Recently moved to the Spring area and have been trying to find a new nail salon after going to the…read moresame nail tech for over 10 years. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way

My pedicure was done by Cindy and she was great. She was very kind and even showed me the polish color beforehand to make sure I liked it before starting the pedicure, which I really appreciated. My nails were done by Jade. She wasn't the friendliest technician I've experienced, but I try to extend grace because everyone has off days & she may have just been tired. I originally wanted to try builder gel, but she made a recommendation and I ended up sticking with my usual overlay. One thing I did differently this visit was ask for a price breakdown and saved it for my next appointment. In the past, I've been very loyal to nail salons but noticed my total sometimes fluctuates between visits, so I'm trying to be more mindful of pricing moving forward. Overall, I'm happy with how my nails turned out and will see how my next visit goes & see if I can make it permanent!

I had decided to show my best friend where I love to go for her birthday nails, and she asked for us to be serviced together. I arrived 4 minutes behind her. I was sat next to her when I arrived, I picked out my service/scent, and then my previous gel nails were filed down with a drill, and the water was turned on. Two minutes later the tech stopped, informed me they had an appointment, turned off the water, and left to help another client. It was awkward. I was left sitting in silence and my feet got cold so I thought maybe I should just enjoy the warm water while I wait but it was never filled. My best friend was already halfway through her service by the time I was approached with an available tech 30 minutes later. By that time, I didn't want my friend waiting long for me to get done, so I opted out of the service. I completely understand being short staffed, but we would have gladly waited for two techs to be available in order to be serviced together. I have a hard time believing they didn't know about the appointment prior to sitting me down because that appointment arrived and was seen within 5 minutes of me sitting down and being helped. I've never been sat, had a service started, and then have a tech leave for another appointment. It made me extremely uncomfortable, disappointed, and I immediately regretted bringing my friend there. Luckily she had a good experience but because of what she saw and because of how I was treated, we will not be returning and I will be finding another nail salon.
