them back first. End product looked about like it would have if I'd painted them myself. Pricing was very high compared to other nail salons in our area. Why, I'm not sure. read more

Got a regular pedicure and dip manicure today. The staff was very friendly and polite. The work could've been better. As for my dip, it looks ok but was too thick. He didn't file down the sides so the shape of my nails look flat and bulky which they are not. He also left tons of residue underneath my nails which was easily fixed with filing after. As for the pedicure, it looks fine and she did a great job but no massage which is a big part of getting a pedicure for me. So overall, a good place if you want pedicures and gel manicures, but dip manicures are not worth it here. read more

She cuts your real nail by using the electric drill ands he makes them way to thick I had to ask her to make them thinner and she kept telling me the thinner they are they will be weak and they were not very thin at all and she rushes to finish. I Would highly recommend the guy who sits at table 1 or 3 or the lady who sits at table 4. They will listen to what your request is and always checks to make sure you like what is going on in the process and if you don't like something that is going on they will change it asap! read more

I was in town for a wedding and stopped in for a spa pedicure. They had options ranging from $25-35. I was impressed with all they included- scrub, mask, paraffin treatment, massage, etc. things that would have cost extra back in Ca. Good massage chairs too. I would come back. Clean, friendly staff, fast service, lots of color choices. I don't know if yelp just isn't as popular around here, or what, but I was surprised by the lack of reviews for Salons around here. I felt the need to write to counter the only review of 1 star for this place. The only negatives were the hot towel treatment got my pant legs pretty wet, even while rolled up, and the polish job wasn't 100% perfect, but you would have to be pretty close to my toes to tell. read more

This place is terrible! My husband and I came for pedicures for our anniversary. I told "Tracy" several times and made it very clear that I do not want my cuticles cut. And what happens when I'm distracted with making sure the girl doing my nails doesn't cut me?!! I get cut on my toe!!! It starts bleeding and for some reason these idiots think because the bleeding stops that everything is ok. She even tried to spray alcohol on it while it was bleeding!!! We are here waiting for the manager to arrive because when I asked for an incident report, they all acted like they didn't know what it was. I'm so upset that all I will say is DO NOT COME HERE!!! I even asked them why there was no one in there on a Saturday afternoon and they just said they didn't know. Typically for me it's a red flag if a business like this is not busy during peak hours. My husband and I were the ONLY customers they had. The manager Tony came in and was kind but basically stated that they do not do incident reports and offered for us to call the police in order to have a witness (I'm guessing and unbiased witness) and they do the report). Really?!! What a waste of our tax dollars and city/county resources to call the police over something like this! I'm so ticked. There are no words. I have no more words. read more

I've been a loyal customer for years supporting this local nail shop. Recently, I booked 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. We arrived a shy late and the worker said "What do you want?" I reminded him we had 2 appointments for pedicures and he told us to pick a color and go sit in the spa chairs. It took 15 min for someone to start my pedicure...meanwhile no one got to my daughter and she sat there for 45 min and no one said anything. What was supposed to be a fun mother/daughter experience was spoiled bc they don't want to turn away walk-ins/business with clients demanding pricier combo services other than a basic pedicure. Bottom line is bottom line...but I will never return to this establishment with extreme lack of customer service. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. The service is horrible and they steal your money. I asked for a Shellac French manicure. As the nail technician was doing my nails, I noticed a hair on my nail. I notify the nail technician and she pretends to remove the hair and immediately stick my hand into the Shellac light lamp. I then remove my hand and tell her the hair is still on my nail she tells me not to worry about it is quote "Not a big deal." I tell her no please redo my nail. She tells me with a tone ok but you know I have people waiting on me. There was nobody waiting for her. Then I go to pay and at this point, I am told I was charged extra for a french manicure, lotion massage (which is the normal lotion to hand massage), and wax for a total of $45. I ask about the price and she says I was supposed to tell her not to do it. I said I was never given the option, you just did it. She said you should have asked for the price manual. I then noticed, they do not have and any pricing posted or visible. Also never offered to give me a manual nor did I know one existed. Save your self the hassle, bad service, and money do not come here. read more

I went here again after having such a great first experience and am pretty bummed that I have to look for another place. The pedicure was great but my manicure barely lasted a day. We went in the early evening and while this place says they close at 7pm we were essentially kicked out at 6:30pm when the ladies wanted to leave. I blame my ruined nails on the fact that they weren't able to fully dry before I was ushered out of the building. The first time I went in my powder dip nails were perfect. The second time the technician used a gel top coat (I guess they were out of the appropriate top coat for dipped nails?). She told me everyone was loving how this new stuff works for them. My nails were very sticky for the next two days (still sticky four days later, but not as bad) and the color is now wearing off at the tips. I came in right at 9 am on a Saturday morning. I was not greeted very warmly and the woman at the front entrance desk looked at me as if I was disturbing her. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed. She told me to go to the back. The woman who did my eyebrows asked if I wanted then with an arch I said yes. In other salons I always am asked if I want them thick or thin she didn't ask. She took off more than I wanted and made thin really thin. I like my eyebrows full but with a defined shape. When she was done I walked to the front desk to pay. She told me ten dollars . I said thank you and I'm putting the money in my purse and looking for some one's to give a tip. She doesn't say you're welcome or come back. She just kind of glares at me. So I zipped my purse up and promptly left. She acted like she didn't want my business. Do not go to this salon. I didn't get any services besides my eyebrows because of the reviews and I won't be returning because of the lack of good customer service. read more
